Ryu POV

Sakura: Wow Ryu, your even stronger than when we were younger. The gap before was still pretty big, but at least we could have a chance at touching you.

Naruto: Yeah and you don't know what that Pervy Sage put me through for those 3 years.

Haku: Kai, Mei and I might not be able to beat you all at once we all went all out against each other.

Ryu: You all give me to much credit. Ryu, so Kakashi, have you created any new Jutsu?

Kakashi: Actually I have, thanks for asking. There's this one where I can manipulate my Lightning blade and-

Ryu: Alright guys, we're here.

We went into the Ramen shop and I saw two more familiar heads.

???: Geez, you seriously need to eat less.

???: Come on, you know Ramen is my favorite food.

Ryu: Speak of the devil. There goes my wallet tonight then.

???: Huh?

They both turned around and they're eyes widened as they smiled.

Mei/Kai: Ryu!!

Mei hugged me as Kai put me in a headlock.

Kai: Good to see you buddy!

Mei: Your finally back!

Ryu: Hey guys. It's good to see ya too.

Teuchi: Ryu! Welcome back! You've grown up so much! Your even taller than me now!

Kai: Wait, that means your still taller than me!

Ryu: Yeah, Naruto has the same reaction.

Ayame: Welcome home!

Teuchi: Well this calls for a celebration! Tonight you all eat free!

Ryu: What a relief. But your gonna have to work harder than you ever have for these two.

Teuchi: I've been preparing for this for 3 years. I know how much Ramen these two can eat.

???: It's a big reunion.

I turned to see Iruka at the front.

Ryu: Hey Iruka Sensei!

Iruka: You don't need to call me Sensei Ryu. If anything, I should be calling you that. Your a Jonin remember?

Ryu: Yeah I guess your right.

Time Skip!

Ryu: Thanks again Teuchi.

Teuchi: No problem.

He and Ayame looked like they were completely exhausted from cooking all of that. I then pulled out my wallet and slid 1000 Ryu onto the table.

Ryu: Consider that a tip.

He smiled before we all left.

Kai: Ahh! That's gotta be the best Ramen in the world!

Naruto: You said it!

Ryu: I'm just glad I didn't have to pay very much. After all this time I only had half the money I used to without going on missions.

Haku: That's still a lot.

Ryu: Touché.

Mei: Anyway, I can't believe you managed to beat them without even getting hit once.

Ryu: When I said I'd get stronger, I wasn't lying.

Naruto: Yeah, and I thought I pushed myself. That's Pervy Sage is out of control. His training was so intense that I tore up my cloths and headband so I had to get replacements.

Ryu: Hold up.

I took out a bag and pulled out my Jonin outfit from 3 years ago, with my old headband.. It was torn apart with holes in it, and a big slash down the center.

Ryu: Need I show more?

Naruto: Yikes, you win.

Sakura: Why does it look like you got slashed with a sword?

Ryu: My sister is a sadist, that's why. She wanted to see how fast I could heal. Luckily I don't have a scar, but, I was sore for an hour.

I shivered a bit before looking up.

Ryu: But what doesn't kill me makes me stronger. Literally. Every time one of us came back from the point of exhaustion, we got a little bit of a boost. And trust me, there were a lot of times when we were pushed to the brink of getting knocked out.

Naruto: That's because of that immortal spirit in you?

Ryu: Probably, and her names Shojo.

Shojo: So Ryu, I think it's time they all saw what I looked like.

Ryu: And now she wants you to meet her. *Sigh* great.

There was a slightly bright light the shone from me before it got brighter. When we all opened our eyes, we saw her.

Ryu: This is Shojo guys. The Wolf Spirit that lives in me.

Shojo: Nice to meet you!

Naruto: ... You know, for a Wolf Spirit, that said to be stronger than that fox, I was expecting her to look a lot more-

Shojo: Vicious?

Sakura: That's the word.

Haku: I thought the exact same thing the first time I saw her.

Shojo: Don't worry, it's not the first time I've heard it.

Kai: So are you something like a tailed beast?

Shojo: No, not like Kurama.

Naruto: Who?

Shojo: Oh! You didn't know. All of the tailed beast like the 9 Tailed Fox have names. The Fox is called Kurama. And the sand Raccoon you guys faced 3 years ago is called Shukaku.

Ryu: That was Gaara's. How is he anyway?

Mei: Oh Uh, well he's actually the Kazekage now.

Ryu: Kazekage?

