Vegas's P.O.V:

I parked my motorbike in front of the building and walked in.

"What do you have for me?" I asked.

"It's seems that you were right about your assumption mr Kornwit we've been keeping an eye on them for quite a while now and they do seem really suspicious" The man in front of me said.

I nodded and took the file from him and started looking through it.

"Keep an eye on them I want to know all their movements" I said.

"Of course mr Kornwit" He said.

I left after that and headed back home then put the file in my drawer.

Macau was watching TV in my room.

"Hey...Don't show the judo competition videos or anything related to that idol of yours to our father ok?" I asked.

He frowned in confusion.

"Just do as I say" I said firmly.

"Ummm...Ok" He said.

Then went to shower before going to bed.

(The next day)

Kinn's P.O.V:

I watched the surveillance footage again and again.

Then sighed heavily and ruffled my hair in frustration.

How can someone sneak into the house like that without leaving a single trace behind?

"It's just an assumption but do you think the person disconnected the surveillance before coming in?" Tae asked.

I looked up shocked.

Of course...Why didn't I think of that?

I sighed heavily and ruffled my hair in frustration.

I really need to focus.

"If that was right then the person who sneaked in had help from inside the house" I said.

The time of the attack matches with our house system maintenance.

And since the fire alarm wasn't working that day then...A group of people are ganging up on us.

"I can help you look into the matter regarding the house maintenance service but I don't think I'll be able to help much in the sneak attack aspect" Tae said.

"That would be great thank you" I said.

"But I think it still seems fishy...I mean...Your little brother was home that night and he was bedridden so he could have been easily kidnapped...And yet the person who sneaked in to trash your house only targeted one room" Time said.

I nodded in agreement.

Checking the entire room...Jom's bedroom was the only one that got trashed...But wait...

"When I tried to open the door to escape the fire I found that it was locked from outside" I said.

Then chuckled in disbelief and shook my head.

"The person who trashed the house was still there to make sure we were trapped inside" I said.

"The bodyguards who were with you can't be the ones who did it since the house was fine before that night" Mew said.

I shook my head.

"Or it could have been trashed even before that and I just never noticed" I said.

"The only thing I want to know is that...Who would want to kill Jom?" Tae asked.

I sighed heavily and ruffled my hair in frustration.

"He did say that there's some people looking for him but he didn't tell me more about it" I said.

"I think you should ask him...It still seems so hard to believe" Tae said.

I nodded in agreement because getting to the point of tracking him all the way here and trying to kill him means that he's being targeted by someone serious.

I called P'Chan.

"Mr Anakin" He said politely.

"I want you to do a thorough background check on the bodyguards who were hired at the main house the past few months" I said.

"Of course mr Anakin" He said.

"Update me immediately if you find anything suspicious" I said.

Then hung up.

"Just try to relax Kinn you won't be able to think clearly under stress" Time said.

I sighed heavily and nodded.

I also wonder why that kid still hasn't called me yet.

Should I go to the restaurant myself?

"I'm going out" I said to my friends.

"Do you have something in mind?" Mew asked.

"Well...I'm going to a restaurant you're free to come if you want" I said.

So the four of us went to my car and I drove to that restaurant.

(Meanwhile)

Porchay's P.O.V:

I was cleaning a table when the door opened so I looked up and saw my brother's friend P'Tem.

"P'Tem" I said excitedly.

Then walked over to him and gave him a hug.

He chuckled and hugged me in return and started patting my back.

"What are you doing here P?" I asked.

"The semester ended...Your brother called me and said that you needed help and he asked me to come here" P'Tem said then ruffled my hair.

I let go of him and smiled.

"Where are you staying? Do you need something?" He asked.

"I'm alright P" I said.

"Well...I rented an apartment here so you can come stay with me if you want...I also got my parents to sign for your online classes...You still have sometime before your exams so I'm sure I can help you study" P'Tem said.

I opened my mouth to say something but the door of the restaurant opened and that person walked in with his three friends.

And just like that my happy mood was ruined in a second.

"What do you want?" I asked the guy angrily.

"You...Your brother's name is Porsche right? Is your last name Kittisawasd?" He asked.

I sighed heavily and nodded.

"Look...I still don't know why you hate me but I came here to ask you a few questions" He said.

"I don't have anything to say to you leave" I said.

