Ryu POV

I was in the forest staying absolutely still making sure not to even twitch. I was also standing in front of a rock.

Ryu: ...

I visualized Orochimaru in front of me and I opened my eyes and used my Crimson Wolf claw rushing at the boulder striking it and destroying it.

Ryu: Not good enough. I know that Orochimaru could easily take that. It's nothing more than a minor wound to him.

???: Than what do you say to me teaching you how a move that makes your Jutsu look like playtime?

I turned around to see Jiraiya.

Ryu: I doubt there's something you could teach me that makes that look weak.

Jiraiya: You would be surprised. Don't you wanna learn some new tricks anyway?

Ryu: I do, but I know you didn't come all this way just to talk about my Jutsu.

Jiraiya: Your right. It's to find the next Hokage.

Ryu: It can't be you?

Jiraiya: Heh. Forget it. It's not my style, I don't think I could handle so much work at once.

Ryu: Amen. I don't think I would want to take Naruto's chances. So who will it be?

Jiraiya: The elders were dead set on a Sanin being the Hokage so guess.

Ryu: ... No way. You mean-

Jiraiya: Oh I mean.

Ryu/Jiraiya: The Legendary Sucker: Tsunade.

Ryu: Alright I'll help you in the search.

Jiraiya: Good, and Naruto is coming too.

Time Skip.

The three of us were on the road leaving to search for Tsunade.

Naruto: Man Ryu, it feels like it been forever since we traveled like this!

Ryu: Yeah. It really does.

Naruto: So Pervy Sage, why did you choose people like me and Ryu to join you if your supposed to be some big shot master? Is it because you think I'm a potential genius in the making?! Huh, Huh?!

Jiraiya: A long time ago the Fourth Hokage was a student of mine. You bear such a striking resemblance to him it almost laughable. Sorry that's the only reason I went for you.

Naruto: Y-you mean, I'm like the fourth? YAHOO!!!

Naruto started running as fast he could in front of us.

Jiraiya: What's with all the cheering?!

Naruto: If I'm like the fourth Hokage than Inmust posses the same level of genius he did!! I'm on the way to becoming Hokage already!!

Naruto started jumping around which I just couldn't help but smile at. But then he took the phrase "Look before you leap" for granted and landed in some dog poop.

Naruto: Agh no!! I just stepped in dog doo!!!!

Jiraiya: Ugh. THE ONLY SIMILARITIES YOU SHARE WITH THE FOURTH HOKAGE IS PIG HEADEDNESS AND THAT SPIKEY BLONDE HAIR OF YOURS!!

Naruto: What was that?! You senile old perv!!

Naruto realized he stepped in the dog poop again and started freaking out.

Naruto: Not again!

Jiraiya: *Sigh* Ryu however is even more like the 4th. He looks like him, has the exact same kind of Jutsu as him, is already a prodigy in his own right, and he's not a complete buffoon!!

Time Skip

Ryu: Naruto, keep it up and you'll be cursed.

Naruto was playing with some giant bells at a shrine we stopped at.

Naruto: So Pervy Sage, what kinda student was the 4th?

Jiraiya: Well it's safe to say that he rose to greatness due to my training!

Ryu: Well if he was Hokage he must have been exceptional. If I remember right, his name is Minato Namikaze.

Naruto: Hey, he has your last name Ryu! Maybe your related in some way!

Ryu: Heh, yeah right. It would be nice though to be of the same blood as the Greatest Hokage.

Jiraiya: To be frank, I wasn't joking when I said you and Naruto look like the fourth. To be honest, the two of you look like each other.

Ryu/Naruto: WHAT?!

Naruto has summoned some shadow clones that were messing with the other bell. The bells unattached from were they were and one of them fall on Naruto's head making him roll down the stairs, and somehow also getting me.

Ryu: Naruto!

Jiraiya: What'd we tell ya? Those curses are no joke.

Ryu: Well either way don't say that again. Naruto and I don't look anything alike.

Jiraiya: Have you looked in the mirror? You two look like you could be brothers.

Naruto: No way!

Ryu: He's right. Our hairstyles are completely different. My hair is black and his is blonde.

Jiraiya: That reminds me, why are the ends of your hair yellow?

Ryu: I don't know. My mom said I got it from my dad, but I don't even remember what my dad looked like before he died 12 years ago. So who was your teacher Jiriya? You must have had a good one.

I said this all while teleporting behind him.

Jiraiya: Me? I had the 3rd Hokage as a teacher. All when he was a young spring chicken. I was a young buck myself back then.

Ryu: *Snicker* Yeah sure, whatever helps you sleep at night.

Jiraiya: You both trained under Kakashi right? That means you both must have taken the bell test.

