Ryu Itachi and Haku all had stopped to rest at an inn.

Itachi: Ryu, you know that Raikage won't be peaceful when he see's me correct?

Haku: You you said it yourself, he's a hot head.

Ryu: I know. But once I bring up my heritage and flash my eyes a bit I think he'll be rather, "Calm" in his own way.

Itachi: Still, all of this is because of one of my mistakes yet again. I'm sorry-

Ryu: *Sigh* Itachi, don't be sorry. Be better.

Itachi's head slightly rose up hearing that.

Ryu: That's a phrase you had taught me after I became a Genin.

He was still a bit shocked before smiling.

Haku: By the way, how did you two meet?

Itachi: Call it chance, or maybe destiny. We were both coming back from a mission and I met he and his team. The two of us then became in a sense, friends.

Ryu: He also kicked my butt a few times. But that was because I was younger.

Haku: I guess with age comes not only power, but wisdom. That or the Rinnegan.

Ryu: One of the two, definitely one of the two.

TIME SKIP!!

They had arrived at the summit a day later. Inside the Summit were heavily armed Samurai's.

Samurai: We've been awaiting you, Lord Hokage.

Ryu: Right.

Samurai: Wait, is that not Itachi U-

Ryu: Everything will be resolved soon enough. For now we'll head to the meeting room.

He looked up at the Samurai with a slight glare.

Ryu: Unless there's a problem.

Samurai: N-No! Of course not!

Ryu: Good.

They all walked in the room being met by all of the Kage and their aids.

Ryu: Sorry for the wait.

A: What is this?! Another child?!

Gaara: Ryu?

He took off his hat and sat down at the Land of Fire Banner.

Ryu: Lady Tsunade has be in a state of stasis for nearly a week now. Until she's recovered I am acting as the 6th Hokage. I am Ryu Namikaze.

Mei: Wait, you are the Lone Wolf of the Leaf?

Ryu: Yes.

A looked behind him to see Itachi furious.

A: HIM!!

Ryu: I kindly ask that you keep any rash action until the Summit Officially starts Lord Raikage.

A stayed his hand accepting Ryu's request for reasons he didn't even know. Onoki looked at Ryu impressed. Itachi and Haku had gone to the upper level with the rest.

Onoki: 'Impressive. Even in the face of the Raikage he was frighteningly calm.'

Soon lights went off as another man was revealed.

Ok I'm gonna assume you all know how the procedure to start with meeting goes down.

Ryu and Gaara looked at each other with Gaara giving the former a nod.

Ryu: Allow me to start if no one has an objection.

Onoki: My my, how the Kage have changed. To be named Kage at you're young age is quite impressive, Lord Hokage. And the same goes to you Lord Kazekage. Yet despite the latter's father, he seems to have not taught you any etiquette.

Kankuro scoffed up there but Onoki wasn't finished.

Onoki: And what of the parents of you Lord Hokage? There has really never been much intel leaked on the Lone Wolf. Especially about he having the Legendary Rinnegan.

Ryu looked at Onoki.

Ryu: My father had died only a year after my birth, far before I could even form a sentence. I'm sure you know about the 4th Hokage.

Everyone's eyes slightly widened hearing this.

Onoki: Th-The Fourth?!

The Raikage slammed his hand on the desk in anger.

A: YOU EXPECT ME TO BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE THE SON OF THE FOURTH HOKAGE?!!!

Ryu looked at the Raikage with the same level of calm on his face.

Ryu: *Sigh* If you don't believe me, then here.

He held up a Thunder God Kunai shocking the Raikage.

A: Th-They're the same...

Ryu: And if you're still having a doubt-

He threw the Kunai up in the air for all Kage to see. They were all shocked to see how the teleported up to the Kunai grabbing it in mid air. He floated onto the chair putting the weapon away.

Ryu: Satisfied?

They all looked speechless at him. All beside Gaara who had seen the move before.

Ryu: Good. And as for my mother, Lord Tsuchikage, she was killed by three of YOU'RE Shinobi in front of my sister and I when I was 3.

He stiffened hearing that.

Ryu: But this isn't why we're here today.

Mei: Exactly. Lord Tsuchikage, please don't interrupt anymore.

Ryu: Quite. The reason is that Lord Raikage has called for the action of one of my former Rogue Shinobi.

The Raikage's eyes widened and twitched in fury.

Ryu: I can see that you need to get something out. Go ahead, don't hold back on my part.

