Ryu POV

Ryu: Ok so explain to me why we're trying with them today?

Kira: Because Jiriya is going to be teaching Naruto the same Jutsu I was gonna teach you. Do you'll be learning it with Naruto.

Ryu: Well what is the Jutsu?

Jiriya: First off remember what we talked about yesterday? About the two chakra's?

Ryu: You mean the foxes and Shojo's? Yeah what about it.

Jiriya: Naruto, try building up that red chakra right now.

Naruto: Uh, right now? Well I guess if you say so. Okay I'll give it a try.

I Kira and I activated our Sharingan emit look at Naruto's Chakra. When it was showing it was still blue.

Ryu: It's not working.

Naruto: He's right, it's still blue.

Jiriya: You really have absolutely no talent huh kid?

Naruto: Hey don't go acting like your so great! I barely understand the two Chakra's myself!

Ryu: Wait a second, Naruto, let me give you something to base it off of. I'll show you how I do it and maybe it'll be the same for you.

I then closed my eyes.

Ryu: I don't really ever do this on command a lot but I remember how it works. First I build up my concentration, then I start building up chakra.

A slight breeze came from my direction.

Ryu: Then I think about something that gets me really angry.

My hair started to spike up and the ends began to turn red.

Ryu: Then I let my chakra spike up.

My chakra then started to skyrocket. When I opened my eyes they had slits in them.

Ryu: And that's how I usually do it. Most of the time when it happens it's on pure instinct. And I can only use so much power before I go ballistic.

Naruto: S-so, are you...

Ryu: Don't worry I'm okay. I just have a few more violent thoughts right now is all.

Kira: Good, now see how long you can maintain that state.

Ryu: Alright. Now Naruto, you try the way I did it.

Naruto: Alright, I'll give it a go.

I turned on my Sharingan to check on Naruto. For a split second I thought I could see red chakra, but it was gone after 5 seconds.

Naruto: Uhhh, it felt like it was their fast a minute but then it wasn't.

Jiriya: Well I guess it's some sorta progress. Listen Naruto, your training up until now isn't what you should have been starting with. What you have been doing is learning how to maintain and release a certain amount of chakra. But you have a lot of stamina your should be using your power instead of doing cheap tricks. You have 2 types of Chakra that don't exhaust easily, so you should learn to release the largest amount of chakra you can, and then train yourself, so you can increase the total amount of Chakra you can use. Once you go that a whole world of Jutsu will open up to you.

Kira then looked at me before I smirked.

Ryu: Jutsu like this!

I then preformed some hand signs.

Ryu: Wind Style: Twin Wind Dragon Jutsu!

Before Naruto could say anything, two giant wind dragons appeared in a huge gale of wind.

Naruto: AWESOME!!

The dragons crashed into the water making a big splash.

Ryu: And that is what a giant supple of chakra does.

Jiriya: Or the summoning jutsu.

Naruto: Aw! But I wanna do this cool wind dragons that Ryu did!

Ryu: I mean if this goes where I think it will you might be able to learn that and summoning.

Naruto: Really?

Jiriya: Indeed!

He then started going On how the Summoning Jutsu worked.

Ryu: Just give us the scroll to for the summoning! My bad, still got that little stab from the Chakra.

Shojo: It's fine.

Kira: Until he starts going crazy.

Shonen: Yeah he should probably turn that off now.

Ryu: Yeah staying like this with all the weighted clothing on is not good for my mental health. I'm deactivating this now.

I then got out of my chakra mode.

Ryu: And my sanity is slowly coming back. Alright Naruto lets teach you the wind dragon.

Naruto: Alright!

Ryu: Ok, the Twin Wind Dragon jutsu will be a bit overboard, so let's just stick with one. And remember, use as much Chakra as you can without knocking yourself out cold, or dying. Now follow the hand signs I do.

We both began doing the hand signs, Naruto a bit behind me on each sign. After a few dozen tries, he managed to doo it.

