"you don't have to take me back to my dorm everyday" hangyul mumbled, looking down at his feet shyly, "i'm sure you're busy with other things"

it had started to become a habit where seungyoun would casually walk the beta home. its been a week since it started and seungyoun had no intention of letting the beta go back by himself. his scent has gotten stronger and stronger the past week, making everyone wary as to who it was.

"i'm writing a song" seungyoun said, walking up the stairs to hangyul's dorm room, "i'm not busy at all"

"a song?" hangyul's eyes shined as he heard that. maybe seungyoun was planning to release that one. the alpha has been on a break ever since his song "meaningless" came out. he was always looking forward to seungyoun's new songs.

seungyoun smirked, seeing the excited face on the younger, "are you a fan?"

"of course i am" hangyul mumbled, looking at the wall to hide his flushed cheeks once they reached his floor. his dorm room was a few rooms away, "who isn't a fan of you?"

soft laughter echoed as they walked down the hall. seungyoun smiled to himself, finally knowing hangyul listened to his music. he'd been meaning to ask him that question.

"your songs . . . . ." hangyul uttered out shyly, looking into the taller's eyes— almost getting lost in them, "a-are really good. i'm . . . . . waiting for you to release more songs"

seungyoun swallowed his saliva nervously. the reason he hasn't been able to release any songs was because he was having trouble with writing them and producing them. even when he did produce a song he liked, his father would always butt in and tell him it wasn't good enough and he ended up selling it to a different company.

"i'm sorry" hangyul's eyes widened as he looked at the alpha, shaking his head. the beta started to panic after he saw the sad expression on the alpha's face.

"d-don't be sunbae!" hangyul exclaimed as they reached his dorm room, "it's just that your singing is really good that i wanted to hear it more" the beta's cheeks flushed red as he said that. it was true. he did love the alpha's voice.

seungyoun smiled, extending his arm to ruffle the beta's head, "thanks. i'll try my best to get another song out or even an album if i'm lucky"

"and i'll keep supporting you sunbae!" hangyul smiled, holding up his fist and mouthing 'fighting' before he opened the door to his room, "i'll see you tomorrow seungyoun sunbae!"

seungyoun nodded, waving at the boy and watching the door click once he closed it. he let out a sigh and leaned against the wall, cupping his red cheeks. it was evident that hangyul's scent was starting to affect him. seeing the beta all happy and supporting him made his heart beat as well.

now he was determined to start writing songs. he's always had a hard time trying to find the perfect lyrics for each of his songs. when he released 'meaningless' a year ago, he was in a state of depression. it was easy to find lyrics for that since he was feeling it at the moment.

"a new song huh?" seungyoun mumbled to himself, tapping on his chin as he walked to the staircase he came up from.

for hangyul— wait he actually means for his fans.

that definitely got him to writing song lyrics late at night in his condo. even though he had class the next day, he was busy thinking hard about the lyrics he wanted to convey in his song. of course he had to call his close friends and ask them what they thought about it.

"you're writing lyrics?" one of his close producer friends, nathan, who raised his eyebrow as he looked into the facetime call asked, "at three o'clock in the morning?"

"you do it all the time" seungyoun mumbled, probably half asleep as he rested his chin on the palm of his hand.

the other only chuckled, "that's because i'm a producer that dropped out while you are a student. you should be sleeping at this hour. why are you so desperate to get a song out this fast? your dad is going to get mad again and he's going to scold me for helping you"

"i called you to help me produce a track" seungyoun muttered, tapping his pencil on his semi blank sheet of paper. it was definitely song lyrics that were all scribbled up, "not nag me to go to sleep. i want to be a singer too nathan!"

the boy on the other side of the screen leaned back on his chair and sighed, folding his hands together, "i'll produce a track" seungyoun's eyes lit up as he heard that, looking at the younger enthusiastically.

"really?" seungyoun smiled, punching his fist into the air, making the other laugh.

"only if you stop staying up and start working on your school work instead" the other alpha mumbled, making seungyoun pout. seungyoun was the older one out of the two but sometimes it felt like it was nathan that was older.

"but producing music is a part of my school work!" the alpha defended, "i'm not majoring in music production for nothing am i?"

the younger producer let out a sigh and nagged the alpha to go to sleep, telling him that he'd only make a song for him if he did. and well, that's how seungyoun fell asleep in the first place. he was now determined to write a some because of a certain someone.

while seungyoun was busy writing song lyrics that night, hangyul was wide awake, feeling his body slowly heating up. even though the air conditioner was on in their dorm room, it felt like he was under the hot blazing sun.

"so hot" hangyul mumbled, kicking his blanket off of him. maybe he was coming down with a cold— but from what? he wasn't in his right mind to think right now since it felt all fuzzy and he didn't want to wake up the alpha whose bed was across from his either. he shut his eyes closed and attempted to fall back asleep again.

well, little did he know, he had already pulled the alpha out of his sweet dream by hitting him with a wave of sweet pheromones. the alpha was already trying to control himself, digging his head into his own pillow. it'd be bad if hangyul knew he were awake.

after all, omega pheromones did have the greatest affect on an alpha. yohan wasn't quite exactly used to his best friend smelling like this. he wasn't lying when
