Kirigakure and deal

Naruto couldn't believe as he walking around the village, It was foggy covering the blue sky, The buildings were tall and gray, They were shape like cylinders.

Despite the mix of great and depressing view of the village, Naruto knew He had to find a way to talk to the mizukage.

Kurama couldn't deniad the fact that almost all of his siblings were here, It felt weird as it was so long since the last time most of them were together.

Shukaku, Isobu, Son Goku, Kokuō, Saiken, Chōmei and Kurama himself were here.

"Saiken, I still cannot believe your jinchuriki is refusing to help the others!" Kurama said, He was clearly pissed off by this as it was so easy with the other jinchurikis come and help.

"Kurama, you know jinchurikis don't easily trust others, It's the same when it come to us, Even after you told me everything and I had to explain it to my jinchuriki, during when Naruto and fuu were still at the land of sea," Saiken explain as the others except Kurama nodded.

Son goku gave a quick comment, "Yeah even I still don't trust my own jinchuriki Even though we've been together for 40 years."

Kokuō nodded, "the relationship with mine is neutral, We're not close but we still get along and work together well."

Saiken smile, "that nice little sister, My relationship is a bit rough but we're trying to get along."

Chōmei laugh, "That's great to hear from you two, I'm sure one day, you all will be close as me and fuu, we became the best of friends."

Shukaku and Kurama roll their eyes, Shukaku started to speak, " That may be great for you but I never was close or even be friends with any of them, I will be honest though, my last jinchuriki before Gaara, It was an old man and he kinda reminded me of the sage of six paths."

Everyone look surprised except for Kurama who got pissed, "NO! THERE IS NOBODY WHO CAN EVER BE COMPARED TO HAGOROMO ŌTSUTSUKI!"

Naruto was approaching the mizukage building only do we stop by five anbu guards all wearing fish mask style mask.

Before anyone could say anything, naruto felt an jinchuriki coming towards him, naruto saw a young looking teen boy though rather short for his age. He had short, messy, grey hair, which fell over the right side of his face and spiked up on the left. He also had pupilless pink eyes and what seemed to be a stitch-like scar running from under his left eye, all the way down his cheek. His attire included a grey, sleeveless shirt with the Kiri forehead protector attached to the front, as well as a short-sleeved mesh armour, which he wore a green poncho. He also wore a turquoise sash around his waist, paired with a matching green apron over his pants and a pair of brown boots. Along with it, he would carry a club with uneven sized hooks, which bared a green flower on the larger end.

Naruto was surprised. He knew the jinchuriki he was looking for was the Mizukage, and his name was Yagura, but a kid was this village leader?

Yagura smiled and crossed his arms, "nice disguise, but you should know it doesn't work when it comes to another jinchuriki, Naruto Uzumaki."

Naruto went wide for a quick moment but then realize he should have known that this could have happen again as already did with utakata earlier today.

Naruto look at Yagura and said, "So you already know why i'm here?"

Yagura nodded, "Of course I do, But let's take this to my office And take off that disguise as well."

In the mizukage office

Naruto took notice of the bright white and blue colors, A beautiful glass table In the center of the room with some blue chairs and white pillows.

Naruto quickly realized he was still in his disguise form, naruto took his true form, Yagura was surprised, seeing naruto real form.

"So, that tail beast fruit story was true after all," Yagura said, He look a bit interested to known more as he called for a servant to come up, "Masala Chai."

Naruto look confused, "what?"

Yagura look at the Servant, "I was speaking to my service to make Masala Chai tea, 2 cups water 2 teaspoons loose leaf black tea or 2 tea bags, 1 cinnamon stick, 4-5 whole cloves, 4-5 cardamom pods, crushed, 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, grated, 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns, 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds whole Milk and Sugar, all in a turtle shell with a blue curly straw."

The servant left and making Naruto look surprise, "I'm surprised, really I am, How did a kid like you got to become the mizukage anyway? You look like you just graduated from the academy, How old are you anyway thirteen? fourteen?"

Yagura eyes widen, he now look piss off, "IM AM ADULT! IM ALMOST 40 YEARS OLD HERE!"

Naruto took a step a back, "your wha...!?" Naruto trip back on his own tails.

The servant came back with the tea in the turtle shell. Yagura was too focused on Naruto that when he picked up the cup, the curly straw hit him in the eye. "AAAAAAAH!"

Yagura growled before throwing the tea cup on the ground. He looked at the serving completely pissed off. "What idiot told you to put a curly straw in it!?"

Naruto still on the floor looked up and said, "Did you forget when we were arguing about how old you were?"

It ended up becoming another argument between the two.

Isobu explain what was going with his jinchuriki and Naruto.

Kurama looking annoyed and said, "What the hell is going on with them!?"

The others were all laughing, They were enjoying the drama, especially for Isobu who can see what was happening.

Back with naruto

After some time of more arguing Between the two, they got tired, both sit down and finally got straight down to business.

Naruto started to explain why he was here and what he needs from Yagura.

Yagura listen to everything before speaking, "ok, to make sure I'm hearing you right, You want me to leave my village, Go enjoying you Along with the Rogue ninji i've been trying to get back in the village, To help you defeat a group of people who are after you, me and the jinchurikis."