Ryu/Naruto: Wind Style: Wind Dragon Jutsu!!

I did a giant wind dragon while Naruto's, while still a good size, was smaller than mine.

Ryu: Good job Naruto. Not as big as mine, but it was good.

Naruto: That was amazing!!

Ryu: Now do it with everything you got.

Naruto: Right!!

Naruto then built up even more Chakra than before.

Naruto: Wind Style: Wind Dragon Jutsu!!!

Naruto then created a dragon that was even bigger than the one I shot out.

Ryu: ...Yeah that's about right.

Jiriya: You've exhausted enough Chakra, now it's time for you two to summon. First let us show you how it's done.

Kira: Your both gonna love this!

They then bit their thumbs and wiped blood on their opposite hands.

Kira/Jiriya: Summoning Jutsu!!

They both slammed their hands down onto the ground. For Jiriya, his usual toad appeared, but for Kira, a big wolf came out.

Ryu: This may be the weirdest yet most awesome thing I've ever seen.

Naruto: Amazing.

Kira: Now both of you take these scrolls.

Jiriya: For you Naruto, this toad scroll that has been passed down for generations.

Kira: And for you Ryu, this was our mother's scroll. The wolf scroll.

Wolf Summon: Take it, you will become one of the youngest would summoners in history.

I looked in shock before smiling. I grabbed the scroll from the wolf before petting it on the head making him smile.

Jiriya: Both of your sign your names on a blank spot in the scroll. Use the hand you want to summon with to sign your name.

Naruto used his right hand while I used my left.

Jiriya: Your a lefty?

Ryu: Actually I'm ambidextrous. For you Naruto, that means I can use my left hand and my right hand to right.

Naruto: Oh Ok.

We both then finished signing our names.

Ryu: Ok Naruto, your go first.

Naruto: Alright! Ninja Art: Summoning Jutsu!!

Naruto slammed down his hand hoping for a good summon. But instead, he got a tiny tadpole. Kira had fallen off her wolf and started laughing like a maniac rolling on the floor while I, not being able to take anymore, started laughing to.

Ryu: A tadpole?! That's friggin hilarious!!

Kira: Help!! I can't breathe!!!!

I was laughing so much that I was clutching my sides since they started hurting so much.

Naruto: SHUT UP!! Why don't you try Ryu?! See how you like being laughed at!

Ryu: Phew. I haven't laughed that hard I first saw Sakura's forehead for the first time. Ahhh, Classic. Alright, let's see how this goes.

I bit my thumb and preformed the hand signs.

Ryu: Summoning Jutsu!

I slammed my hand on the ground and a massive gust of smoke appeared.

???: FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS I'VE LAID DORMANT! WHO HAS DISTURBED MY-

Naruto/Jiriya/Kira: WHAT THE HECK?!!

Kira: RECEDE?!

Recede: KIRA! Why did you summon me in this place?!

Kira: That's the thing! I didn't summon you! The on top of your head did!!

Recede: Who's on my-

Ryu: Long time no see Recede!

I jumped down onto his snout.

Recede: Kid, why do you look so familiar?

Ryu: Man I haven't seen you in forever. Not since the first time my sister showed me the summoning Justu.

Recede: Uh- AHAHAHA! Well if it isn't Ryu, how have you been young one?! I never dreamed that you would be able to summon me.

Ryu: I've been great. I didn't think I'd summon you one my first try though.

Recede: Your first try? Is this your fist time using the summoning technique?

Ryu: Yes it is.

Recede: Ha! You are a true genius boy! You can summon me any time you wish!

He then patted my head with his paw. He brought his head down to let me get off.

Recede: Ah Jiriya, you look great you old pervert.

Jiriya: Don't call me that.

Recede: Ah whatever. And you blonde, you bear a striking resemblance to Lord 4th. Take care all of you.

He then disappeared in a puff of smoke. The four stood there in absolute awe. I then walked over there with so much swagger it would make anyone go green with envy.

