Ryu POV

While we were jumping I heard Akamuru whining.

Ryu: Anyone else smell that?

Kiba: Akamuru?

Shikamaru: Whats the matter with him?

Ryu: He smells blood too doesn't he? And it's close.

While were jumping I felt two more Chakra's with the sound four.

Ryu: Stop!

Everyone stayed on the branch they were at.

Shikamaru: What is it?!

Ryu: There are two more Chakra signatures over there. And let me tell you they're not anything to sneeze at.

Shikamaru: Your kidding? Why didn't you say you could sense Chakra before?

Ryu: I didn't think I'd need to point it out. Thought you knew it. Anyway now that there are to others the advantage in numbers we had is cut down. Make sure you all have your guard up from the minute we get there. Move in.

We continued to jump towards them.

Ryu: 'Whats this feeling I have? They're strong but, they seem familiar.'

Shojo: Like we've met them before.

Time Skip!

We started walking through the forest trying to avoid the traps they set, but my mind was still on those other Chakra's.

Ryu: 'One of them was like a burning inferno, and the other one mad me feel like it was in the middle of a maelstrom. It couldn't be them could it?'

While we were walking I noticed I was about to step on a trap but I caught myself.

Ryu: Close one.

Naruto: What are you talking about?

Ryu: I almost set off and explosion. I was so deep in thought I couldn't tell that there was a super thin wire there. If it weren't for my eyesight we all would've been goners.

Kiba: Your usually not this clumsy Ryu, what's on your mind?

Ryu: It's just those two other Chakra signatures are in my mind right now. I know the Sound Fours Chakras already, but they feel so familiar. Like I've met them before. Neji.

Neji: Right. Byakugan!

He looked ahead to try and find all of them.

Neji: They're there.

Naruto: Alright! Let's go! I'm dying to show those guys what I've got!

Kiba: Is that so? Hate to tell you hotshot but I've got a new Jutsu I've been working in too.

Sakura: Your not the only ones that were training all this time.

Choji: Yeah me too.

Ryu: Remember what I said, no rushing in like madmen. We need to make a plan. First off, they already fought a battle while they used the second stage of the Curse Mark, so they're frazzled without a doubt.

Time Skip!

We were walking to were they were. I was with Neji and Shikamaru. I saw the other two and had a look at one of their hairs.

Ryu: Blue hair?

I covered my mouth thinking I said it to loud. Sakon threw a paper bomb attached to a kunai straight in our direction.

Ryu: Oh crap baskets.

It blew up with us barely getting away. The three of us still got sent back by the explosion. I was able to stay on my feet but still was slinging while the others were spat in their backs.

???: I didn't think it would be that easy.

???2: Especially since it's you Ryu.

I looked up to see something that completely shocked me to the core. I saw to teens that were my age, a boy and a girl. The boy had spiky orange hair that went to the side. The girl had long blue hair that was tied in a ponytail that went down to the middle of her back.

Ryu: Theres no way in hell. Why, are you here? How, the HELL are you two here?!

Shikamaru: You know these guys Ryu?

Neji: Who are they?

Ryu: .....They're my old team. May Kaiser and Kai Taisen.

May: Awwww you remember us.

Kai: Heh. Looks like your a Jonin now huh? You know you've been called the lone wolf for a while now.

Shikamaru: Aren't they suppose to be dead?

I stood up with a determined look in my eyes.

Ryu: Yeah that's what I wanna find out right now.

Kidomaru: Don't forget your friends too.

Ryu: Great.

He pulled on some of his web to yank them down. Kiba threw down some smoke bombs to blind their vision for a minute to give Shikamaru time to set our plan in motion.

Ryu: Can't believe I forgot about that. I thought I saw a third gleam so I decided to avoid it but I didn't say anything. Cause your Chakra signatures showing up we're on my mind. You knew this would happen if he sent them Kidomaru. I guess that why your the smart one.

Kidomaru: And your about to be the dead one.

Ryu: Look down.

They tried to move but couldn't as Kidomaru looked down to see Shikamaru's Shadow Possession Jutsu.

Ryu: Just as planned. I distracted you all with something else while you didn't try to notice the possession. You might be smart but your not the battle tactician I am.

Shikamaru: Yeah your not the only one who can set a trap. Thanks for making us look good in front of the squad. Appreciate it.

