Itachi smiled as he watched his one year old daughter playing with her (F/C) (F/A) plushie.

He was thankfull for these moments he shared with little (Y/N). He had forgotten what it was like to have someone to take care of after Sasuke.

He chuckles a bit when he watches you drooling all over the small stuffed animal.

"Cherry Blossom, I don't want to wash your plushie again." He said while whipping your mouth with a towel.

You fell on to the fluffy bed, giggling and drooling even more as if defying your father's orders. The male sighed, and started wondering if were this rebel with one year of age, what would happen when you're older.

"Let's go take a shower (Y/N)." He picks you up.

~_(-3-)_~ Time Skip ~_(-3-)_~

Itachi checked one more time the water temperature before taking off his own clothes and getting inside with you.

He positioned you in his lap making sure the water height wasn't enough for you to drown in. Next, he picked up a small bowl, filled it with water and poured it downed your small head (You didn't even notice, being too busy playing with a yellow rubber duck and a red-head mermaid.).

"Uwaaaa~" You let out some baby noises while splashing and throwing water all over the place, definitely enjoying your presence in the warm liquid.

Itachi picked up the shampoo bottle and squeezed a fairly amount of the pink flower-scented fluid in his hand and proceed to spread around your almost bald head.

You hummed at the sensation and immeadeatly stopped your frenetic arm movements. Itachi smiled at how quickly you changed your mood (This time being hysterical to calm and relaxed.).

~_(-3-)_~ Time Skip ~_(-3-)_~

After the refreshing bath and a very messy dinner it was time for your well-deserved sleep... But as always, you were making a fuss about it.

Everytime Itachi layed you down on your crib you started crying and screaming until your Daddy picked you up again in his arms. And Itachi's back was starting to hurt!

"Ah... I guess I'll have to let you sleep in my bed again." Itachi's eyes had dark circles underneath them. You always drained is energy when it was close to bed time.

You let out a baby noise of satisfaction when your Daddy put you down in the bed, seeing that once again you managed to cry your way to his bed successfully.

Itachi put his pyjamas on and layed down on the soft mattress next to you. Then he cradled you in his arms, watching you yawn and slowly going to sleep.

"Good night (Y/N). I love you."

He gently kisses your forehead, feeling himself catching the boat to dreamland too.
