Hinata's P.O.V.

Hmm...should I ask someone? Or should I wait until someone asks me? I don't know what to do!! Dang it! I'm just gonna wait then...

"Hey Hinata?" A voice called out to me.

"Yeah?"

"Will you dance with me?" Wait a minute...HUH!? I turned around to see who was the origin of the voice, and guess who it was. Kiyoko-san was the one who asked me for a dance.

"Huh!? O-okay..."

"Really? Great!"

"Why didn't you ask someone else though?"

"I'm not that good at dancing..." Like me? Nah, she's probably better than me. But if Tanaka-san and Noya-san spot me with her, what would happen!? Oh no...

"Let's go!" She said as she started to drag onto the dance floor.

"W-wait!" I cried, but she didn't hear me. I looked back at Tanak-san and Noya-san, expecting to see glares in my direction, but they both gave me a thumbs up. Did they plan this??? Oh no. I can't go back now, the music is starting. Oh crap. Let's hope I get out of this safely.

When we started, we both started off a little rough, but we got used to the movements after a while. To my surprise, Kiyoko-san messed up more than I did. We both stepped on each others feet occasionally. When the song ended, we both got off the dance floor. It was actually fun!

"Thanks, Hinata."

"I should be thanking you! It was really fun!! Thanks for asking me!" We both smiled at each other.

"I'm gonna go outside again, is that okay?" I asked Suga-san.

"Okay! Thanks for telling me this time Hinata."

"Aheh" I laughed as I started to walk towards the balcony again.

"Phew." I sighed as I breathed the fresh air that I very much needed. Then I saw Ushijima-kun walking towards me.

"Hi, Ushijima-kun!" I grinned.

"Hey, Hinata"

"I just needed some fresh air again, if you wanted to know why I was here."

"Okay. I came here to ask you something."

"Huh? Well then...what is it?"

"For the next dance...will you be my partner?"

"Huh!?" That surprised me. But...if he's a boy and I am too, who's going to play the girl part? Wait...is it gonna be me?

"Am I going to dance the girl's part?" I asked, just to be sure.

"I never thought about that much..." He said as he turned away...WAIT. Was he blushing just now? HE WAS BLUSHING!!

"I guess I can dance the girl part then..." I said without realizing it.

He looked back at me, eyes wide with surprise.

"R-really?"

"Sure! Though I don't know the part so you'll have to guide me..."

"Okay." Then he did something that surprised me. He actually smiled! Okay, a little bit, but it was still a smile. I blushed a little because I was happy. I felt like I got his first smile. I couldn't help but grin at him.

"Let's go then!" I told him as I started to drag him back to the dance floor. Take note:I sort of actually dragged him there. (>//M//<)

When we reached the dance floor, we got into position. It was a little different, but I got it right. The song that was playing was a slow one. It was perfect for the mood between us (calm, quiet, etc.). It was calming to dance with Ushijima-kun. What was funny was that he was blushing throughout the whole dance I kept giggling at that fact. Then the music started to speed up a little and he would twirl me around like I was a lady. It was fun. I could tell that most of the people were watching us, but we didn't mind. When we neared the end of the song, he twirled me around a few more times and dipped me, our faces only about an inch apart. He then pulled us up. He bowed to me, and I doing the same.

"Thank you for the dance, Ushijima-kun!" I smiled at him.

"Thank you for the dance...Shou-chan." I blushed at his remark.

"Y-you can just call me HInata you know!"

"I think Shou-chan is a better name for you, at least that's what I think."

"Thanks then." He smiled at me, a full smile this time.

I then walked away from him, happy of what happened. Not knowing it, they had watched our whole dance.