I moved behind Shikamaru to block some Shuriken.

Shikamaru: What was that?!

Ryu: Wait do-

He moved to see what I blocked him from and accidentally undid the Jutsu.

Jirobo: Earth Style Barrier.

Jirobo slammed his hands on the ground.

Ryu: Scatter now!

Jirobo: Earth Dome Prison!!

I was to late in saying it as he trapped all of us in an earth dome.

Ryu: MOTHER FU-

Kai POV

Kai: I can't believe he fell for that. He's always on top of his game.

May: I guess seeing us has got him off. I mean who can blame him? I thought we were dead too. Thankfully Orochimaru has a soft spot for children that are prodigies.

Jirobo: Since I caught em I get em. Anyone have a problem with that?

I scoffed at that little remark.

Kai: Suit yourself ya pig.

May: Catch up to us when your done.

The rest of us left him to gorge on their chakra.

Ryu POV

Ryu: Everyone be careful. This Jutsu will absorb your Chakra. We can't afford to waist to much on Jutsu that we know that won't bust through it. If we can, let's avoid high taxing moves.

I pulled out a vile from my vest pocket.

Ryu: Just in case I have some chakra pills. These aren't like your normal food pills, they'll restore your Chakra to full without the bad side affects. Everyone, when you think you feel low on Chakra, just walk over to me. Make way guys. I'm gonna try and break through.

They all cleared a path for me so I could get a running start. I ran up, brought my fist back, and rammed it into the wall as hard as I could. When my fist made contact I felt like I punched through, but it looked like there was more.

Ryu: Damn, Fats double layered it.

Shikamaru: What worse you're hand is kinda bloodied.

I looked at my hand to see that my knuckles were bleeding.

Ryu: Don't worry about it.

It healed within a matter of seconds.

Shikamaru: You can heal?

Ryu: Yeah. I don't have to use any Chakra to do it most of the time anyway. Ryu alright Sakura you have more punching power, you give it a shot.

Sakura: Leave it to me.

She cracked her knuckles and I instantly moved to the other way.

Choji: I'll back you up on it. EXPANSION JUTSU!!

Choji used his expansion Jutsu and started rolling.

Choji: Human Boulder!!

Sakura: CHAAAA!!!

They both it the wall and completely blew a whole to let us out. He all walked out with a surprised looking Jirobo.

Ryu: Yeah I'm not the only one one with brute strength. Anyone here could beat you. Good job Sakura, that one right hook you've got there.
You too Choji.

Sakura: Thanks.

Choji: Hehehehe!

I pulled out my machete to get ready to attack but Choji held my arm.

Choji: No, I can do this. You don't need to waste your time in this guy.

Ryu: Alright. Just don't resort to the extremes. Now here, take a Chakra pill, all of you.

They all grabbed a pill and ate it.

Neji: Thank you.

Naruto: Man that stuff really works!

Ryu: By the way Jirobo, hope you know that he chose to be left behind. Cause I know for a fact they just left you here so you could catch up. And Choji, one more thing.

Choji: What is it?

Ryu: Just believe in yourself. If anything happens, I'll get you to the hospital. Now before I go, I will leave him enlightened!

I went over to Jirobo and kicked him over the head.

Ryu: All yours buddy.

Time Skip!

After we left Choji, we ran onto Kidomaru, Neji decided to take him in after we got out.

Ryu: I'll be right back.

I then flashed of to where Choji was. I looked at Jirobo and saw he had activated the second stage of the Curse Mark.

Ryu: You actually used it. Looks like Choji was stronger than you thought.

Jirobo: Ryu!!

He charged at me with his hands out but I grabbed them and started overpowering him in brute force.

Ryu: Your not even worth half the effort right now.

Jirobo: What?! There's no way you can be so powerful as to overpower me in this state without even using your Sharingan!!

Ryu: Guess your just weak. Chōji!

He looked up and saw me.

Ryu: You see this? You can do something just like this! All you have to do is believe in yourself! Cause I believe in you too! So does Shikamaru! We all do! So don't let this fat prick get you down.

I then slammed him to the ground.

Ryu: Cause believe me you might've been the one who stayed behind, but your not a dead last. He's the only one with that title.

Jirobo: Why you!!

He tried to grab me but I back fisted him.

