At Japan, Kyoto.

Deep in Kyoto is Jaku City a peaceful city and one of the locations that is controlled by Crow and the Syndicate.

Currently Crow himself is at a meeting with the leader of this city who is apart of a gang.

Crow: "Blue. It been a while since we first met but I'm here for the money and information" he said looking at one of the descendants of pac man enemies.

Blue: "Here is both the information and cash sir. However you know the deal" he said which Crow just chuckle and gave Blue a whole canister of ectoplasm.

Immediately Blue gave Crow a briefcase and file then open the canister only to drink it. What happened next is that Blue become an actual ghost.

Crow: "Why you need ectoplasm to become ghost is beyond my logic" he said.

Blue: "blame Pac man! After his last adventure he had successfully make our ancestors human! So now we descendants need them for our fight against Pac man descendant who is nothing compared to his ancestor" he said.

Crow: "Anyway how is Pinky the fifth doing?" He ask which Blue sigh.

Blue: "Ever since she saw your profile on the villain site she hasn't stop talking about you" he said.

Crow: "Dang it Becky! That profile will be the death of me!" He said which Blue chuckle.

Blue: "At least she doesn't have a crush on pac man descendant like her ancestor had" he said then shiver as he remembered the stories.

Crow: "Anyway I got to be heading back to my empire before the minions panicked" he said grabbing both the file and briefcase then leave.

However as he walk he notice a little girl who is running away from a man wearing a plague doctor mask.

He store the briefcase and file into his storage then walk to the masked man.

???: "Now Eri dear come back home" he said then felt a tap on his shoulder which he turn around only to be blasted into dust by Crow himself.

Crow: "... Welp. I'm adopting a child now" he said grabbing Eri then the two fly towards his airship.
