Tae's P.O.V:

I was visiting Kinn today since he and Porsche were having a birthday party for Neri.

It has been a year since they found her.

"Kinn said that you wanted to talk to me...Sorry for being too busy lately...So what is it?" Porsche asked.

"Alright...First of all...I wanted to apologise for creating drama on your birthday I totally messed up" I said.

He raised an eyebrow then chuckled and shook his head.

"Oh come on...That was a while ago it's fine I'm not angry" He said.

I smiled and nodded.

"And what's second?" He asked.

"Ummm...I want to know more about Tem" I said.

Porsche frowned in obvious confusion.

"What's this about?" He asked sharply dropping his cheerful act.

"It's not revenge...I just think we can be friends that's all...He seems like a nice person" I said.

"Oh well...I'm not sure what to say here but Tem likes swimming...He's the moon of our faculty...He likes calm classic music the most but he's fine with other types and he's a total chocolate cake addict" Porsche said.

I nodded.

"Are you going to cast a spell?" Porsche asked in amusement.

I chuckled and shook my head then smacked his shoulder.

Porsche sighed heavily and nodded to himself.

"Kinn told me about your efforts to indirectly get me out of stress...Thank you for that...You deserve happiness so try to find it ok? We're friends now so if anyone annoys you come tell me right away" Porsche said.

I blinked twice then burst out laughing.

He also laughed.

"Well...I don't know what to say but thank you" I said smiling.

Then Kinn appeared.

"What are you two doing just standing there? Come in" Kinn said.

Porsche patted my shoulder then walked me into the house.

"Pletty ongle" Neri said excitedly as soon as she saw me.

I frowned in confusion.

Then she went to give me a hug.

Or rather my legs.

I picked her up and she hugged my neck so I smiled.

"And so...What's your name?" I asked with a smile.

"Neli" She said then giggled.

Porchay walked over to us.

"Neri what did I say about clinging to strangers?" He asked.

I chuckled and shook my head.

"It's alright" I said.

She made grabby hands at Porsche so I handed her to him.

"Mama" Neri said smiling at Porsche.

I snorted but covered my mouth with my hand.

After sometime everyone was busy hanging the decorations around the house for the party...The bodyguards were dressed in casual clothes and Kinn even hired a few women as gaurds because Porsche said that they'll be useful for Neri in the future.

The house was decorated in an underwater theme and Neri was wearing an aqua blue dress.

We were done with the decorations after some time.

Tem walked into the house with Jom and Yok who was Porsche's previous boss.

"Alright then...Let's get this thing started" Kinn said.

Then he and the bodyguards turned off the lights and the room was engulfed in neon pretty sea colours.

Neri squealed as Porsche clapped her hands for her.

She ran over to Kinn and hugged his legs.

Kinn chuckled and shook his head then knelt down in front of her.

She gave him a kiss on the cheek.

"Don't I get one too?" Porsche asked.

Kinn picked her up and walked over to Porsche then she kissed Porsche's cheek.

Porsche chuckled and shook his head.

Vegas and Pete walked into the house with Vegas carrying Venice and miss Iris following them.

Venice finally broke the dog behaviour because after a year and half of knowing absolutely nothing Vegas finally got the hang of proper childcare.

"Did we miss something?" Vegas asked.

Kinn shook his head.

Vegas put Venice down and he immediately ran over to Tankul.

"Onlel Kul" Venice said as he jumped excitedly.

Tankul chuckled and picked him up.

Well...Even though we didn't get much of their baby speech it was still pretty cute to see them all excited.

Tem walked over to me and extended his hand for a shake.

I raised an eyebrow in confusion.

"It's nice to see that you're doing fine P'Tae" He said smiling.

I smiled and nodded then shook his hand.

"Yeah...You too" I said.

Now as a senior at college I have a more active role in my father's company.

Tem and Porsche and Vegas and Jom who we just met now are third years now.

"I was wondering if you can help me with something P'Tae" Tem said.

I nodded asking him to keep talking.

"Well...I wanted to learn foreign languages after graduation because I want to be an interpreter so I was wondering if you knew some teachers to help me with that" He said.

"I can teach you" I said shrugging.

He raised an eyebrow so I chuckled and shook my head.

He also laughed and shook his head.

Then grabbed a glass of shirley temple from the counter behind us.

I turned and grabbed another one.

"So...To new friendships?" He asked.

I nodded and we clunk the glasses together.

Then drank them in one go.

Mr Chan and Kinn's brothers and the bodyguards were all dressed in casual clothes.

Some of Kinn and my old school friends were also present.

Some of Porsche's people were there like the judo club members and some of Porchay's classmates.

Kim's caregiver mrs Phon and her daughter Ping were also here because their restaurant supplied the food.

