Question: To Take Vitamins Or To Not Take Vitamins?
Biotin is a word that many of us know. Now, other vitamins are being recommended like these sugar bear gummies everyone is hyping up nowadays and the Hairfinity vitamins.
I've taken biotin before and that got me decent results but I broke out. Not too bad, though. Then I tried a different method that involved me taking NO VITAMINS and I got almost an inch of hair growth in one month! (I talk about it in an early chapter.)
So, that got me thinking: do I really need to take vitamins. A few months later, I took biotin again in gummy form and I broke out BADLY. My skin is normally clear so I immediately stopped taking biotin. Skin is more important to me and I already found a way to accelerate my growth without vitamins.