Ryu: Give em Hell.

He stood up and took out the last pill.

Chōji: Right.

I flashed back to the others.

Ryu: Well Choji's gonna take the last pill.

Sakura: And you didn't stop him?!

Ryu: I couldn't. He'd never forgive me if I stripped his victory away.

Naruto: Well that's was the right thing to do.

I smiled at him before I heard a giant explosion along with a huge spike in Chakra.

Ryu: Holly crap I could feel that. Gotta go again.

I flashed of too see Choji had beaten Jirobo.

Ryu: Yeah your going to the hospital.

I flashed to Lady 5th's office making her surprised.

Ryu: Not finished yet, but Choji ate all the Akimichi food Pills. Get him to them hospital.

I then flashed back to the others.

Ryu Alright I'm back.

Time Skip.

Ryu: Okay time to see if Neji's done.

I then flashed off to Neji. I saw he was talking to Kidomaru who was lying on the ground.

Kidomaru: I dunno, you look like your sitting at deaths door to kid

Ryu: He is but the difference is that he's got his friend here to help.

Kidomaru: Oh no.

Ryu: Oh yeah. So Neji gets to choose if you die by my hand or the bleeding. What will it be Neji?

Neji: Let him be...

He fell down but I caught him on my shoulder.

Ryu: Your lucky day. I guess if you live I might be able to get rid of that insufferable curse mark on you. See you around, Kidomaru.

Kidomaru: Heh... First time you called me my name in a while.

I flashed back to Konoha and bring Neji to Tsunade.

Ryu: Got another one for ya.

I then flashed back to the others. It took the whole day for us to catch up to them but we finally did.

Ryu: I really needed to do this. I've been waiting to punch you in the face for the last few years Sakon.

I activated my Sharingan and rushed towards him kicking him hard enough to send him back.

Ryu: And as for you Kai.

Kai: Lets see which one of us is stronger after all these years.

May: Count me in.

They both rushed at me ready to fight.

Kai: Fire Style: Flame Cloak!

May: Water Style: Water Cloak!

Ryu: Ok great, power boosters.

They both attacked me making me gone on the defensive. I had to avoid their attacks while trying to launch counter attacks on my own.

Ryu: Ok so both of you have gotten stronger.

I saw that the others had the crates and were leaving.

Ryu: Hate to do fight and flights, but I only came here for my friend and girlfriend. Gotta run. If you can, follow.

We then all ran. Akamuru was setting paper bombs everywhere for a trap.

Sakon: You won't get away!!

When I looked at them they all had curse marks on.

Kiba: Oh great!

Kai: Get back here with that!

Ryu: Go go go go!!

Before we could leave Sakon, Akamuru was near a paper bomb. Kiba tried to free him but the bomb exploded sending him and Sakon down.

Naruto: Kiba!

Ryu: Leave him be. He can take care of it.

Just then, someone came behind us. He kicked away the crate and caught it and another branch. When I looked to see who it was my eyes widened.

Ryu: Kimimaro?!

Kimimaro: Long time no see Ryu.

Ryu: But you're suppose to be sick right he now! Even if it's you there's no way you should be able to be here in that condition!

Kimimaro: You three took to long.

May: Looks like your cheating death now. Your something else you know that?

Kimimaro: Kai, May, come. You two are to come with me too guard this case with your life.

Kai: Right.

May: Then lets go.

They all leaped away from the battle.

Ryu: Shikamaru, Sakura?

Shikamaru: Yeah, go on ahead.

Sakura: We can handle this.

Ryu: Naruto.

Naruto: Yeah!

Ryu: Get back here!

We went of to chase Kimimaro and the other two.

Time Skip!

Ryu: Not gonna lie, didn't expect you to be here. Guess I can't hold anything back.

I started using Shojo's Chakra making me strong enough to deal with them probably. I also saw Naruto activating some of the Nine Tails Chakra.

Kai: I don't think we should hold back like this anymore. Not if we wanna live.

Ryu: 'Uh-oh.'

They all activated the second stage of their curse marks. Kai had turned a shade of grey with his orange hair going black, and he sprouted a tail. May had turned a shade of grey as well, but she grew horns, and her nails grew longer.

Ryu: Ugh, great. This is gonna get ugly.

