The next day during Professor Port's lesson, Jaune slides up towards Weiss as she is staring at a holographic clock in front of her while ignoring Professor Port's lesson, waiting for the 3:59 to turn to 4:00

Jaune: Hey Weiss. Do you want to grab a bite after class?

Jaune looks at Professor Port to ensure that he isn't looking before looking back at Weiss

Jaune: I got two tickets to that new Spruce Willis movie if you want to make the trip to Vale. I heard it's awesome

Weiss ignores Jaune as she continued looking at the holographic clock in front of her

Jaune: Maybe after that, we could study together. I mean, you're smart while I'm... you know

Finally, the holographic clock changes from 3:59 to 4:00 and gives off a shrill beep, making Weiss wave her hand to dismiss it. Professor Port was at first unaware of the alarm until he saw the students packing up and leaving

Port: Then I- oh

Professor Port positions himself straight before continuing

Port: timed that one wrong I guess. Well then, the stunning conclusion will have to wait. Until next time!

Jaune watched as Weiss packs up her belongings to leave

Jaune: Weiss, are you even listening?

Weiss: No. No. No. yes.

Weiss replied before leaving. Jaune groans and faceplants into his desk as Team RWBY walked past him

Yang: Next time

Yang ruffled his hair as the rest of Team RWBY walked past him.

Evan: Son, you alright?

Evan asked as Team EVGL was one of the last teams to leave the class

Jaune: Huh?

Jaune slowly looked up to see all 6 members of Team EVGL looking at him.

Jaune: I'm fine sir. Go on without me

Nepgear: Are you sure?

Jaune: Yes. Go plan your next naval operation or something sir. I'll leave shortly

Jaune said, making Team EVGL look at each other for a moment before leaving the classroom

*Timeskip

A few hours later, Team RWBY were in their dorm preparing for something big. Ruby straps the red laces on her shoes, Weiss grips the hilt of Myrtenaster that is strapped to her side. Yang has Ember Celica over her forearm as she slides the chamber while Blake tightens the red ribbons on her arms. Team RWBY are now wearing new outfits

Blake: I thought that class will never end

Blake remarked as she approached her bunk while tightening the wraps on her hands

Ruby: Alright girls, today's the day when the investigation begins. Banzai!

Ruby happily leapt off her mattress onto the floor, almost squashing Weiss who is on the bottom bunk

Weiss: I'm glad to see that we're taking this seriously

Weiss said sarcastically, making Yang interrupt her

Yang: Hey, at least we've got a plan that is moderately... serious

Ruby: Right

Ruby looks around at her teammates

Ruby: Everybody remember their roles?

Weiss then stands up

Weiss: You and I will head to the CCT and check the Schnee records for any other dust robberies or inconsistencies. Seeing as I'm in the family, this shouldn't be a problem

Blake: The White Fang has regular faction meetings to hand out orders and recruit new members. If i can get in, i can hopefully find out what they're planning

Yang: I have an old friend in the shady side of town that typically knows everything going on in Vale. Getting information out of him shouldn't be too hard

Ruby: Great! Tonight we'll meet near Yang to discuss over what we've found

Ruby pumps up her fist

Ruby: Banzai!

Sun: Banzai

Sun is hanging down on his tail in their open window. The whole team was shocked

Blake: Sun?!

Yang: How did you get up here?!

Yang asked in disbelief

Sun: Ah it's easy. I do it all the time

Weiss: You do what?

Sun: I climb trees all the time

Sun flips into the dorm room, unfazed by Weiss' Scowl

Sun: So are we getting back at that Torchwick guy?

Blake stood up

Blake: We are investigating this situation as a team

Ruby: Sorry Sun but we don't want friends to get involved if we don't have to

Sun: Psh. That's dumb. We should always get friends involved. That's why I brought Neptune

Sun gestured out of the window, making Team RWBY look out the window to see Neptune standing outside, cool as he can be

Neptune: Sup

Ruby: How did you even get up here?

Neptune: I have my ways

Then Neptune became serious

Neptune: Seriously, can i get in right now? We're like, really high up

Team RWBY reluctantly let Neptune in as they stood around in a circle as Ruby lays down a new plan

Ruby: Alright. I'll go with Weiss. Sun, you can go with Blake. And Neptune, you can go with Yang since she doesn't have a partner. Everybody good?

Everybody agreed, making Ruby pump up her fist

Ruby: Let's go! Banzai!

Evan: After almost a year. Lesson 43 is out. Looks like we're setting the stage for the highway battle

Glorious: Looks like it. We need to act fast otherwise the civilians over there will be injured by Team Rowdy's little stunt

Evan: Yes. Oh I've received a transmission from Torchwick. I've got to relay this to Francis and Team FNBT. That will be in the next lesson. Anyways see you next lesson everyone

At Atlas Academy, a huge army is getting ready to attack a place

Jake: This is it babe. We're attacking the Naval Commander's base and make it our own

Jake remarked as he watches Atlas Troops and Atlesian Knights being loaded onto Atlesian Troop Transports

Harriet: Yes. Unfortunately we cannot use the Colossus and Project Big Zero is still undergoing testing

Jake: We don't need those heavy guns. We're saving them for rescuing Eleanor from the... terrorist admiral. My Semblance can take care of the Naval Commander and his... soldiers

After saying this, Jake burped at a nearby plant, releasing a stench that kills the plant

Jake: Besides, the naval commander, Francis Charron or whatever the heck his name is, is lower ranked than the terrorist admiral we attacked so he's supposed to be weaker.

Harriet: Yeah

Jake: I'm sure Eleanor is busy screaming for me to come rescue her. Don't worry Eleanor, for I am coming to rescue you eventually. Just you wait

Jake laughed as he and Harriet watched the Atlesian troop transports being loaded to attack Francis' Naval Base.
