"Kabuto~ Wake up~..."

Nothing.

"Kabutooooo~ Wake uuuuppp~".

Nothing.

"Kabuto, please, wake up. You can sleep other time."

You said pushing the sheets of your shared bed, making him curl in a ball and shiver to the cold.

You sighed, seeing that he had no intention of leaving the bed soon and lied down next to him, putting an arm around his waist and kissing his naked back.

"Happy Birthday."

You felt him tense up, and you chuckled. Even after all this years, he was still so shy.

He turns around and pulls you closer to him. His cheeks still in a deep scarlet from your previous actions.

"Thank you."

He opens his eyes and stares at you, thinking how lucky he was to have such a wonderfull girlfriend.

"Kabuto?"

He hummed.

"Don't you want to open your present?"

You didn't even wait for him to awnser. You got out of the bed and crouched down to look under it. You took a purple wrapped box and gave it to him.

"I hope you like it."

Kabuto took a moment to inspect the box, trying to find out what was it.

"C'mon Kabuto open it!!" You said with a cheerfull face.

Kabuto, opens the present and see's a silver scalpel with yours and his initial carved in it.

He just smiles a bit, but it was enough for you to know that he loved it.

"I'm glad you liked it."

"I loved it, (Y/N)."

"You better do! I spent a lot of money on that!" You chuckled.

He puts the present aside, and pulls your face to a passionate kiss.

"I love you (Y/N)."

"I love you too Kabuto."