The guy sighed heavily and nodded to himself then grabbed my collar and pushed me to the wall.

"You're really testing my patience kid" He said angrily.

"Kinn calm down he's just a high school kid" The guy with long hair said.

P'Tem loosened P'Kinn's grip on my collar and pushed him away causing him to stumble backwards.

"Get your hands off him" P'Tem said angrily.

"Hey hey...Let's just calm down ok? We only came here to talk and have some nice food" The guy with long hair said.

Then he smiled and walked over to me before putting his hand on my shoulder.

"I'm sorry on behalf of my friend he's not usually this temperamental...We met before remember? I'm Tae and you?" The one with long hair asked.

He had a nice smile and looked too...Ummm...Pretty?...I don't know how to describe him but he had make up on and had a slightly smaller figure compared to his three other friends.

I pushed his hand off my shoulder.

"My name is Porchay" I said.

"Well...Isn't it nice to meet you?" P'Tae asked.

"Let's go to a table already we're blocking the door" Another one of those guys said.

So the four of them went to a table and gave me their orders but P'Kinn followed me to the kitchen.

"Listen...I really didn't come to fight with you ok? I only came to warn you and your brother...Where's he? There's something important you two should know" P'Kinn said.

"Well...He disappeared after he saved you from that car accident months ago...I came to look for him but I still can't find him" I said.

He sighed heavily and nodded.

"I'll take responsibility then...What exactly do you want? I can give it to you as long as it's something I can do" He said.

"I don't want anything from you just stay away from me" I said.

"I can't do that...Because you and your brother are somehow related to our family...Which is the only explanation as to why your brother's name ended up in my father's will...And since your brother saved my life I'm obligated to return the favour" He said.

"You don't have to do anything your presence already ruined everything" I said.

Then started heating the food.

"Can you please leave so I can work?" I asked.

He sighed heavily and nodded.

"I'll send someone to look after you...Don't be alarmed by his presence ok? He's only here to help you" He said.

Then left.

I brought over their orders.

"Enjoy" I said smiling thinly.

Then went to another table.

(Later that night)

Kim's P.O.V:

I was still confined to my room so I lazily watched TV.

Which was generally boring until a piece of news caught my attention.

Apparently the don is back in Thailand for a while.

I sighed heavily and turned the volume up to hear the news better.

The news anchor said that he came to personally manage his company.

Bad news...

I called Kinn.

He picked up after the third ring.

"What is it?" He asked.

"Mr Lorentz is back in Thailand...I saw it on the news just now" I said.

He sighed heavily.

"Alright I'll deal with it" He said.

"Bye" I said.

Then hung up.

I need to see Chay.

The door opened and Tankul walked in.

"How are you? I brought you some porridge" He said.

I sighed heavily and rolled my eyes.

"I can eat other things now I'm not dying of fever anymore" I said.

"Be glad that we're feeding you at all you brat" He retorted.

Then sat down next to me.

I took the bowl from him and started eating.

My phone started ringing so I put the bowl aside and took the phone.

"Did you find anything?" I asked the person on the other end.

"The loansharks who took the house sold it to your brother but it didn't have anything when I went to check" He said.

"And?" I asked.

"I asked their neighbours and they said that the loansharks sold their stuff...Their uncle died too...But I managed to find his body...It was already in a terrible shape indicating that he has been dead for a while now" He said.

"And did he have anything useful?" I asked.

"No he didn't" He said.

I sighed heavily and facepalmed.

"Fine then...I'll do it myself" I said then hung up.

I stood up from the bed and went to my closet.

"What are you doing?" Tankul asked.

"Later" I said waving him off then left the house and went to that motel.

It was still working hours at the restaurant so Porchay won't come here anytime soon.

I walked over to the reception desk.

"Is there a resident here by the name Porchay Pichaya?" I asked.

"Yes...Are you his friend?" The receptionist asked.

"Yes" I said.

"He's in room twenty three" She said.

I nodded.

"He called me and told me that he forgot his student ID card and he has a night class now...So...Can I have the key to his room to get it?" I asked.

She gave it to me.

Then I went upstairs to the room and opened the door.

I started looking around the room and searching his stuff.

Until I finally found it.

I took out my phone and took a picture before putting the phone back in my pocket.

Then I left the room and returned the key before going to my car and started driving back home.
