A few things you should know (for clarifying purposes):

Everyone will be assigned a partner every two weeks. During that two weeks, you read your partner's book—whether it's the entirety of the book or just a few chapters, that's to be discussed between your and your partner. But you must read at least two-three chapters to provide a decent review/thought for your partner that will be posted as an inline comment where your pairing is located (make sure to tag them so they know it's there).

They will do the same for you.

If you do not complete your part, especially after your partner reviewed your work, you will be removed from the book club and muted. We will not tolerate rude people or those who want to abuse those who are trying to grow as authors and be a part of the community.

Now, if something comes up and you think you will be late, that is fine. PM this account and we will understand. If you think it'll be a long while until you can join in again, that is fine as well. You will be put under our "suspended" list and no longer be assigned a partner until you PM us that you are back and can take part in the book club once again.