A: FORMER?!! SO YOU HAVE ALLOWED A TRAITOR TO COME BACK INTO THE LEAF UNPUNISHED?!!! YOU ARE SOFT, MUCH UNLIKE THAT FATHE OF YOURS!!!! NOT ONLY WAS HE APART OF THE AKATSUKI, BUT HE MASSACRED THE ENITRE UCHIHA CLAN!!!!

Ryu still was as cool as ice.

Ryu: He didn't have a choice in the mater for those.

A: EXPLAIN TO ME THEN!!!

Ryu: Itachi Uchiha was ordered to murder the entire clan by a Leaf Elder, Danzo Shimura. It wasn't out of spite, or at least not on Itachi's part. The entire clan was planning a coup against the leaf. If he didn't massacre the Clan than the leaf wouldn't exist.

Now every Kage was surprised to hear what he said.

Ryu: Also, he was asked to infiltrate the Akatsuki by the Third Hokage. But through Danzo, he was still made a rogue.

Mei: All this time, he actually saved the village?

Ryu: Yes. The only Uchiha he refused to kill or find, were Sasuke, and myself. Though my eyes don't look it now, I possessed the Sharingan Prior to my Rinnegan.

They were all shocked processing all of this information.

A: Still!! He committed a crime under the Akatsuki by kidnapping B! He could be dead for all I know! I demand-

Ryu: Lord Raikage, am I wrong in saying that you're Shinobi invaded our land 12 years ago?

A: What does that have to do with anything?!

Ryu: Listen and it might.

He said this with a sternness that made everyone in the room quiet down.

Ryu: All those years ago, you tried to abduct the Princess of the Hyuga clan, Hinata Hyuga. Before even that you stole one of the prized eyes of the Leaf, the Byakugan to empower you're Shinobi. You failed to abduct Hinata as one of you're Shinobi were killed. You demanded to be compensated. You wanted the head of Hiashi Hyuga to since he was the killer, though you were the one to initiate this.

The Raikage was sweating after hearing that.

Ryu: So, now I ask you this: What gives you the right to demand anything of us from the Leaf anymore?

He fell more silent from the logic of Ryu.

Ryu: My point exactly.

He sat back with his legs crossed.

Haku: 'Jeez, you really didn't wanna hold back huh Ryu?'

Itachi: 'He must've thought of hundreds of situations like this.'

Ryu: I'm not a fan of death in general, I only ever kill when it must be done. Which is why I'm trying to avoid as much bloodshed here as possible.

Gaara: 'His argument...'

Mei: 'His intellect and ability...'

Onoki: 'Not to mention that horrifying composure of his. This boy is most certainly not one we want a war with. It would ultimately end in the Leaf's Survival.'

Ryu: Now it would be unfair for me not to at least here out what way you would like to settle things. So I'll try and strike some kind of deal with you. You're terms.

A immediately stood up alarming everyone.

A: Alright then. We are Shinobi, so let's settle things like Shinobi.

Itachi and Haku were about to grab their weapons but Ryu put his hand up signaling for them to stop.

Ryu: Oh really?

Mifune: Raikage, that is certainly not acceptable-

Ryu: Wait Lord Mifune, allow him to state what he means.

A: We battle. If I win, I decide Itachi's punishment, which will be death! If you win, then Itachi falls on you're hands.

Ryu looked at A before smirking.

Ryu: Well, I haven't had someone openly challenge me like this in a while.

He stood up himself craning his neck.

Ryu: Fine, I accept your terms. That alright by you?

He turned to Mifune seeing him nod.

Ryu: It'd be better to take this elsewhere. Some of my Jutsu can be a bit more, destructive.

They all went to another room with the Raikage flinging off his jacket and Entering a Lighting Cloak. Ryu seeing this was a bit intrigued.

Ryu: Oh, so this is the Lightning Cloak of the hidden Cloud. It's similar to the Flame and Water Cloaks in the Leaf.

A: Let's go!!

A sped towards Ryu at impressive speeds. He had his fist out ready to punch Ryu but it was caught before it could touch Ryu's face. A then started rapidly punching at Ryu with catching every blow with frightening ease.

Mei: Impossible, no one should have the physical prowess to preform such feats.

Gaara: Though Ryu is powerful, he shouldn't outmatch the Raikage in raw power.

Itachi: Actually...

Itachi activated his Sharingan slowly seeing what was happening.

Itachi: That's what he's doing.