Ryu: So what was that you said before Naruto?

Naruto: .....I should really stop saying stuff like that. When it's you especially.

Jiriya: You are one freaky kid.

Kira: To summon one of, if not the most powerful wolf summons on your first try. And for it to be Recede of all people.

Wolf Summon: My father has never seemed so happy to see someone else.

Ryu: That's was your father?

Wolf Summon: I'm R.J. It stands for Recede Junior.

Time Skip!

Haku: And is that on your first try?

Ryu: Yes I did. Probably don't wanna do that all the time. I was a little tired afterwards with all the back to back Jutsu but still.

Haku: Well it sounds to me like you did something normal Shinobi couldn't attempt.

Ryu: Yeah but Naruto... Nah I won't say that. I'll save him the embarrassment.

Haku: Whatever happened it sure must have been bad if you won't say it.

Time Skip.

There were 2 days until the final exam. Naruto summoned Gamabunta the chief toad but knocked himself out after trying to be on his back for the entire day about 2 days ago. After that I was with Kira training like a maniac.

Kira: Alright lets review everything you've learned. First off, use your crimson Wolf Claw.

I used my Rakurai that was newly named the Wolf Claw after a certain training session and used blood from my finger to amplify its strength. After using it so many times, I didn't feel the pain from it as much when a used a lesser amount of blood. I ran at a rock striking it and this time shattering it more than my previous attempts.

Kira: Good, now that me tested its potency, let's move on to summoning.

I did the hand signs and slammed down my hand to summon R.J.

Ryu: That what you had in mind?

Kira: Pretty much.

R.J: You've gotten better at this.

Kira: Alright. Let's see how fast you are with that trading gear.

I moved around at a speed about as fast as Lee was with his weights off.

Kira: Good, your at least faster than Lee. Now, go ahead and take off those weights.

Ryu: With pleasure.

I removed all of the weight off of me making me feel instantly lighter.

Ryu: Phew. That takes a load off.

Kira: Now jump as high as you can.

I shrugged and jumped so high the I could see the entire village from where I was.

Ryu: Ok this is awesome.

I dropped back down barely feeling anything after I I hit the ground.

Ryu: I'm sorry I ever doubted you.

Kira: All is forgiven. Now, it's time for you to learn the last Jutsu I'll teach to you. I'm warning you though, it's probably one of the hardest Jutsu you'll learn. The Chakra cost won't be anything to sneeze at. So make sure to only use it once a day.

Ryu: Got it.

Time Skip!

When I opened my eyes I was in a room. I couldn't tell were I was until looked around me.

Ryu: The hospital?

I tried to get up but I felt something on my chest. I looked to see that Haku was there. I slightly blushed before poking her cheek.

Haku: Huh?

She looked up to see me awake.

Haku: Oh *yawns* your awake...

She stretched in the chair she was on.

Ryu: Haku, how long was I out for?

Haku: About a day.

My eyes widened in absolute shock.

Ryu: A full day?! That means the exam is tomorrow! Shojo what the heck?! Why didn't you try to wake me up?!

Shojo: I did. I even projected myself to her to try and brainstorm a way to wake you up.

Ryu: Wait she projected herself you you?

Haku: If you mean Shojo than yes.

Ryu: *Sigh* Well I guess if it's tomorrow. Is Naruto still here?

Haku: Yeah and I don't think he woke up yet.

Ryu: Well lets wake him up.

I got up from the hospital bed realizing that I had bandages all over me.

Ryu: Haku, how did these bad ages get on me?

Haku: Well when you got here it looked like you where really sore in some places.

Ryu: Sheesh. That move really banged me up.

Haku: What Jutsu did you even use?

Ryu: If I said that it would ruin the surprise.

Haku: Your mean.

Ryu: You'll find out. Especially if I need to fight that Gaara. Anyway grab on.

She grabbed onto my arm and we teleported to where Naruto was.

Ryu: Boo.

Naruto/Shikamaru: GAAAH!!

