Ryu POV

Ryu: Anyway you two, good luck against each other.

Haku: Oh right, I'm facing you Naruto.

Naruto: Well sorry Haku, I don't think I can go easy on you if I wanna fight them.

He looked at Sasuke and I.

Ryu: Being honest, I'm not sure who's gonna come out on top, your both pretty relative in ability. In the end, it'll all come down to who has more willpower. But both of you do your best, it would be disrespectful if either you didn't.

Haku/Naruto: Yeah!

Genma: Will the participants please come down?

Naruto and Haku both jumped over the railing and walked to the center of the arena.

Genma: Let the match Begin!

Instantly Naruto rushed towards Haku.

Haku: "Predictable as always Naruto. This will be over fast."

Naruto was about punch Haku but she moved to the side and redirected him to the ground. She pulled her arm back to deliver a chop to his neck. Naruto expected this and rolled forward avoiding getting knocked out.

Naruto: That was to predictable!

Haku: Well predict this.

Haku started doing a sequence of hand signs.

Haku: Water Style: Water Clone Jutsu!

She summoned a multitude of clones.

Naruto: If that's how you wanna do it, fine! Shadow Clone Jutsu!

Naruto summoned his own clones. The clones attacked with all of them canceling each other out. The aftermath was a lot of water.

Ryu: Well she's about to get serious.

Sakura: Yeah.

Gai: What will she do?

Kira: What do you mean serious?

Kakashi: She's about to use her Bloodline Trait.

Kira: She has a Kekkei Genkai?

Gai: Which one is it?

Kakashi: Just watch.

Haku: I hope your ready Naruto. If I remember correctly you barely survived the last time I used this Jutsu on you. Only Ryu could beat this.

Naruto: Yeah? Well that was back then, and this is now!

Haku: Secret Jutsu: Crystal Ice Mirrors!

The water around them started to rise and crystallize. After a second, the Crystal Ice Mirrors formed. She slid into the mirrors and readied for an attack.

Naruto: Bring it on.

Haku: You asked for it.

The mirrors started glowing and Naruto braved himself for the attack. I'm an instant, he was barraged by needles. They cut him up a bit slightly tearing his jacket

Ryu: Well there goes 2000 Ryo. Knew I should have gone for the extra durable one.

Naruto was moving out of the way of the needles surprisingly well seeing as he wasn't even able to see them the first time.

Haku: It looks like you've improved, but I have some new tricks up my sleeve.

She attacked Naruto with some more needles before coming out and kicking him.

Haku: Striking Shadow Snake!

From her sleeve a 4 snakes slipped out attacking Naruto, with him barely dodging but still getting scratched.

Naruto: What the heck was that?!

I turned to Anko who had a proud smile on her face.

Anko: I haven't been this happy since she first did the Jutsu.

Ryu: The Jutsu I'm not against, it's just the snake.

Anko: Might have been by him but a Jutsu is still a Jutsu. At least when it's not forbidden.

Naruto: Alright then, try this one for size!

Naruto weaved Hans signs of his own.

Naruto: Wind Style: Wind Dragon Jutsu!!

After he finished there was a blast of air that came out of nowhere and with it came a Giant Wind Dragon.

Haku: A Wind Dragon?!

Anko: Where did a kid like him learn a strong Jutsu like that? There's barely anyone who can use Wind Style in the leaf. Unless...

She looked at Kira but he put her hands up.

Ryu: It was me. I didn't actually plan for him to be able to use it as well as he can.

Anko: That so? Kid must be more than an average ninja.

Sakura: Who would've thought.

Ryu: Me.

In a great big gust the dragon shot out multiple air bullets. The smashed the a lot mirrors and forced Haku to come out of the own she was in. Naruto was waiting for the moment she did though and activated a Jutsu.

Naruto: Wind Style: Faithful Wind Blade!

He pulled out a kunai and used the Jutsu increasing the length by 3 feet and slashed at Haku's arm cutting her before she got back in a mirror. After she was out of all of the Mirrors she got rid of them for some reason.

Haku: Wasn't expecting a wind Jutsu of that caliber from you Naruto. Goes to show you really are the most unpredictable ninja in the leaf.

He grinned and got right back into his stance.

Haku: Guess I should follow that up.

She preformed a series of hand signs that looked familiar.

Ryu: Oh boy. Hate to see it, but Naruto is about to be in a world of pain real soon.

Kira: What Jutsu is she about to use?

Sakura: Something that beats Naruto's wind dragon.

Haku: Ice Style: Twin Dragon Blizzard!

The air around us started to get cold around us by the time she said "Ice". Two ice dragons appeared from the mirrors, and they might have been bigger than the one Naruto summoned. The dragons went crashing down at Naruto, and this time, he didn't dodge, he received the full force of the attack, sending him upwards.

Ryu: That had to hurt bad. I'm not sure if he's gonna get back up from that.

After he hit the ground he didn't move for a second but then he stood back up.

Haku: What does it take for you to stay down?

Naruto: You should know by now... that you'll never keep me down! I'm gonna be the Hokage on day! That means I can't loose just like that!

Haku blinked at this before smiling slightly.

Haku: Well if that's how you want it, then I'll just have to beat you fast enough!

Before she could make a move Naruto mad a single hand sign.

Ryu: What is he- wait! Don't tell me in the time that I wasn't training with them he-

I activated my Sharingan and saw Naruto started glowing in a red aura and his wounds started to heal.