Ryu: Well Naruto trained with him, I never had to. I did participate in the bell test sometimes though. They did it more than once I'll tell you that. Sometimes solo.

I started to chuckle a bit before speaking.

Ryu: I remember this one time where Kakashi hit Naruto with the Leaf Villages Secret Finger Jutsū. He went flying way into the river.

Jiraiya: Him too?

Ryu: Let me guess, you were the fool of the group for a little while.

He held his head down in shame.

Ryu: Ah don't worry, Naruto is still the biggest fool.

Time Skip.

Kira POV

I was at Kakashi's house with Gai, Asuma, and Kurenai after our little encounter with Itachi and Kisame.

Kira: He really did a number on us.

Gai: They're trouble, but it doesn't seem that they've found Naruto it Ryu yet.

Asuma: The village might be a big place, but someone like Ryu or Naruto should stick out like a sore thumb. Do the question is why haven't they found them. Besides Itachi already knows Naruto's face, and he knows Ryu personally.

I heard a set of footsteps come up and I saw Sasuke and Haku.

Sasuke: Kakashi.

The two of them saw all of us in the room and me having bandages in some places.

Haku: Kira? Why are you here? And why do you look so banged up?

Sasuke: Why is he asleep and there are Jonin around the room? What the hell is going on here?

Gai: Uhhhh, not much.

Random Ninja: Hey, is it true that Itachi's returned and had brought Kisame Hoshigaki with him, and that they've come for Naruto and Ryu?!

I had a vein bust in my head and pointed to the two of them right there.

Kurenai: Idiot.

Kira: Smart move Einstein.

The two of them had looks of malice before running out of the room.

Gai: Argh, why does this always have to happen?!!

Haku POV

Haku: 'If Ryu gets caught, even he could die. And not to mention that man is with Itachi!

Ryu POV

Ryu: ...!!! Release!

I tapped the women on her forehead making her fall.

Jiraiya: What?! You mean this whole time she was in a Genjutsu?!

Ryu: Now's not the time to talk! Gotta go now!! Grab on.

Jiraiya grabbed my arm and I teleported is the where Naruto was. He opened a door and I quickly moved ifront of him dropkicking whoever was in front of him. When I looked to see who it was, I was in total shock.

Ryu: I-Itachi?

I rushed to activate my Sharingan before he could place me in some Genjutsu.

Itachi: That was a good attack. It has been a while Ryu.

Ryu: I didn't expect you to be here-

I then pulled out my machetes.

Ryu: But now that you are, I've got a lot of questions for you.

Itachi: It seems your eyes have evolved even further since last we met.

Ryu: Enough with that, you know what I'm gonna ask. Why did you do it? Why did you massacre the entire Uchiha clan? You've never been the kind of person to kill someone out of spite, much less and entire clan. And I don't buy for a second that you would do it to test your limits. There are other ways to do that.

???: Well well, it looks like this kid knows quite a lot about you Itachi.

I turned to see a blue guy with gills on his face, and robe in that looked just like Itachi's.

Ryu: Kisame Hoshigaki, rogue ninja of the hidden mist. And former member of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist.

Kisame: And me too!

Jiraiya: Well it looks like your feeling was right.

Kisame: Oh great. If it was only the kids we could have gone already, but it looks like he brought some help.

???/???: Itachi/Kisame.

I turned to see Sasuke and Haku we're right at the end of the hall.

Itachi: It's been a long time...

Kisame: Well well, if it isn't that ice brat. I haven't seen you since that little incident with your parents.

Ryu: Her parents? Wait a minute- you were there? Both of you get out of here now! You'll only put yourselves in unnecessary danger if you stay!

Haku: Sorry Ryu, but not this time.

Sasuke: It is as you said Itachi, I've fostered my hatred all this time, TO SEE YOU DIE!!

Kisame: Isn't that the little brother you have told me so much about Itachi? He really does look like you.

Itachi: You don't interest me at the moment.

Sasuke: WELL GET INTERESTED!!

Kisame: Ah-ahhh. We wouldn't want you throwing your life away just yet would we Haku?

Haku: SHUT UP!!

Sasuke started charging up his Chidori while Haku used her Frozen Shadow Snakes.

Sasuke: ENOUGH! UOUR DEAD!!

Haku charged at Kisame and Sasuke ran full speed at Itachi, with his skin tearing on his left arm. Then their Jutsu looked like they made contact there was an explosion. When it all cleared up, it looked like both of them stopped the attacks with one hand.

Kisame: I told you that shouldn't have bothered.

Kisame punched Haku in the stomach before he threw Haku like a doll all the way across the room. Before she could hit the wall, I caught her.

