Y/N's POV

I woke up with cold sheets. My eyes were burning and I really felt like going back to sleep but I rolled out of bed before sleepily going to the living room where I saw Natasha eating cereal. I went up to her, suddenly filled with energy, and I hugged her as she turned around to face me. She swallowed whatever was in her mouth and she gently kissed my nose, saying, "G'morning, Y/N/N, how'd you sleep?" I pulled a chair out for myself as I grabbed a bowl, "Umm... not really well, you weren't in bed when I woke up." Natasha grabbed my bowl, pulling it towards her and she shoved a spoonful of cereal into my mouth. "Froot Loops, your favorite," said Nat as she fed me some more. I instantly gulped down the entire bowl before asking Wanda who was nearby, "Morning Wanda, I know you're probably going to be spending time with Vision, but could you help me work on my powers?"

Wanda politely shook her head and I knew she had some plans with Vision so I left them two to be. Natasha grabbed my hand and said, "I'll help you, maybe I can just have you use your telekinesis, telepathy, mind control and you can read my mind." I nodded before grabbing my (customized) water bottle and heading down to the training room with Natasha.

The first thing she had me try was mind control. I tried to control her to hug me but it failed. There was a possibility that her mind was too strong but if I could read her mind, I should've been able to control her, considering that she's just a normal human. I then tried to use my telekinesis to carry a 50 pound weight from one side of the room to the other, which backfired on me because the weight fell on my foot. The telepathy was fun and easy. Sam had come into the room and he saw Natasha and I just laughing at each other occasionally but he had no clue why. He left while he said, "You both need mental help." I've kinda gotta agree with him on that.

The part where I read Natasha's mind was the scariest. I ended up seeing... not so PG stuff. Between the two of us, may I add. Unfortunately for me, I had to be dragged away from Natasha by my father as he said, "You act like you're dating, yuck."

In the Avengers Tower, the way things work is that we all take turns cooking meals. Today was my day to cook for everyone. I was cooking some pasta and I went to stir but.... My hand caught on fire. I shrieked and Nat came running in as she tried airing it out. Nothing would work though but Tony managed to extinguish the fire. As we checked if I was okay, we all realized that my hand was unharmed. We all looked at each other with anger and confusion (except for Nat) as we said, "I demand answers, right now."

After a long explanation from Wanda, we all calmed down. Thor just now walked into all I repeated to him what Wanda explained. "In Vulcan, I was having a near death experience so the god of the forges, Hephaestus, was all like 'magical boom'! Now you have fire powers! But like, I just now had to decide if I want fire powers or shapeshifting and I gave up shapeshifting for fire!"