I charged forward at May and Kai ready to take both of them on at the same time. I did some hand signs to preform a lightning Jutsu.

Ryu: Lightning Style: Lightning Cross!

They moved out of the way of the attack.

Kai: Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu!

I grabbed my machete and sliced the fireball in half still fighting.

May: Water Style Water Vortex Jutsu!

A giant wave of water came storming towards me which I didn't have time to dodge.

Ryu: Fire Style: Dragon Flame Jutsu!!

They clashed with each other canceling out.

Ryu: Damn, this form is already taxing enough, but now I'll have to use consecutive attacks.

Just then, a big explosion could be heard from the crate. When we all looked, I there two figures. They soon morphed back into Sasuke and Haku.

Ryu: Phew. That's a relief. Yo Sasuke, Haku! Let's get back to the village.

Naruto: Yeah! Everyone's waiting for you two!

I started to hear both of them giggle, before it turned into a full blown laughter.

Ryu: Uh hey, what going on with you two?

The two of them both jumped of leaving us there silent and still.

Ryu: No.... It couldn't be right? Haku said she would come back to the village. And Sasuke knows that he couldn't get that much stronger with Orochimaru. Doesn't he?

Kai: Looks like their under his control. I thought they would be more like us, but I guess we were wrong.

May: They going to him.

Ryu: Shut up! What do you mean like us?! Are you both able to resist that Curse Mark?!

May: Yeah. Sorry we hid it from you. We had to wait for the right time but I guess that chance is gone.

Kimimaro: So your both betraying us. Figures. Just like your teammate.

Kai: The man tried to kill us! Then tortured us! You think we'd remain his slaves after that?! No way!

May: And plus we'd know Ryu and our Sensei would hate us.

Ryu: Well it's good to have you two back I guess. Those marks are draining I know, but hurry up and get back to the leaf. We can handle this.

Kai: Fine. Just... don't die.

???: Leaf Hurricane!!

Out of nowhere Lee flew in trying to kick Kimimaro, but he dodged it.

Ryu: Good to see your back at 100% Lee. Naruto, we've got some things we need to take care of. Let's go now!

Naruto: Your right! Thanks Bushy Brows!

Time Skip for the Millionth Time!

After a long time, we caught up. We were at the great valley were giant Statues of The First Hokage Hashirama Senju and Madara Uchiha were. Naruto and I were exhausted from the fights we had.

Ryu: Hey, Haku, Sasuke. You can't be under his influence right?

They stopped for a second before trying to walk off again.

Naruto: Are you just going to run away again?!

Ryu: Just look at us!!!

They both stopped to turn around to us. When they did they're faces had the curse mark on them.

Sasuke: Oh. So it's hopeless little Naruto and Ryu.

Haku: What do you want?

Ryu: For the two of you to come to your senses that's what!

Sasuke: Like I already told Sakura, it's over, this is what the two of us have to do.

Haku: I need to do this Ryu. It's the only way I can get strong enough.

Ryu: Uh-

After I heard those words I jumped to were Haku was, grabbed her collar, and slammed her to the ground. Naruto did the same but I didn't even care at that point.

Ryu: Your kidding!! You said before that the only way you could get stronger was that if you had something precious to you! Now your going against that by leaving the damn village! Orochimaru wants nothing but to use your body as his own! Does that mean nothing to you?!!

Haku: ... Not anymore.

Before I knew it she was the one that had be by the collar.

Haku: The only thing that matters to me right now is revenge. And I'm willing to pay any price for it.

She punched me in the face which I actually felt. She had fully activated her Curse Mark and used her Ice Cloak too. She had stabbed me with her Frozen Shadow Snakes and tossed me down into the river. I might have been able to get back up after that, but I didn't want to. I just wanted to sink to the bottom. I closed my eyes ready to embrace death before I heard a voice.

???: I know your not giving up.

I opened my eyes to see a glowing Zabuza.

Ryu: What the?! Zabuza?! Why- HOW?!

Zabuza: Looks like I was going to a better place after all. Ryu, you need to get her back. I never wanted her to fall into the darkness I did.

Ryu: I can't. I don't wanna hurt her. Somethings up with her, she's not acting right. If she's anything like me she should have been able to resist the curses power. Unless... I could barely sense it but, there might have been some kind of Genjutsu on her.