Naruto nodded, "yes, we need your help."

Yagura shook his head, "You really expect me just to leave my village? You want me to help you and you're expectomy to do it."

"I know it's a lot to ask but I need all of you, They will eventually come in and the type of damage they got away the other villages so far Isn't good, especially sincere after you guys," naruto explained, He was hoping he could get through Yagura head about this.

Yagura Look annoyed before speaking, "I understand, but I can't just leave my village naruto, I am the mizukage, If I was to go what would you promise me in return?"

Naruto quickly performing a jutsu and made gold come from his hand, "I can make your village very rich, This is my form of charka called gold release."

Yagura listen now looking interested, "So you are promised me as much gold and you will give it, if I agree to go with you."

Naruto nodded, "Yes you can pay off deaths, help the citizens and Shinobi of Your village and everything."

Yagura look at naruto and shook his head, "That's not good enough."

Naruto was surprised, How could the a kage would turned down such an offer that would benefit the whole entire village? "Then what would you want? I'm giving you a very great offer."

Yagura smirk, "What I want... is you, Naruto Uzumaki."

Naruto was taken aback by Yagura words, " You want me? for what!?"

"I want you in my ranks and join my village," Yagura said before continuing on, "with you here, My village would truly rise with your abilities, I already know what you been doing for those other villages, my shinobi told me About a golden fox living gold behind, keeping you here.Only this village will be getting wealthy And make the others great nations depend on us, You will then get utakata back here, plus Bring me the real ninetails."

Naruto eyes widen, "Wait!? you want me to capture sensai Kurama!?"

Isobu explain what Going on in the meeting, Kurama look furious, "YOUR JINCHURIKI!? WELL HE HAS ANOTHER THING COMING!"

Yagura nodded at naruto question, "having four tail beast would up the numbers for the land of water strength, not mentioned with apostle arranged marriages, their are two female jinchurikis, you and utakata would each get one with your help with all the profit you'll be making for me from gold."

Naruto look surprise, "You really are ambitious, are you?"

Yagura nodded again, "What do you expect? This would truly make me into a legend, with your help this village will transform into something completely new, get four three tail beast and Hybrid with the possibility of two more tail beast through a range marriages, The money this village would be receiving from you, All of this will improve my nation by a whole another level."

Naruto was still surprise but at the same time annoyed, "You just said this already, You're the first one that's actuall now trying to force me to join unlike all the others! Why did you all bother breaking your alliance with konoha, Just because rid of me? I wasn't even that strong back then! Their nation is way bigger and has a lot of valuable things your people could need."

Naruto look Away as he couldn't believe he was just standing up for The village that banished him, 'Why did I said that stuff!?'

Yagura relax and spoke a bit more calm now, "naruto, The reason we broke the alliance had a much more bigger reason for you being forced to leave."

Naruto look at Yagura, He was a bit surprised hearing that, "Really? then what was the reason?"

Yagura began to explain, "konoha banishing you was a surprise, but it made everyone curious and when people began to find out, It showed how Incompetent konoha was, Learning that you've been in that village for twelve years not knowing that you were a jinchuriki But the rest of the villagers were allowed to known, They never gave you proper training, Yet they allow you to join the ranks, and when they finally banished you, The reason was stupid... I mean, seriously.That should have been a wake up called it was time to take things seriously, They threw you away and we all soon found out, Knowing we could make great use out of you."

Naruto could understand it but not completely, On one hand many villages including the other four great nations, So they could make use of him give him training real training into a jinchuriki, On the other hand why break an alliance with a very strong nation?

Yagura continue on, "Most of us really do not have that great use for konoha but The ones we did easily got replaced with the new alliance we made together, the other great nations and smaller ones, agreed to work together, To make up the lost with konoha, With you being gone it was mostly the fear was gone was too, The other nations had always feared konoha holding you, It was until they found out the truth after you were banished, So now that you know, What about our deal arrangement?"

Naruto couldn't believe what he was hearing, his old village had the other nations fool, When they found out about him, They realized he was not feared as they thought but The others could make great use out of him, naruto definitely.

"What your asking is a lot, betraying the one who trained me, getting Someone that does not want to come back, join and Serve you under your ranks, And keep giving you more gold only to your village, That is none of your deal at all!" Naruto said as he couldn't agree with him.

Yagura look up, his mind was clearly thinking of something before looking back at naruto, "hmm? I guess, It's not right to ask but if you really want my help, You're going to have to earn it!"

Naruto look a bit confused, "What do you mean by that? a challenge?"

Yagura nodded, "One on one, If I win, you have to agree to my demands but if you win, I help you and let you and utakata go free."

"You mean you'll stop chasing for utakata and help us if I win?" Naruto ask Is making sure he understood.

"Yes, I do mean it, what do you say?" Yagura ask and waited for naruto to respond.

naruto started to think, he knows if he lose He would have to join and do what Yagura order but If he wins he would definitely get the hope he needs.

A moment later, naruto nodded, "I accept, but only on one Condition, the kyuubi, who name is Kurama stay out of this, you have and he will stay out of the other religious business."

Yagura got up from his chair, "fine," The two shake hands as They're deal has been made.