Ryu: Haku!

I saw that she was knocked out but blood was coming out of her mouth. I looked up at him with rage building up in me.

Ryu: You so of a-

Kisame: No need for salty language.

While this was going on Itachi was beating Sasuke to a pulp.

Jiraiya: Ninja art: Toad Mouth Trap.

Jiraiya Placed his hands on the ground and the entire room looked like it was the inside of a mouth. When I turned to Itachi and Kisame they both looked like they were sinking.

Jiraiya: You my friends are in the belly of the beast. He has a very sensitive digestive track, be careful not to upset him. Not the most glorious way to die is it? It must be humbling that you've been reduced to toad bait.

Naruto: Woah. I'm not liking this at all.

Ryu: I guess we can't move. That kinda pisses me off since I was about to attack.

Itachi: Kisame, come...

They both ran to the other side of them room, but were being chased down by the stomach. It looked like they would be caught if not for Itachi. His eyes widened and black flames burned open a whole in the toads stomach.

Ryu: There's no way!

Naruto: They both got away.

Naruto and Jiraiya approached were the flames were before I stopped them.

Ryu: Don't go near it!

Jiraiya: Do you know what this is?

Ryu: I don't know he has it, but those are Amaterasu Flames. They won't burn out, not unless put out with a lot of water.

Jiraiya: I could seal it.

Ryu: Go ahead.

He took out a scroll and started to write stuff in it.

Jiraiya: Sealing Jutsu: Fire Seal Now!

He slammed his hand down and some chakra cane out of the scroll and absorbed the flames.

Jiraiya: There, now for Sasuke and Haku.

I looked at Haku who I still had in my arms, and back to Sasuke. Naruto went over to get him before he fell out of the toad. Jiraiya stamped his foot and the toad mouth faded away.

Ryu: We gotta find Tsunade soon.

Naruto: Tsunade?

Ryu: Oh right, that's the person we're looking for. She can heal these two. 'If I tell him that she's gonna be Hokage than he'll flip.'

Shojo: Lets not and say we did then.

I walked over to Sasuke and looked at him.

Ryu: Yup. Definitely the Tsukuyomi.

A kunai flew past us making us turn the other direction.

???: DYNAMIC-

We turned to see Gai about to kick someone.

Jiraiya/Ryu: Gai?!

Gai: ENTRY!!!!

Gai did a full flying sidekick straight into Jiraiya's face. He realized who he was when I looked at him being complete dumbfounded. He explained why he did what he did without knowing who it was.

Jiraiya (Straining himself from attacking Gai): You know what?! If this is your idea of an apology it's not funny!

Gai: It was a simple misunderstanding I'm sure!

Ryu: Simple minded is more like it. Forget it. Just take these two to the medical core right now. But before that. I need to undo this Genjutsu.

I concentrated as hard at I could, before pressing my fingers on Sasuke's head.

Ryu: Release!

Sasuke opened his eyes to see us.

Ryu: Itachi left but your to beat up to go right now. I don't wanna hear any back talk, just let Gai take you to the medical corpse.

Sasuke: .....Fine.

Was all he could get out before passing out.

Jiraiya: You said that Jutsu was called Tsukuyomi right? It's a incredibly high Genjutsu. For you to undo it like that is unbelievable.

Ryu: I'm also able to do the Susanoo. But the last time I used it, I wasn't able to use my Sharingan for 5 days. Now let's go. We have to save them.

Naruto: They are gonna be okay right?

Ryu: They will be, but Sasuke's, and maybe Haku's pride are none existent right now.

Naruto: Alright then... we have to find Tsunade! I know that I wouldn't be able to scratch those guys if neither of you could, but we still have to try!!

Gai: Yes. Not just for them, but Kakashi and Kira are also down.

Ryu: Both of them?!

Gai: Yes. I know it's hard for you Ryu believe me. Losing people that are like family to you, are like losing little pieces of your soul.

Ryu: Gai... I promise you, that we'll find Tsunade, and bring her back not only to heal Kira and the others, but even more important to you, to to give Lee a second chance at being a ninja.

Gai: O-oh, Ryu, you would do something like that? F-for someone like me?

Ryu: Of course. As much as I don't say it, we're friends Gai, and I'd do anything for my friends.

Ryu: Alright, it's time to get down to training.

Naruto: A festival?! You mean with food games and prizes?! I'm in!

Jiraiya: Yes but you will have to hand your wallet over to me.

Ryu: I have way to much money for you to know what to do with ya perv.

Ryu: Next time: Training begins: Mastering the Rasengan.

Ryu: Stringer than my wolves claw eh? Now I'm excited!
