"seungyoun oppa! are the rumors true?" a beta girl twirled her hair as a pout appeared on her face, "are you really dating that other beta?"

the news of seungyoun and hangyul having a love affair had sparked on the school news forum overnight. someone had taken pictures of hangyul kissing seungyoun and that caused the whole school to look at hangyul and seungyoun differently.

hangyul was embarrassed. he knew he did embarrassing things when he was drunk, but he never knew he would go to that extent, especially with someone as popular as seungyoun. if it weren't for yohan nagging him to come to class with him, he wouldn't have gone. he'd build a nest back at their dorm room and hide himself in there until he wanted to go out.

seungyoun simply shook his head, shooting a kind smile at the girl, "not at all" the alpha was greeted in the front of the school gate by tons of girls who were asking him questions about the article. even he didn't think anyone would've saw them. there was barely anyone there in the first place.

"lets go" yuvin mumbled, dragging seungyoun by his arm and taking them to their class before any other girls could ask them anymore questions. seungyoun seemed to do okay with the news spreading all over the internet, but yuvin was embarrassed.

it wasn't only one article it was two articles that were trending. the first one was about the beta in the music department, lee hangyul, having a love affair with cho seungyoun. the second trending article was of him and yohan.

"couldn't they make a better title" yuvin clicked his tongue in annoyance as he sat down in his seat, "what's wrong with two alphas being close to each other?"

seungyoun smirked, sitting down next to him, "so you weren't lying when you called him a cutie and tucked him into bed"

yuvin's cheeks flushed red as he jerked his head to the side, "of course not. he wouldn't remember anyways"

"you guys are the hot topic in the school right now" jinhyuk chuckled, sitting down next to yuvin, "it's not everyday that you see a new article like this on the forum"

lee jinhyuk, an alpha that was close friends with seungyoun and yuvin ever since high school. they were well known to everyone despite being in their senior year already. they were graduating at the end of the year as undergraduates.

"so who was so bold and got all over you huh?" jinhyuk teased, looking over at seungyoun, "was it a beta? he didn't look like an omega and i doubt you'd let any alpha on you"

just as jinhyuk said that, the whole room started to get louder. seungyoun's eyes shot up and saw hangyul and yohan being bombarded with questions and insults from other betas, specifically girls.

"he's so shameless" he heard a girl sitting in the row behind them say, "he already has a boyfriend and yet he's leeching on another alpha?"

"who knows if that's his only boyfriend" the other replied, "and his alpha friend too. does he really think he could date yuvin oppa?"

"he didn't look that bad though . . . . but still! what does he have that we don't?" the girl scoffed, making yuvin roll his eyes at the conversation he was hearing.

hangyul and yohan, on the other hand, couldn't even get to their table without hearing questions left and right. he started to regret drinking yesterday. why did it have to be seungyoun? of all people, it just had to be his sunbae that everyone looked up to.

"m-minjun oppa" a girl backed up once the strong presence of pheromones lit up their senses. minjun's pheromones were definitely stronger than that of a normal alpha. just a whiff of it made hangyul freeze before he could sit down in his seat.

"hangyul" hearing his own name made him look into the alpha's eyes. as much as he didn't want to, he still did. he missed it. it's been less than a day and yet he wanted to run into the alpha's arms and pretend that this never happened.

yohan who noticed the absence of his friend sitting down, looked up to see the alpha he didn't want hangyul to see at all, "you asshole—" the alpha was going to throw a punch at the alpha before the beta stopped him, "hangyul!"

"don't" hangyul whispered, grabbing his friend's arm and lowering it before looking at the other alpha, "what're you doing here minjun?"

the whole room got quiet and only a few whispers could be heard. the crowd of beta girls had gone off to their seats, leaving hangyul and minjun in the middle of the room. seungyoun had his eyes on the alpha who was talking to hangyul.

"is that his boyfriend?" seungyoun whispered, glancing at yuvin for a response.

"he should be" yuvin mumbled back, "they don't look like it right now"

seungyoun hummed, looking back at the two— glaring specifically at the alpha. maybe that was why the beta was drinking so much last night. it was probably a break up that he dealt with. park minjun huh.

"lets talk outside" minjun grabbed hangyul's hand, only for the beta to yank it out of his grip, "hangyul—"

"we have nothing to talk about" hangyul mumbled, pulling his chair out to sit down, only for minjun to grab his hand once more, "i said—"

"you're not dating him are you?" minjun asked, eyes locking with hangyul's, "you were just drunk right?"

the caused the other students to see things in a new light. he was drunk. that was the only reason he was all over seungyoun. he wasn't in his right mind. but people said whenever they were drunk, they would always be completely honest, right?

"does it matter to you if i'm dating sunbae or not?" hangyul asked, trying to let go of his hand in the alpha's grip, "let go of me park minjun"

seungyoun raised his eyebrow at the scene. maybe their breakup didn't end well. he definitely knew something was up when he saw the beta crying his eyes out at the fried chicken place. of all alphas, he didn't think it would be the park minjun.

"does it really matter if he's dating me or not?" yuvin looked to his side in shock as he saw seungyoun stand up. other gasps were heard as well and people were ready to take out their phones and create another article for the school forum.

hangyul looked up to see the alpha walking down the isle with his arms crossed, "s-seungyoun sunbae"

seungyoun faked a smile at the alpha and yanked his hand off of the beta's, "you don't seem too happy hearing about it"

now that he thought about it, he remembered hangyul saying random things while he was still drunk. it was mostly minjun's name, but he did happen to keep note of what the beta said. something about being cheated on by an omega.

"cho seungyoun" minjun let out a low growl as he yanked his arm out of the alpha's grip. it was one thing to get interrupted and it was another that it just had to be cho seungyoun, "shut it with that bullshit"

seungyoun only let out a chuckle and smirked, "wasn't it you that cheated on him? why are you so mad about it? sad that you can't have everything to yourself?"
