Footsteps? Oh, I guess so.

I could hear someone coming outside to the balcony I was on. Who was it? Hmm, I'll just see who.

When he came out, I noticed that he was the same boy that I was watching earlier. Orange hair, black and orange suit, Karasuno...I don't have to say the rest do I? Oh well. He was shorter than rest, but I didn't care. He was...how do I say it? Adorable. I couldn't help but just stand there and stare whenever he came into view. When he came out he breathed deeply as if he needed the fresh air that was out here. I thought that maybe I could stop myself from looking at him if I came outside, but then the only thing on my mind was him. What do they call it...love at first sight I think? I think that's my problem right now.He started looking around. Was he searching for something? Or...wait. Did he notice my gaze? Oops.

Hinata's P.O.V.

The eyes were here too. I could feel the gaze. But who was watching me? I want to know so I wasn't so disturbed by this gaze. I couldn't help looking around me. I was so confused! I can't see anybody, so how come the watcher can see me? Dang it! But I didn't look in the shadows, until I saw movement. Then I saw him. He was one of the guys from Shiratorizawa.

He's handsome...hey! I can't think that! I just saw him! I shook my head, as soon after realization hit me. HE was the one who was watching me the whole time!

"Ah...Hello." Was that the best thing you could think of saying Hinata!? Dangit! I'm to nervous to think properly right now!

"Mm." And was that all he could respond with!? I can't tell what's going on in his mind so I can't tell if he's flustered or just not social.

"Who're you?"

"Wakatoshi Ushijima"

"I'm Shōyō Hinata! Nice to meet you Ushijima-kun!"

"You too, Hinata"

"Aheh!" I grinned. A small smile crept up to his face as I reached out to see if he would shake my hand, and he did. I had made a new friend! But then someone else came and scared me.

"Wakatooshi-kuuuun" Said the new person.

"Satori"

"Come back already. They're gonna start the dance soon." I yelped at that.

"Why'd you yelp?" Ushijima-kun asked me.

"I don't like to dance. Much less in front of a crowd. Ans even lesser when it has to be pairs!" I shivered. I can't help it! I DON'T WANT TO DANCE!

"You can dance with me if you want...Hinata."

"Huh!?" I was shocked at his suggestion.

"Wakatooooshiii-kuuun, we have to go now." The person I think who's name was...Satori? I think so, stated.

"Okay. I hope I can see you later then, Hinata."

"Yeah!" I said as I waved at him, grinning.

When they finally left, I let out a sigh. I might as well head back, too. Suga-san is probably worried about me, since I didn't come back yet. I started to go to the Grand Ballroom since the Dance was about to start, when I saw my Team. I started to run towards them. When I was close enough for them to hear me...

"Hey!" I said, announcing my presence.

"Where have you been!?" Suga-san asked, obviously worried. A little loud too.

"I was just on the balcony talking to somebody." I said. I sort of said it like it was obvious for some reason. I don't know why I did.

"Who?"

"Secret." I said winking and sticking my tongue out.

"Oh, come on, tell us." Tsukkishima said. Once again, IN. MY. EAR.

"HEY!!" Suga-san snapped right there on the spot.

"We need to talk." With that, he dragged Tsukkishima away. At least he wouldn't bother me anymore. I'm glad about that.

"I was talking to my new friend!"

"Who's your new friend?" Kageyama-kun asked, voice filled with curiosity.

"As i said, secret!"

"Tell us!" Tanaka-san, Noya-san, and Yachi-san said simultaneously.

"Someone from another Nation's Team. That's all i'm gonna say."

"What Nation!?" Everyone said at once.

"Not telling you the Nation, but I can tell you that he's a Captain of his Nation's Team."

"Kuroo?"

"Nope!!" I laughed.

"Who is it then??" KAGEYAMA-KUN. AGAIN.

"NOT. SAYING."

"JUST TELL US ALREADY!" YACHI-SAN NOW!?

"NO!"

"Let's just go to the Grand Ballroom." THANK YOU DAICHI-SAN!!

"Fine."

"Let's go!"

"YEAH!!"

Then we started to head towards the Grand Ballroom. What we wouldn't know was that this year's Dance would be very...Eventful.