It was a no working tonight.

Calm music was playing as the people enjoyed their time.

Kinn stood up on the podium and took the microphone.

"You're probably wondering what the celebration is for...So I'll tell you" Kinn said with a smile.

Then he picked Neri up.

"Tonight I'll celebrate the miracle the water gave me...A year ago I found this girl in Hua Hin and since then life has never been better" Kinn said smiling.

Then pulled Porsche to stand next to him.

"Tonight me and Porsche will celebrate her first birthday with us together" Kinn said.

Then clunk his glass with Porsche's glass.

"Everyone raise your glass to celebrate this happiness with us...This is to love and future happiness" Kinn said.

I clapped my hands in amusement.

Pete and Vegas clunk together and Kim with Porchay.

Tem pursed his lips into a thin line when he turned to me.

I clunk my glass to his.

Tem smiled and we both drank our drinks calmly.

Tem suddenly nudged my shoulder and I looked at the direction he pointed at and saw Venice and Neri dancing together which made my smile widen.

"They look so cute" Tem said chuckling.

I nodded in agreement.

I was on my way to the bathroom when I saw Kinn's bodyguard Arm talking to miss Iris.

He stopped talking as soon as he saw me and cleared his throat so I raised an eyebrow.

They left and I went to find Kinn.

What if Arm is becoming more like Big? Better safe then sorry.

"Kinn...You should be careful of Arm...I saw him talking to miss Iris" I said.

I mean if the Italian family has a vendetta then Kinn would be the first target.

"Huh?" Kinn asked frowning.

"Damn it just be careful ok?" I asked.

Kinn chuckled awkwardly and nodded.

Then I went to the restroom and got back to where the party was.

Tankul was dancing in the middle of the dancing floor and Pete and Macau were dancing around him.

Vegas was nowhere in sight and Porchay was eating.

Ping took the podium and started singing a french love song as Kim played the guitar for her.

I recognised the song as Indila's love story.

Well...French is really the most romantic language because this song was so beautiful and Ping sang like a professional.

I looked around and saw the guests dancing to the song slowly.

Arm was dancing with miss Iris and Kinn with Porsche while Vegas and Pete also danced together.

I sipped my drink calmly as I looked at them.

Neri climbed onto my lap out of nowhere and poked my cheek.

"Pletty ongle smie" She said excitedly.

I chuckled and shook my head at her behavior then she gave me a hug.

I put her down and she ran off to Porsche.

"Do you want to dance P?" Tem asked.

I raised an eyebrow then decided to just go along with it since I didn't want to be the outcast.

We started dancing as Kim sang this time while Ping played the guitar instead.

Kim sang Shaun's way back home as he looked at Porchay.

Kinn's P.O.V:

I nudged Porsche with my shoulder and he turned to where I pointed.

He smiled when he also saw Tae and Tem dancing together.

Then I pressed my lips to his by the time Kim finished his song.

After some time we were eating the food and laughing while cracking jokes.

It was actually nice of Tae to warn me about Arm who was actually loyal since he was secretly dating miss Iris for quite a few weeks now.

But then let's pretend that I don't know that.

Well...Actually Kim told Tankul who told Porsche who told me.

Damn it...Between my brothers why am I always the last one to know stuff?

They would fit the pill for international spies with how good they can get at gathering information.

But getting back to the point...Tae's behaviour only fueled my decision.

We were done eating.

"Ummm...Tae...Would you mind staying behind for a bit? Me and Kinn would like to talk to you about something" Porsche said as soon as the guests started leaving.

Tae frowned in confusion.

But sat down anyway.

The last guest left and Porsche and me looked at each other with a smile before turning back to Tae.

"Me and Porsche have been thinking about it for quite sometime now and we would like to have you as Neri's godfather" I said smiling.

Tae who was sipping his drink immediately choked and started coughing.

Porsche stood up immediately and started patting his back until he finally calmed down enough to talk.

"Wh...What?" Tae asked.

"We would like it if you become Neri's godfather" Porsche said as soon as he sat down next to me again.

"Ummm..." Tae started.

"Besides...Neri already likes you...She even calls you pretty uncle" I said chuckling.

Tae facepalmed.

"Tae...You must agree...You're the only one we can trust with her if anything happened to us" Porsche insisted.

Tae looked between me and Porsche then sighed heavily and nodded.

"Fine...Just because she's cute" He said.

We both stood up and gave him a hug.

"Oh is that a group hug?" Pete asked.

Then he and Tankul joined the hug.

"No it's not...Get off me I can't breathe...A second longer and you'll be looking for another godparent" Tae said.

So we let go of him immediately.

That night Tae stayed over at my house.