They looked behind themselves to see me with a smirk.

Naruto: Ryu!! You jerk!

Shikamaru: When did you get here?

Ryu: I've been here since yesterday. I was out for a bit but I'm all good.

I grabbed an apple from the basket without letting them notice. I bit into the apple enjoying its sweetness.

Shikamaru: How did you get that?!

Ryu: I'm faster than fast, that's how.

Shikamaru: Ah, whatever.

Ryu: So why are you here Shikamaru?

Shikamaru: Choji ate one short rib to many.

I started to chuckle at hearing this.

Ryu: Heh. That's Choji alright.

Naruto: We were about to go over and eat some fruit in front of him. Wanna come?

Ryu: That's mean and kinda evil. I'm in

Haku: I like it.

I then sniffed the air.

Shikamaru: Whats up?

Ryu: I smell bloodlust...

Haku: Where?

Ryu: It's in the direction of Lee's sent.

Shikamaru: Sent?

Ryu: I'm literally a bloodhound. My sense of smell buts wild animals to shame. The smells I'm picking up are, Lee's and... Gaara.

Haku: That crazy sand guy?! If he's in Lee's room then-

Naruto: He's gonna try and kill Bushy Brows!

Shikamaru: Uh, it'll be a drag but we gotta stop him.

Ryu: You can all come but don't go in unless I say so. Shikamaru, I'll need you to hold him after I attack. I'm fast enough to go through that sand. And Haku, do you have your needles here?

Haku: Only 6.

Ryu: We'll have to make due with that much. Alright it's a mission move in.

We all rushed to Lee's room. When we were close I put my hand up signaling them to stop. We heard someone groaning for a second before I motioned my hand for us all to move. The door was open so I didn't have to wait. I sped in and punched Gaara square in the side of his face, faster then his sand could go.

Ryu: Shikamaru now!

Shikamaru: Shadow Possession Jutsu!

Shikamaru got him immobilizing him so Naruto could get a hit in.

Naruto: Ahh!!

Naruto got his own punch in shaking Gaara up.

Naruto: What are you doing here you rat?!

Shikamaru: Take it easy! When he gets hit I get pummeled too when I stop him!

Naruto: Oh, sorry Shikamaru.

I looked over at Gaara to see that there was a crack where Naruto hit him on his sand armor and there was a substantially bigger dent where I got him.

Ryu: That was a love tap. Next time I'm attacking to kill. Now spill it. What were you trying to do?

Gaara: I was trying to kill him.

Ryu: Alright listen, you need to learn how to control your bloodlust. I could smell it from halfway across the hospital.

Shikamaru: You already beat him in the competition. What your problem, was that not enough for you?

Ryu: It wasn't. He doesn't have a grudge either I can tell.

Haku: He just wanted to kill him. Plain and simple.

Naruto: You know what?! Your sick in the head, your crazy!!!

Shikamaru: Yeah. You think we're gonna stand by and let you do what you want? You sick selfish psycho.

Gaara: If you do not stay out of my way I'll have to kill you 4 as well.

I activated my Sharingan.

Ryu: You'd waste you're life trying.

Shikamaru: Yeah yeah, we watched your last match against Lee we know your tough. But you know, we're all hiding some tricks up our sleeves as well. We were holding back during our competitions there are things you haven't seen yet.

I realized that he was trying to bluff his way out but he wasn't wrong about Haku and I holding back.

Ryu: He's not wrong.

I closed my eyes and reopened then to show they had slits in them.

Ryu: I'm stronger than you can imagine.

I started to release a small bit of intent to kill.

Ryu: Now take our advice and leave before you die.

Gaara: I'll say it once more, if you get in my way I'll kill you.

Naruto: And I'll say this, go ahead and try!

Shikamaru: Don't go there! Haku and Ryu are probably the only one of us who could take him and even then this guy fights like a demon.

Naruto: He can act like a demon as much as he wants to but you know what? I've got real thing inside of me.

