Pict Magic? (Sota)

Scenario: Sota was painting a picture on a rock. "This will be a pretty horsey!" The horse he was painting on the rock was light blue with a black star on it's side, with a yellow mane and tail.
When he finished painting the picture, A magic circle appeared and then out cane forth the exact same horse Sota painted.
"WHAT IN THE--! HOW DID-- WHAT?!" He jumped back startled.
The horse looked at him. But then lowered his head down and started to graze.
"How did I...do that? I just used magic! But...what kind...? This doesn't make any sense..." Sota just watched his horse graze with confusion and wonderment.
You saw this horse and Sota.
