Kakashi {Part two}

Making Up For Lost Time.

The walk back to the Hidden Leaf wasn't a long one, we only had to set up camp once. But in that short amount of time they filled me in on what has happened with the Village, Lord Third dying, Sasuke, Kakashi's student running away.

"Hey I see the gates!" Naruto yelled and I could hear his footsteps take off in a full on run laughing as all the kids took off after him, leaving me, Kakashi, and Yamato behind.

"You guys don't have stay with me, I know my way to and around the Village you know?" I said with a sigh, this is why I stayed away from people. They think I need their help getting around.

"We know." Yamato said, a slight chuckle in his voice.

"We just want to stay with you. Let the kids have their fun." Kakashi said, his chakra stepping closer to me.

"Sorry about your cloak by the way." Yamato said sighing.

"It's okay.. I'll figure something out."

"Here, let's do this." Kakashi said grabbing onto my shoulder making me stop.

"Do what?" I asked confused on why we had to stop, Yamato's chakra leaned in closer to see what Kakashi was going to do.

Kakashi bent down, pulling my right leg out and began untying my headband from my thigh, my cheeks flushed feeling his fingers brush against the back of my thigh causing me to giggle.

He stood and just stood there in front of me.

"Now what?" I asked smirking at him putting my hands on my hips.

"Now we do this." I felt his breath on my face, the warm of his body close to mine, I felt him place my headband around the bandages over my eyes and gently tie it behind my head.

"Now no one will see." It's only temporary of course." He adjusted my headband, my cheeks flushing more and my heart racing.

"There. All done." He stepped away and I turned to Yamato.

"Do I look dumb?" I asked slumping my shoulders, I feel like I look dumb, walking around with my headband over my eyes.

"Well~~"

"Oh Shut it Yamato!" I yelled as he laughed at me, clenching my fist in his face.

"Just because Im blind doesn't mean I can't kick your ass from the front gates to Kage Mountain!" He only laughed more.

"Wanna take that bet?" He challenged, I can hear the smirk in his voice. I was seething, I hated being challenged.

"Settle down ladies, there will be plenty of time for that later." Kakashi stepped in between us and lightly pushed us both back, his hand actually grabbed my breast by accident.

"Kakashi! You perv!" Yamato yelled in shock.

"Well it's not like I meant to! Can it Yamato!" They started bickering and I only laughed and stepped beside them and continued to walk to the front gates of the Village.

"H-Hey wait!" They both exclaimed and hurried after me.

"Look we have to report to Lady Hokage, you can join us if you'd like." Kakashi said walking beside me again.

"Sure. Wouldn't hurt to meet this Lady Tsunade."

