This book was pure fantasy. The names, the places, the races... all of it left a distant mark that reminded the reader what high/epic fantasy really is.
The grammar was good with no mistakes popping out to ruin a moment and the plot was well thought out.
The action scenes were concise and the chapters didn't drag on with unnecessary details that some fantasy books tend to do. However, more could be added to paint a more colorful picture.
