the chinese raised a brow at what the tanned male just stated. ❝and why is that so?❞

clicking his tongue, donghyuck raised a hand and threatened the omega in front of him with it. he couldn't believe that none of his friends believes that he's actually a great person. ❝i got renjun to stop taking his pills.❞

chenle was still lost at how the omega was acting. what got him worked up upon knowing that an omega is left with a pure blooded? the two of them were at a coffee shop down the city, not quite far from the prestigious alpha school which chenle got himself into. he actually planned to attend classes in the afternoon but asked donghyuck out to eat for lunch. the two just ended up in this coffee shop because donghyuck wasn't in the mood to eat as his boyfriend had already spoiled him during breakfast.

if anyone would be able to hear their conversation then they'd probably get worried knowing that one of them wanted to rent a coffin.

it was when chenle came crying to him because the pure blooded that he's in a relationship with back then didn't talk to him for a whole week. not text messages, no calls, no everything. even when chenle asked for a meet up, the pure blooded declined. that went on for a whole week, probably more, and chenle got devastated thinking that jisung was planning on breaking up with him. not until the week was over and the pure blooded just reasoned out that he was out with his family for the whole week. the omega, being gullible, believed it and the two acted like nothing happened.

but nothing escapes from donghyuck. the tanned male very well knew that something chickeny happened to jisung for the whole week and he concluded it with a rut cycle. that all happened when both jisung and chenle were still at their fourth monthsary and if chenle would have been around during the pure blooded's rut cycle then they could have really broken up earlier than a year with jisung finding out early that he's an omega.

❝by the way,❞ donghyuck sat there and sipped the glass of water while chenle still suffered from everything he had just heard coming from the omega across him. ❝do you think renjun is still alive?❞

groaning for the second time, chenle finished his cup of coffee before standing up abruptly that made donghyuck flinch. ❝i don't know and i'm going back to the dorms!❞

covering his ears, ❝blah blah!❞ chenle made some incoherent noises as he made his way towards the front door and just leave donghyuck there laughing is ass out.

once disappearing from his sight, the tanned male sat there while still laughing. he's actually making the most of destroying the younger's innocence while renjun isn't there. that small omega just loves to protect chenle from all the thunders and cockroaches in the world. donghyuck just thought that it was finally time to educate the omega and let him know that life isn't just full of rainbows and butterflies.

wiping the tears he had from laughing, donghyuck smiled while staring at the door where chenle left. ❝damn, those two are going to get marked in no time.❞

thus making him frown at his relationship with his boyfriend who likes to take things slow.

chenle huffed with his hands inside his pockets and head lowered. he couldn't believe that he just had that session with donghyuck. he didn't need to know that at all. well, he does but he didn't want to know it this early. after knowing all of those coming from the omega, chenle was now having wild thoughts inside his head. even when closing his eyes, he can see all of it.

❝god.❞ he cried out while hitting his head countless of times thinking that he'll just forget about it.

he was now making his way to a specific building for him to change to his uniform but passing by the campus, chenle couldn't help but notice how a lot of students were gathering at the main gate. he didn't want to join the ruckus, neither check it out, but he paused from his tracks when he heard his name.

"you fucking asshole, how dare you cheat on chenle!"

not hesitating to grab on to his collar real tight, jisung gave the alpha a thousands of knives with his glare. the alpha widened his eyes at how he was brought up to the ground and not to mention how the pure blooded looked like he was about to kill him.

the innocent omega turned his head towards the alpha who's being raised up from the ground. ❝lucas? what's going on?❞

❝what do you mean it's nothing!?❞ growling, jisung breathed heavily as he didn't think twice to throw his fist at the alpha who was taken aback by it. harshly brushing his tongue on his inside cheek, the pure blooded still had the urge left to throw another punch.

stumbling down, lucas groaned in pain as the punch was hard enough to actually make him go all dizzy. just as he was about to stand up, a pair of hands went gripping back to his collar and did the honors to bring him up.

the omega widened his eyes when he saw jisung raising his fist up again. he could see how that one punch affected lucas and not knowing what to do, the omega thought that it was a good idea to butt it grab hold of the pure blooded's arm.

jisung's head slowly turned to his side and it didn't give him a hard time to scare the omega off. glaring at him was already enough to make him take steps back looking frightened. what jisung didn't expect was to receive a punch landing perfectly to his jaw.

❝you don't scare my omega like that.❞ lucas managed to say even though he was having a hard time breathing.

❝your omega?❞ jisung huffed, spitting blood without knowing that lucas can actually give out a hard hit. ❝how many omegas do you have, huh?❞ it was now his turn to be seating on the ground but he stared up at lucas with a smug look, annoying the alpha even more.

❝right, because it's chenle we are talking about.❞ wiping the blood that stained the corner of his lips, jisung stood up with a struggle.

lucas clicked his tongue, fists clenched at how this pure blooded was provoking him. ❝you—❞

❝l-lucas?❞ being called out, the alpha turned to the side and started to panic when he saw the omega having tears falling down from his eyes. he was about to reach out and just pull his boyfriend into a tight embrace to comfort him but the omega moved away. ❝are you..❞

❝no, jungwoo, you've got it wrong. i was just—❞ lucas didn't get to finish his sentence when his boyfriend had already went off, pushing away the students that are surrounding them.

while doing so, a familiar figure was shown in the picture.

jisung followed to where lucas was looking at and smirked. it was the omega that he just mentioned a while ago. he was about to say a word but that smirk was wiped out by another punch from the alpha who looked like he was out of control. the pure blooded was down on the ground with lucas clenching his fists on top of him.

with the two of them growling at each other, the students backed away and only left a specific omega watching in fear.

but he knew he had to make a move the moment when jisung had flipped their positions over and now had the upper hand to give back the punches that this alpha had the guts to give him.

❝jisung!❞ running to them, chenle wrapped his arms around the pure blooded's upper body and gathered his strength to pull him away from his cousin before he could beat him to a possible death. ❝stop!❞

lucas placed a hand on his knee and groaned in the process of standing up, looking at jisung who was fuming. he was about to take a step forward but was stopped by a hand.

the omega stood in between the two to stop them.

❝stop it you two!❞ chenle shouted, hoping that neither of them would continue to beat each other up.

scoffing, lucas had enough looking at the bruises he gave to the pure blooded's face. ❝chenle, better tame that ex-boyfriend of yours.❞

it was no use beating that pure blooded up, it still can't help him bring his boyfriend back.

the alpha gave jisung one last glare before turning his body around and running off to a direction where his boyfriend had went. the crowd gave space for lucas as they didn't want to get into the alpha's way and anger him even more. seeing how much punches he landed on the pure blooded had scared them enough. chenle then snapped his head towards jisung and felt himself caring at those bruises on his face.

but that would be taken care later.

what he had to scold about was what just happened. it got chenle more alarmed when he got close to the crowd and had scented a mated omega. he went on to look only to know that the scent he caught was his cousin's omega and jisung just had to be smart enough to start a fight and scare his omega away.