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Come in." A female called from the other side of the door. The door opened and Kakashi walked in, I felt for the door but felt a hand on my lower back leading me so I didn't bump into the doorframe.
"Kakashi. Yamato. Care to explain?" The female voice didn't sound too happy that I was in her presence.
"Lady Hokage." I felt a hand press on the top of my head leading me to bow before her. I began sense her chakra, she's powerful to say the least.
"This is Y/N Yakani. The last remaining member of the Yakani clan."
There was silence, no one said anything.
"Prove it " Lady Tsunade demanded.
I took a step forward and took a deep breath, holding two fingers to my mouth I gently blew out, snow, and snowflakes came out and blew around the room softly falling on everyone here.
"Amazing." Another female said in a gasp.
"What happened to you? There were orders to keep you safe here in the Village from the Third Hokage himself."
I just shrugged my shoulders
"I left after the death of a close comrade. The pain of losing two comrades was too much for me to bare. There was pain and sorrow no matter where I went."
Lady Tsunade was quiet.
"And your eye sight? Can you see?" My body tensed up, a felt a hand on both of my shoulders giving me a squeeze of reassurance.
"No ma'am. I cannot see. I am completely blind."
"Why?"
A shiver ran up my spine, the air in the room shifted.
"Umm.. well..." I didn't know how to say this.. explaining myself to a complete stranger. But I had Kakashi and Yamato at my side. I can do this.
"Because I don't have eyes ma'am. They were cut out."
More gasps were heard. The two hands on my shoulders were removed and my friends took a step back.
"Who cut them out?" She asked.
Well here goes nothing.
"Me ma'am. I cut them out myself."
"Why in the hell would you do that?!" Kakashi yelled behind me.
"Kakashi! Let her explain herself!" Lady Tsunade yelled back.
My heart was going to beat out of my chest, my body shook violently. I kneeled down, taking my backpack off my shoulders and reaching inside. My fingers slid against the glass and I grabbed it tightly. I felt my way to Tsunade's desk and sat the glass jar down.
"These are my eyes. I cut them out to keep the Akatsuki and Orochimaru from capturing me. These eyes are easily recognizable to anyone who knows of my clan. I cut them out after a fight with one of Orochimaru's men who tried to take them from me."
I felt a hand on mine and they gave it a tight squeeze. "If you want, I can put your eyes back. You will have ful vision again."
My heart stopped. I never thought about that. I would be a target again, buy if I stayed here in the Village, I had people to protect me. Even though I don't need it, it's always appreciated.
"C-could you really do that?" I whispered softly. I haven't been able to see anything in 5 years.
"I can. I'll be happy to help you. These eyes are beautiful, they are the last remaining pair in all of existence."
I smiled at her, "Do you know how long it's been since I could see? Five years..."
"Well tomorrow you will see again."
We left the Hokage's office and Yamato went home, leaving me and Kakashi to walk to his apartment in silence.
"I have a spare room you can stay in." He said helping me through the front door.
"Thank you Kakashi." I said and felt around for a chair, but all I did was bump into all his other furniture and even the wall.
"I thought you said you weren't handicap. Can't you sense things?" He asked with a chuckle leading me to a room and sitting me down in a wooden chair.
"I can sense chakra dummy. Furniture doesn't give off chakra." I placed my hands on the table in front of me, we're in the kitchen.
I heard shuffling around me, and Kakashi him a song. "You hungry?"
He asked as I heard a knife hit a cutting board.
"Famished." I teased biting my bottom lip, the cutting stopped and I heard Kakashi's suck in a breath. I sensed his chakra go crazy, and felt a presence close to me.
"You think teasing me is a good idea? You've been gone a long time Y/N, you don't know what I'm capable of." His voice was husky in my ear, his hot breath on my neck.
I turned my head towards his face, our noses touching. I bit my lip and reached for his face, my fingers feeling a soft thin cloth over his cheeks.
"Still wearing that mask huh Kakashi?" I asked pinching his cheek and he stood up with a chuckle.
"I have my reasons." He went back to his cooking not saying another word.
After we ate and he cleaned up, he showed me to the room I'll be staying in for the week.
"Thank you Kakashi. For everything." I turned and have him a hug, my head resting on his chest. He wrapped his arms around me and held me close, his face buried in my hair. His heart started to beat wildly against my head. "Well goodnight Y/N." He pulled away and walked out, closing the door behind him.
I stood there trying to calm my heart. I felt around for the bed and found it, along with my bags. I slid off my shirt and placed it on the bed, I unbottoned my pants and slid them down my legs kicking them to the side. I unclasped my bra and let it fall off my shoulders
I sighed in relief and dug in my bag feeling for a shirt. But couldn't find one, "Damn it.
I didn't want to have to bother Kakashi for one, buy I didn't have a choice. I slipped on some shorts and grabbed my other shirt and wrapped it around my breasts and walked out of the door.
Feeling around on the walls I found another door and knocked. I heard footsteps and the door open.
"Yes? Uh.." Kakashi's voice faltered seeing me half naked.
"Umm.. could I have a clean shirt please.." my cheeks were red and my knees wobbled.
"Y-yeah." He placed his hands on my upper arms and led me to the middle of his room. I heard him open a drawer and then hand me a shirt.
"Thanks." I whispered and walked out going back to my room. I put Kakashi's shirt on and laid on the bed facing the ceiling. I slid off my headband and placed it on the nightstand. I sat up and began to remove the bandages from around my face.
"Hey Y/N do-" Kakashi walked in and gasped as he saw my face.
I quickly covered my face turning away from him, "Please leave." I begged, I didn't want him to see the damage I caused my eye lids.
"Turn to me. Please.." I felt the bed dip as he say down behind me.
"No. I don't want you to see."
He sighed heavily and placed a hand on my shoulder.
"No matter what I'll always think your beautiful. Scars, or wounds anywhere on your body won't ever change that."
My heart stopped beating, "R-really?" I asked slightly turning my head.
"Of course."
I sighed, "Okay close your eyes." I waited a second. "Are they closed?"
"Yes ma'am. They're closed." He chuckled. I turned my body around and used his shoulders to steady myself in a criss cross legged position.
"Okay. Open your eyes." I began to hold my breath. He didn't say anything at first, which made me even more anxious.
"May I?" He asked, I knew what he wanted to do, so I nodded my head in agreement. Slowly I felt his warm fingers slid against both of my cheeks, his hands cup my cheeks and held my head in place. He still don't say anything. Only felt with his fingers.
His finger slid across my many scars covering my eyelids and forehead. He just traced them on both sides.
"When I went to cut them out, I didn't want to damage the eyes themselves. So my face took the brute force of the kunai. It's ugly I know. Even though I have never seen them myself, many people have told me how bad they-"
My sentence was cut off by Kakashi pulling my face to his and giving me a loving kiss. He had taken off his mask, His lips were slightly chapped, but I enjoyed them none the less. His hands still cupped my face and pulled me into his lap. I straddled his hips and slid my tongue over his lip, he opened his mouth and when our tongues touched he let out a soft moan.
We kissed for a good while until he pulled away, "You are beautiful. With or without scars, with or without eyes."
I smiled and placed my hands on his face. His cheeks were smooth, my fingers traveled to his lips, they were slightly swollen and wet. I smiled as my fingers traced them, but I felt something by his mouth.
"It's a mole." He chuckled.
"But it's so small." I giggled but brought his mouth back to mine for a soft kiss.
"Let's make up for lost time Kakashi." I breathed against his lips, his arms wrapped around my wait and laid me down on my back.
"Gladly." He kissed down my neck and shoulder pulled away with a chuckle.
"Tomorrow."
Damn you Kakashi...