Zabuza: Yes there was. It's something you can't break by normal means, but your Sharingan might be able to?

Ryu: But that's just it. I have know what it is to break it.

Zabuza: Well what's the strongest Genjutsu you've heard of?

Ryu: The strongest? It Kotoamatsukami. But that's impossible! It can only be used with the Mangekyo Sharingan. And the only people I know who had it were me, Itachi, and Shizui Uchiha. But he's dead! Unless... someone have his eye! And if what I've heard through a mission I've done than..... DANZOOOOOOOO!!!

I rocketed up to the surface with a new rage inside of me.

Zabuza: That kid is something else.

Ryu: HRAAAAAA!!!

When I got up I uppercutted Haku in the stomach making her spit out blood.

Haku: How the hell are you alive?! I stabbed with the Frozen Shadow Snakes! You should be dead!!

Ryu: Cause I wasn't made in China!! I ain't gonna give up on you like that! I never will! Haku, your the most important thing in the world to me! That why I can't let you be taken by Orochimaru!!

Naruto: He's right!! We've both said it! You two are not going!!

Sasuke: Fine then...

Haku: ... If this is the only way then ok. I can't lie to you, your important to me too. But even still, I won't you stand in my way.

They both put on their headbands.

Sasuke: But you still won't touch my forehead.

Haku: Lets settle this.

I saw Sasuke's Sharingan evolve to 3 Tomoes in both eyes. I also felt Haku's Ice Cloak get colder.

Haku/Sasuke: Come Naruto!!/Ryu!!

I rushed at Haku but somehow she was able to see my movements. Meanwhile it was obvious how Sasuke was able to dodge Naruto with his newly awakened 3 Tomoe Sharingan.

Ryu: 'How can she see my movements so clearly now? Does this ability somehow give her the sight of the Sharingan to some extent? My moves that I usually try to make unpredictable and unseeable to the human eye can be seen by her now. And it's not just that.'

Haku ran behind me at a breakneck speed.

Ryu: 'Her speed has upped too. Now I might get it. That new Ice Cloak of hers has made it possible for her eyes to keep up with the speed she goes at. So my moves shouldn't be as invisible.'

She kicked me in the ribs sending me into the canyon wall.

Ryu: 'As long as she has that cloak she won't need to use any more Chakra. The curse mark would eat to much of it. That however is like breathing to her. Effortless to maintain.'

Sasuke used a Dragon Flame Jutsu to light a rope of Naruto's shadow clones on fire. The mountain rocks started to burn like wildfire into the water.

Ryu: Holy.

When he came down, I noticed Naruto was leaking a lot more Red Chakra than normal.

Ryu: Uh Shojo, what the heck is going on with Naruto?

Shojo: It's Kurama helping him, sorta.

Ryu: What do you mean-

Naruto summoned up a massive amount of Red Chakra that enveloped his entire body. When he was done he, the Chakra formed a tail and ears.

Ryu: Ooooh. That's the first tail. Sasuke might die. Naruto, you still conscious?

Naruto looked at me for a second before smiling and giving me a thumbs up.

Ryu: Phew, ok he's good. As for you, I guess I can't break his hold unless I get you to stay still for a minute. So if I end up breaking your bones Haku, I'm sorry in advance.

Shojo: How much do you plan to use this time?

Ryu: 'Just a little bit more than usual.'

I then closed my eyes. The water around us started swirling around.

Haku: Wh-What are you doing?!!

Ryu: Getting serious.

I reopened my eyes to show the slit down the middle but I wasn't finished there, my canine teeth got even sharper than usual, while the ends of my hair still got red, but my bangs stood up. The chakra around me had the red even brighter than usual while then black looked as dark as the Blackest void.

Mr. PoPo: Hmm?

Then wolf ears formed on top of my head.

Ryu: Get ready Haku. I'm able to control my power in this form very well so be ready for the worst.

I rushed towards Haku at a mind Boggling speed that even she couldn't see before elbowing her in the back.

Haku: Fast. I couldn't even move out of they way of the attack. Ice Style: Twin Dragon Blizzard!!

The dragons came after me but I didn't bother to dodge. I let them hit me but they both got destroyed.

Haku: Huh?!

I raised my hand and summoned some chakra to make a hand slamming her into the mountain right next to were Naruto slammed Sasuke.