Ryu: I have something like that too. But stronger. 'Shojo do you count as a demon?'

Shojo: No just an Immortal Spirit.

Ryu: An Immortal Spirit.

Gaara: A demon huh? My demon is just as real as yours and his Immortal Spirit are.

All of our eyes widened at this information.

Ryu: Come again?

Gaara: My birth is not what you would consider a happy one.

A/n: You all know the drill.

Ryu: Shukaku... I-It's the one tails. I've only heard of it in legends but... it's the exact same as the 9 Tailed Fox.

Shikamaru: Gee what a swell guy your dad was. Must've loved you a lot.

Gaara: You speak of love? Do t measure me by your standards.

Ryu: 'I feel like I've said that to Naruto once. Probably should apologize.'

Gaara: The only emotional ties I have to my family, are the ones I want to wrap around their necks. Their only ties of hate.

A/n: YEET!

Gaara: And after a while when I thought I knew what love meant, that's when it started.

Shikamaru: When what started.

Gaara gained a grin that made him look like a maniac.

Gaara: In the 6 years since I became 6 years old, my father tried to kill me more times than I can count!

Ryu: So he basically pampered you until you could at least throw a kunai, then he flipped your world upside down by trying to kill you.

Gaara: Those who become to strong are bound to become feared. The Jutsu that had given me birth had unbalanced something in my mind. Even the fools in my village realized I had... emotional problems. My father, the Kazegage, considered me his ultimate weapon. But eventually, I became a threat to the very village I was meant to protect. By the time I was 6 I became a figure of terror to all in my villagers.

Ryu: Ok I'm gonna stop that there and skip to tryout reason for living at this point. It's to kill, right?

Gaara: Yes. I love only myself, I live only for myself. It was the death of my mother that gave me life and it the death of others that sustains me. It makes me almost happy to be alive. And there's no end to it. As long g as there are people to kill in this great wide crowded world, I will never disappear.

At that sentence I froze a bit.

Ryu: 'If there are still people to kill he won't die... he lives to kill. I've killed before, but I might not be even close to his count. I had a few people that brought me out of the darkness. He had no one. Nothing but himself...'

Just then Shikamaru's possession ran out.

Ryu: Oh crap.

I jumped back away from him so I wouldn't get caught up in that stuff.

Ryu: Haku really need those needles!

She threw them but the weren't fast enough to go through the shield.

Gaara: Now, let me feel alive...!!

Just then sand came at us.

Ryu: Ok screw it.

I then did some hand signs and discharged electricity from myself, stopping the sand in its tracks.

???: Alright that's enough.

We all turned to see Gai at the door.

Gai: Save it for the tomorrow. Your just waisting it today is that what you want?

Gaara started clutching his head in pain for a full minute before retracting his sand and walking off.

Gaara: All the same I will kill you all. Especially you Namikaze. After Uchiha and Yuki, you are my prey.

Ryu: That's my line. And like I said before, you'd die trying to kill me or anyone I care about.

He then walked out of the room and when he was far away enough I let my head down and deactivated everything.

Ryu: ...He's lonely. No one in the world he cares about, and no one who can bring themselves to try to care about him in fear of getting killed. In a way, I used to be like him. You and I both Naruto. One wrong step, and we would have been just like him.

Haku walked over to me and held my hand.

Haku: But neither of you did. You found people you cared about. Made the right choices.

Ryu: I know but not all were right. Like your pranks Naruto.

He then fell backwards with me snickering.

Naruto: Shut up!

We then all started laughing. They all noticed Haku was holding my hand.

Shikamaru: So are you two dating now? I mean your holding hands so I assumed you are.

Naruto: Are you?!

Ryu: Uh, yeah. I guess we are.

Gai: Ah the power of young youth is strong within you boy!

I then started blushing a bit. For a minute they were all silent since none of them had ever seen that kind of emotion on my face before, but than they all laughed. After I got annoyed a bit I joined the laughter, with not a chuckle, but a full laugh.