Shojo: That's certainly a milestone. Before his villagers feared him I'm pretty sure.

Ryu: Guess those words I told him worked after all. If I didn't find that out I must be out of the loop.

Naruto: So Shojo, why is Ryu's Chakra always black and red when he uses your power?

Shojo: Well, it's kind of tied to his emotions. When he uses my power, it kind of comes with a little stab. It makes him a lot angrier when he fights, and the most prominent color for rage is red. You follow?

Naruto: I guess. But what about the black?

Shojo: That part is because of his own Chakra. Whenever Ryu summons up my power, it's like he's releasing some of his own limiters as well. That's why the other half is black.

Ryu: That part is to just sharpen my senses though. Shojo's is the real boost to my power.

Haku: Ok then what about the time we're you fought me and there was white added into the mix. And you sprouted ears like hers.

Ryu: Well that part is the second stage. When I use that power, it's like one of her limiters is removed, making me turn a little more wolf like. And some of her Chakra is white. Before I wasn't able to control my strength in that form, but I'm pretty sure I got it down pact. So now it's stronger when I need it to be.

I then turned to see my old house.

Ryu: Oh hey, the place hasn't changed even a little. We'll see you guys.

Haku: Bye.

Shojo: Nice meeting you all!

Show disappeared back inside of me before they all left. Haku and I walked in and when I opened the door, it was clean as I left it.

Naruto POV

Naruto: Man Ryu's one lucky guy.

Sakura: How so?

Naruto: He's got crazy strength, and Haku is his girlfriend. How would he not?

Ryu POV

Ryu: Wow Haku, you really kept the place clean.

Haku: Well I try my best. Anyway I guess it's time to go to bed.

Ryu: Actually before that, I need to take a shower. It's been way you long since I actually bathed in this place.

I grabbed a towel and some night cloths before I went into by bathroom and turned on the water for a hot shower. When I was finished I dried myself off and put my cloths on.

Ryu: Alright Haku, if you didn't already take one, it's your turn.

Before I could open the door she yelled.

Haku: Don't come out yet! I'm still changing!

Ryu: Oh. Ok.

I was waiting for her to let me out before I got the sudden urge to peak through the key whole. I stopped myself before I could've received the beating of a lifetime.

Ryu: 'NO! I am NOT Jiraiya! Damn those books!Now dirty thoughts are in my head! *Sigh* Well at least they're only for my girlfriend.'

Haku: I'm done.

I walked out of the room and saw she had on black short shorts and a pink crop top that was way too small for her. It took only a second for me to realize that my face was as red as a tomato.

Haku: D-don't stare like that...

Ryu: Haku, if your going to wear something like that, be ready to be stared at. Your just lucky it's just the-

Just then I felt like someone was watching us.

Ryu: That guy thinks he's sneaky.

Haku: What is it?

Ryu: Some perv is watching us that what.

I flashed away and was at a kunai I conveniently left there behind Jiraiya.

Jiraiya: Huh? We're he go? Oh well at least it's just her now!

I tapped him on the shoulder making him jump. He quickly glanced at me before looking through the telescope again.

Jiraiya: Oh hey Ryu, wanna take a look at Ha-

He then removed the telescope from his eye and realized that it was ME he was talking to.

Ryu: I'll give you five seconds to run. 4. 3.

Jiraiya: NIGERUNDAYO!!

Jiraiya ran away at the speed of sound.

Ryu: 2. 1.

I activated activated my Sharingan before I sprinted in his direction catching up to him in a matter of seconds.

Ryu: You're already dead

Jiraiya: NANI?!!

I grabbed his arm and flung him far enough to land him at the gates.

Ryu: If I ever catch you trying to peep at my girlfriend again I'll do more than just throw you.

I flashed back to Haku after I was done with him.

Haku: Who was it?

Ryu: That perv Jiraiya that who. I taught him a thing or two though.

Haku: Aww, you do care.

Ryu: Damn right. Anyone who wants to sneak a peek at you has to deal with me.

She pulled me in for a kiss that lasted 10 seconds before we pulled away.

Haku: I've missed doing that.

Ryu: So have I.

She brought me in for another hug and this time she held be closer and tighter.

Haku: Just promise you won't leave me for to long again.

Ryu: I might not be able promise that, but I can promise something else.

Haku: Whats that?

Ryu: That I'll always come back.

Haku: ... my hero.

We both then drifted off to sleep with Haku still holding on to me.

