It was the Forth Great Ninja War, me and Y/N were fighting Obito together. He was out best friend, was one of our comrades, and him starting this war was something we took personally. So we had to be the ones to bring him down.

We both attacked him with Kunai and taijutsu, but he always managed to block every attack.

"You're fools if you think you can defeat me!" Obito yelled and sliced his sword towards Y/N cutting up her stomach and chest.

"Y/N!" I yelled as she fell back and slid across the ground. Obito came back at me, and we were locked in am even match.

Then a smoke bomb went off in between us and we were engulfed in smoke, I felt arms wrap around my waist and I was pulled away quickly and landed a long ways away from Obito. I looked behind me and there crouched Y/N, blood soaking her purple shirt.

"Are you okay?" I asked hugging her to me.

"I'm fine." Her smile was forced but it still gave me comfort.

She stood up and took a few steps in Obito's direction.

"Obito! Why are you doing this? Rin wouldn't want this for us!"

"What the hell would you know what she wanted?!" Bringing up Rin pushed his buttons more than anything.

"Because she was my best friend too! Me and her talked about what we wanted in life, and she wanted you Obito! She wanted you! Is this really how you want to avenge her? By killing Kakashi and destroying the Hidden Leaf?!" Y/N's voice was cracking, I could tell she was crying, her and Rin were very close, damn near sister's, she didn't blame me for killing Rin, she always stood by my side.

"She...wanted me?"

"Yes Obito. She loved you more than anything!"

Obito's grew angry again and charged at Y/N who charged right back.

"Then why did she leave me to die in that cave?!" His sword clashed with Y/N's kunai, sparks flew between them.

"We had no choice! We thought you were already dead!" Y/N landed a hard punch to Obito's face, he fell on his back and she sat on his hips and wailed on his face, blue chakra surrounding her hands.

"Don't you dare blame us for leaving your body! We made sure that you were dead before the cave started to crumble around us! We loved you Obito! YOU WERE OUR FRIEND!!" He somehow managed to get his foot in between them and kicked her high in the air, I used this a any chance to attack him through his heart with my Chidori.

I raced to Obito lifting my hand to attack, but in a blink of an eye my hand was through Y/N chest, in- between her breasts.

She coughed up blood on me with tears in her eyes as she stared at me. My eyes widened and I dropped the kunai I had fused my Chidori with

"N-no.. Y/N!" I yelled as I cried. Obito laughed behind her.

"How does it feel Kakashi?! To kill two women that you loved?!"

"I-its okay Kakashi. It was an accident. Obito is-is too fast." She gave me a weak smile. I pulled my arm out of her chest and Obito threw her body to the side smiling darky at me.

I jolted awake, my eyes popping open and was only met with darkness. My body was shaking uncontrollably, I had fresh tears running down my face.

I been having this nightmare over and over lately, it's been 2 years since the war, so why now? Why did they start back up again? I thought I was past this?

A warm presence touched my lips and I smiled.

"I'm still alive ya know?" I held onto her wrist and felt her pulse on my lips. Everytime I've had that nightmare this is what she does, to prove to me that she was in fact still alive.

When I pierced her chest I barley missed any vital spots. Naruto was the one who actually saved her, and I thank him everyday for it.

"Why are you having these nightmares again Kakashi?" She asked as she straddled my hips in the dark.

My hands instinctively went to rubbing her swollen belly. Our son kicking my hand in response.

"I guess I'm just worried the same thing will happen to you like it did to Kushina." Her hands landed on mine and made them rub small circles on her belly.

"It won't. We are going to have a healthy birth, and a healthy baby. Everything has been perfect so far and it will continue to be perfect." She leaned down and kissed me softly and slid off of me and laid down next to me. I rolled over and placed my head on the scar on her chest and kisses her belly.

"Only a few more weeks and you'll be here son. I can't wait." I heard snores from above and smiled, she was already asleep, she's been extra tired these last few days, she's been sleeping a lot. Our son kicked my hand again and I smiled widely. I closed my eyes and fell asleep to the sound of Y/N's steady heartbeat.

I was laying in bed barley awake when I heard something break downstairs, I shot out of bed making sure I heard what I did.

"Kakashi!!" Y/N yelled in pain.

I ran to the bedroom door slinging it open and ran down the steps skipping most of them and slid into the kitchen where Y/N was holding onto the counter, food and broken glass all over the floor, her feet in a puddle.

"What happened?!" I rushed to her side and helped her not step on any glass.

"My water just broke. Ahh!!" She grabbed onto the kitchen table and broke off a huge chunk of wood.

"S-sorry." She panted.

"Come on we need to get you to a hospital." I picked her up bridal style and ran out of the house to the hospital.

"Push!!" Lady Tsunade said and then we heard soft cries. Y/N sighed happily as I patted away the sweat on her forehead.

"You did amazing my love." I wishpered in her ear, I watched in amazement as Lady Tsunade brought Kani to Y/N's bare chest and he started to suckle on her breast right away, and she just easily switched into mother mode so easily.

Everyone left leaving me, Y/N and Kani alone.

"He looks just like you." She whispered and rubbed Kani's cheek.

"This may be true, but he will grow up to be just like you." I kissed her forehead and relished in my new family.