Haku: What is it Itachi?

Itachi: Ryu is using the Preta Path's Chakra absorption to lesson the impact. Though I don't think he really needed it, doing so at this speed is impressive.

Mei: This is a Power of the Rinnegan?

Ryu: Hm, you're certainly one of the fastest Shinobi I've ever faced. But in a fight of raw speed-

He appeared behind A kicking him in the head.

Ryu: You're doomed to fail.

He was sent into a wall making it crack with everyone shocked at Ryu.

Onoki: Am I seeing things because of this old age?!

Gaara: No, we all saw it.

Mei: If you can even say see. I could only see a blur.

Haku: That's Ryu's speed. He's the fastest Ninja ever to live.

Itachi: Not only has he mastered the Flying Raijin, but his mastery of the Body Flicker Technique is far beyond even Shisui Uchiha's. Couple that with just his overall raw speed and you have a man who virtually can't be touched.

A got out of the rubble pissed. Soon his hair stood up as more Lightning surrounded him.

A: LET'S SEE HOW YOU HANDLE ONE OF MY MAX SPEED PUNCHES!!

The Raikage went even faster than before as he was right in front of Ryu about to hit him.

Onoki: The boy may have some speed, but the last one to ever dodge a punch at that Speed was the Fourth Hokage.

Haku: Don't underestimate him, Ryu hasn't even showed his own max speed.

A punched at Ryu as it was seemingly about to hit, but it went right through him hitting nothing.

A: WHAT?!!!

He turned to see Ryu a few meters away.

Ryu: Huh, didn't think you'd make me use that much speed. I'm not sure if anyone's ever forced me to creat an afterimage.

He looked down to where Ryu was and saw scorch marks.

Temari: I've never seen this before...

Ryu: Enough games, time to wrap this up.

Ryu appeared right in front of A with a Rasengan in hand.

Ryu: RASENGAN!!

He drove it into A with sparks flying everywhere.

A: YOU CAN'T PIERCE THIS CLOAK!! NO ONE HAS EVER-

Before he could finish Ryu had his right hand up.

Ryu: How about another? RASENGAN BARRAGE!!!

He forced another one onto A at the conflicting rotations pierced his shield making the Kage's eyes widen. Before the attack could actually hit, Ryu stepped back.

Ryu: Close one.

A: You, spared me...

Ryu: I already won in the mental battle. There was no need to shame you any more than you already were. And I don't really want another Great Ninja War. One wrong move and I could've killed you. Now, do you admit defeat?

A was actually amazed seeing Ryu give him the option.

Onoki: That youthful naivety will cost you on the battle field boy.

Ryu: I know the difference between a friend and a foe. I didn't get the nickname Lone Wolf for sparing any enemy on the battlefield.

Onoki: Hm. Touché.

A: Even I know when I am beaten... I concede.

Ryu: Good. And about early, it may have been a bit excessive. Forgive me if I touched in any, hard times.

Shojo: Not excessive enough if you ask me.

Ryu: 'Shush you.'

Onoki: No, you have a point. I should have kept a better leash Shinobi.

Ryu: *Sigh* It's in the past now. And it's also bellow me to hit the elderly. With the exception of Danzo who's going to be, punished to say the least.

Onoki: Not just because of that... I had Danzo's help in the murder of-

Ryu: I know.

Onoki: Come again?

Ryu: You think I didn't put pieces together? Stone Shinobi wouldn't have been able to infiltrate so easily without getting snuffed out. I only suspected Danzo but now he'll get a fate far to gracious of me. Rotting away in prison.

Mifune: Well, if there is nothing more, then the Summit has-

Itachi: Actually Lord Mifune. I have important information to relay to all of you about the Leader of the Akatsuki-

???: No need.

They all turned and saw a man coming out of a portal. Ryu looked at him with a glare:

Ryu: You're Tobi... No. That was a cover up. You're Madara Uchiha.

All the Kage gasped hearing this.

Madara: Hmph, it looks like you found out the truth. Not only that, it seems like you're eyes have somehow been altered.

Ryu: Uh huh.

Madara: The Rinnegan. Nagato had his implanted, but yours morphed. Not into a simple Rinnegan, but a more complex version-

Ryu: Just explain why you're here.

Madara: Hm. Right to the point then. It's about my plan. Project: Tsuki No Me.

Ryu: 'Eye of the Moon plan? Let's put this off TILL NEXT CHAPTER!!