Haku: Your not giving me any choice Ryu...

I saw her in the curse mark state for a brief moment.

After that they both transformed into the second state. Sasuke's skin turned grey. And he had grayish blue hair that went down to his back and odd webbed wings with his eyes going black except for his Sharingan. Haku's hair had turned pure white and her eyes had gone black only letting the colors of her iris' come through as well, her skin turned into a more brown color, and she had bat wings.

Ryu: The second stage Curse Mark. This will be so much harder.

Haku: One attack?

Ryu: One attack?

Haku: One last attack. Seriously I refuse to do anymore of this that was terrifying.

I looked to the other two and they nodded. I held out my hand and from it formed a white version of my Wolf Claw which surprised me.

Ryu: What- you know what screw it.

I looked directly at Haku who had a look that showed she was dead serious and ending this. I heard Naruto say Rasengan and say this his was cloaked in 9 Tails Chakra. And Sasuke's Chidori had turned black.

Haku: This will be the last Jutsu I use in this battle.

She held out her hand as ice shards spiraled sound it.

Haku: I call this Ice Javelin.

We all jumped at one another with the intention of victory.

Ryu: HAKU!!!!

Haku: RYU!!!!

Naruto: SASUKE!!!!!

Sasuke: NARUTO!!!!!

The attacks clashed together. For a minute the attacks stayed together, but then there was a blinding light that engulfed Haku and I. Before anything else, I activated my Mangekyo Sharingan, making eye contact with Haku.

Ryu: Release!

As soon as I said that, I deactivated it before I felt any bad affects. Haku opened blinked before she looked at me again.

Haku: Was I under a Genjutsu?

Ryu: Yeah, but it was the strongest Genjutsu there was.

Haku: Then how did you free me?

Ryu: This is gonna sound so cheesy, but I cared about you to much to let some Genjutsu get I. The way.

While we were still in the light, she floated over to me and kissed me.

Haku: Thank you...

The light around us vanished and we were in the final valley again. Haku was knocked out cold, but Sasuke and Naruto were still standing.

Sasuke: Are you kidding? Even that wasn't enough?

Naruto: We won't let you go... your our friend Sasuke. Sakura, Kakashi, Ryu and I, we'd all miss you!

Sasuke: I... I'm sorry. It's the only way I can reach my actual dream... please. Just let me go.

Ryu: ... Fine.

Naruto: What?!

Ryu: On a few conditions though! One, you have to swear to us that you'll be back in three years tops. Two: Don't let him put any kind of drug or steroid in you. Three: You have to get as strong as you possibly can. And four, and I want you to follow me in this one.

He nodded his head.

Ryu: Before you try and kill Itachi, get all the answers, like why he killed the clan, why he spared you, and why he wanted to join the Akatsuki. Cause I know damn well that he always had a reason for doing stuff like that, he's no fool, there's no way he's kill the clan out of spite or because he wanted to test his limits. And also, don't try to destroy the village out of spite, cause another thing I'm sure of besides he loving you more than anything, which he told me himself, was that he loved the village to his hearts content.

Sasuke was about to say something before he pondered all of these things and nodded.

Ryu: Naruto, you okay with all that?

He nodded knowing that Sasuke at least gave me his word. I then walked over to Sasuke and handed him his headband.

Ryu: No matter what your still a member of the leaf and my friend.

He took the headband and held out his fist to me and Naruto. We both fist bumped him before he left.

Naruto: Looks like I managed to scratch your forehead to Huh?!

Sasuke stopped before looking back and giving a genuine smile.

Sasuke: Whatever looser. See you in about 3 years.

He walked off.

Ryu: Well I don't know about you Naruto, but I'm gonna be training like hell the next 3 years.

Naruto: Same!

???: Well well, looks like the student has become the master.

I looked to see Kakashi right behind us.

Ryu: Not quite, I just have to start reading that Dirty book before I really do become you.

Kakashi: Ugh. Touché. Let's go back boys, and girl.

I saw Haku was awake and grabbed onto me.

Ryu: Alright grab on.

Ryu: So Haku, I haven't said it yet, but Kira and I will have to leave the Village for the 3 year training.

Haku: WHAT?! You jerk! Why didn't you say something sooner?!

Ryu: Next time Goodbye Hidden Leaf! Until We Meet Again!