Time Skip.

When I felt my eyes twitch I could tell that it was barely midnight since only 3 hours had passed. It was kind of hard for me to breathe when I inhaled through my nose. When I opened my eyes I could only describe myself as one thing.

I was very well placed. My head was right next the cleavage of her chest but I couldn't say anything cause it could wake her up.

Let's take a guess at what the inside of our unstoppable Protagonist is like at this moment.

Ryu:

That's about right. Orochimaru is back and he's with Sasuke.

Ryu: 'Hn?! What was that?!'

By the way I'm slowly gonna make him self aware. Have fun with that.

Ryu: 'If I don't make to many sudden moves... I shouldn't be able... to wake her'-

Suddenly she warped her arms around me. At this point I was blushing so much I was hotter than one of my fireballs.

Shojo: Ryu, just stay calm, and don't wake her up. Cause odds are, she'll punch your lights out.

Ryu: 'She's the one who's grabbing me damnit!!'

I felt her twich a bit before I saw her open her eyes.

Ryu: 'This is gonna hurt.'

When she looked were I was placed as slightly smiled before before resting her head on mine.

Haku: *Yawn* Sorry...

Ryu: Don't worry, I don't mind.

Haku: If you say you don't mind, I'll just make myself comfortable.

She pulled me even closer and pulled the blankets up.

Ryu: 'Is it me or is it getting hotter in here?'

Before I had the chance to say anything, Haku was fast asleep again.

Ryu: 'Well might as well enjoy it.'

I wrapped my arm around her waist and closed my eyes.

Time Skip!

I opened my eyes to still see Haku sleeping. I transformed into my little wolf state to slip out away from her without waking her up. I turned back to normal and scratched my head, feeling the ears again. I shrugged and did my morning routine before I made breakfast. Few stretches, and 20 one hand pushups. Then I put some cloths on before heading out for a little walk around the village. While I was walking, I saw to familiar faces.

Ryu: How's it going Shikamaru? And long time no see Temari.

Shikamaru: Huh?

He turned around to see me and smiled.

Shikamaru: Ryu! It's you! How've you been!

Temari: Ryu? You look so different.

Shikamaru: It good to see you. The last 3 years haven't been the same without you here. And I'm pretty sure you were meant to be one of the proctors for the Chunin exams, and even the Jounin exams too. Since then I've had to fill your part.

Ryu: Well at least you've been responsible. I can tell that you've changed. You not just the lazy one anymore.

Shikamaru: You could tell?

Temari: Well, I've been meaning to thank you properly for, well, helping my little brother see the light.

Ryu: Well I would've tightened the his seal for the Shukaku if I had enough Chakra but I was fresh out. But I guess I could do it next time I see him. Anyway, I'm guessing your heading back to the sand?

Temari: Yeah. I just needed to do some things while I was here.

Ryu: Alright then. So Shikamaru, have you ranked up since we last saw each other?

Shikamaru: No.

Temari: I think it's time he did. He would be there if he just stopped complaining on what a drag everything is.

Shikamaru started rubbing the back of his head after she said that. We both started smiling.

Ryu: Yeah that's Shikamaru alright.

Shikamaru: Man what a drag...

Temari: Well, I'll see you two around.

Ryu: Before you go, here, take these.

I handed her three of my Thunder God Knives.

Temari: What are these?

Ryu: My Thunder God Knives. If your ever in trouble, just spike your Chakra and I'll be able to teleport to you with those. The other two are for your brothers.

Temari: Well thaw will come in handy. Wait, didn't only the 4th Hokage use these?

Ryu: Eh, well funny story actually. When I turned 16, my sister actually told me the truth about my heritage.

Shikamaru: Wait your not saying that your-

Temari: That explains why your so strong. Talk about a natural born prodigy.

She then started walking off.

Shikamaru: That's unreal. At least it explains how your on a different level of strength.

Ryu: I mean you'd have to be stupid to not realize the resemblance.

Ryu: Wow, 3 years sure is a lot of time to change a person. I never really thought about it so much.

Tsunade: So Ryu, would you like to take this A-Rank Mission, because Shizune is trying to make you take a D-Rank.

Ryu: Is she out of her mind?! Do me a favor and remind her I'm the best Ninja Konoha has to offer!

Tsunade: I knew you would be offended. Next time, the Kazekage Rescue!

Ryu: Wait the Akatsuki took Gaara? If Itachi's involved I'm getting my answers.