Ryu: That's the foxes chakra. When did he have to do to be able to do that?

Sakura: He's using a different chakra? Why does it look red?

Ryu: Its Tailed Beast Chakra.

I deactivated my eyes and looked back at the fight seeing him getting enveloped in the red chakra.

Anko: No wonder he was able to learn that Jutsu, the foxes chakra gives him an boundless amount of Chakra.

Ryu: No that's not it. He was able to preform that Jutsu because he puts in the work to do it. When I first started teaching him about wind style he was barely average, but with training he got through it.

Flashback!

Naruto: GRAAAH!! Come on!!!

Ryu: It really shouldn't be that hard Naruto. You just have to make a little cut in it. I'll show you again.

I grabbed a leaf off the ground and clasped my hands together. I focused for a second before revealing that the leaf was completely cut in half.

Naruto: Come on what's the secret?! You've done this so much that it's almost like breathing to you!

Ryu: I already told you, imagine that your sawing it in half without moving your hands. All you need to do is make it tear a tiny bit so we can move on.

Naruto: Ahhh!

He kept going at it without cease knowing that he would slow all of us down if he didn't cut it.

Ryu: 'I've never seen anyone work as hard as he is at this. He's been on that for 3 hours straight.'

Shojo: I think you had a good influence on him.

Ryu: 'All I did why ignite the flame. He wants to be Hokage, and he just might do it.'

Naruto: Alright! I made the cut!

He held the leaf up and it had a bit of a tear in it. It was good enough for the next part.

Ryu: Good job. Now we can move on.

Flashback over!

Ryu: That's the future Hokage of the Leaf. He's Naruto Uzumaki.

Naruto: Here I come Haku!

Naruto rushes at Haku with a blinding speed that only a few people could track. He went behind Haku with her barely able to keep track of him dodged the hit that could've knocked her out. She went back and grabbed her new chakra metal needles. She infused her own chakra into them making them turn slightly white. She threw them at a speed that were even faster than the others, but Naruto was still able to dodge them.

Naruto: I'm gonna win this right now!

He preformed a set of hand signs that shocked even me.

Ryu: Theres now way he can use that Jutsu! He's only ever seen me do it once!

Naruto: Wind Style: Twin Wind Dragon Jutsu!

Naruto summoned 2 wind dragons that were even bigger than Haku's ice dragons.

Anko: Two this time?!

Kira: How can he be able to do both of them?!

Haku: Ice Style: Twin Dragon Blizzard!

She summoned her own dragons and they attacked Naruto's. All of a sudden there was a big explosion they made everyone close their eyes. When the smoke cleared we could see one of them was up. I saw that Naruto was the one standing and Haku was flat on her back.

Haku: Heh... I don't think I can get up right now. Nor do I want to. There's no way I can keep going after that.

Naruto: You know Haku, I had to fail the academy 3 times before I graduated. It was always because of the clone Jutsu. The ones I made were always pathetic.

Haku: Well I guess everything for you turned around when you became a ninja then didn't it?

Naruto: Yeah. But now I can do so much more, because I have people like you pushing me further.

Genma smirked before holding up his hand.

Genma: The winner is Naruto Uzumaki!

The crowd went wild at his victory. He went for a lap around the stadium blowing kisses to the audience before helping Haku up. When they both got up I was the first one to say anything.

Ryu: Good job you two. Naruto, looks like your going to be a dark horse.

Naruto: A wha?

Ryu: It means people won't have expected you to get to the finals.

Naruto: Alright!! I- WAIT A MINUTE! What do you mean people won't have expected me to get there?!

Sakura: It would either have been you or that puppet guy.

Ryu: Speaking of which doesn't he have of the first round because of a lucky draw?

Haku: If you ask me he lucked out.

Sasuke: People would have expected someone like me to get there.

Naruto: Grr!! HEY!!

Genma: The next match will be Shino Aburame vs Sakura Haruno. Will the contestants please come down?

Sakura: I'm up!

Ryu: Wow us with that unexpected trick of yours.

They both went down to the arena.

Genma: Begin!

Sakura dashed straight towards Shino weaving hand signs.

Sakura: Striking Shadow Snake!

Shino expected his and dodged to the right but what he didn't expect was for Sakura to anticipate the move.

Ryu: Good anticipation, but one strike won't win her the match.

Sakura punched Shino straight in the face and sent him crashing into the wall knocking him out.

Ryu: Never mind... Anko what the heck just happened?

Anko: She's learned to amp her physical strength with Chakra making her attacks more deadly.

Kira: Isn't that like Tsunade's abilities.

Anko: Yes but on a much weaker scale.

Ryu: I'd hate to imagine what she'd be like with the real deal.

Genma: The winner is Sakura Haruno.

The crowd cheered so loudly that last fights palled in comparison.

Ryu: Get that guy a medic. I'll be surprised if he doesn't have a concussion.

Sakura: So what do you think now?

Naruto: That I should never get you angry again...

Ryu: That the fight was great Sakura. Gonna be honest, you surprised me.

Sakura: Thanks!

Sasuke: That wasn't bad...

She looked like she could squeal when Sasuke complimented her.

Anko: Good job. No mater what happens I'm proud of both of you.

They both smiled when they heard that.

Alright that's all. I'm gonna say it now, the rest of the fights go the same. Now we'll get into more changes next time. Until the next one-
