The hero world was being threatened by a new villain they called 'The Kopy Kat Killer' or the 'Triple K'. His killing method was one they've never seen before. Apparently, he could copy quirks and used a person's quirk to kill them. Already, pro heroes like Kamiu Woods and Mt. Lady were dead.

Kamiu was found bound so tightly in a wooden grip that he had suffocated, unabke to get air because the wood was pressing against his lungs. Mt. Lady had been in her large form, pattolling at night when eye witnesses said someone who was just as large as her came up and shoved her, piercing her heart with an antenna pole on top of a building.

(Canon Character) was sitting at home, alone, when they heard a crash from the kitchen and went to investigate. There, they found a knife pressed to their throat and came face to face with Triple K.
