Time Skip: Two Weeks

It has been two weeks since Sasuke left the village. Naruto has been training hard with Master Jiriya, going on a mission with Team 8, which ended up in failure while Sakura has been training under Lady Tsunade, learning Medical Nin-jutsu. In that time, Team 1 have been going on several short missions and have been training hard as they don't want Naruto to get an upper hand on them.

Currently the girls were all standing in a field they usually use to train with Kireina. They stood there dumbfounded with paper in their hands as Kireina and Kakashi stood in front of them.

"Kireina-Sensei, I admire you and all... But what are we doing with these pieces of paper?" Sachi asked as she looked up at the teachers with sweat running down their faces. Kireina sighed as she scratched the back of her neck.

"As we continue with your training, I thought it would be best to find out what your chakra nature types are. Kakashi suggested this would a good thing to teach you since you all seem eager to make your own jutsu's." Kireina explained with a hand on her hip as she looked down at the five females, who all sniggered in their heads.

"Oh? And when did you two discus this?" Shigemi asked slyly. Kireina had a tick mark leave her head while Kakashi had a question mark leave his head. Kireina knew what they were thinking by now, which is the reason why the tick-mark left her head. Kakashi however was confused on why Shigemi would suddenly ask this question.

"Last night." Kakashi stated straightforwardly, making the girls all smile slyly.

"Oh? You were together last night?" Shizuma asked as she stared at the two. Just the Kireina punched all five girls on the heads, making a bump come up from their heads. Shizuma had several veins popping out of her head as well as her fist with a shadow forming over her eyes as she stared at the girls with a deadly look. They girls all held their heads while shaking in fear. They all looked at Kakashi for help, but the male shook his head.

"So sensei, these chakra nature types... Do we only have one?" Setsuka asked as she placed Yuuki down beside Ōkami. Kireina shook her head as she folded her arms.

"The nature type you discover today is your affinity." Kakashi stated as he put his book in his pouch. "But if you train hard enough, you can use the rest." Kakashi added as he looked down at the girls who all seemed eager to train hard. Kireina nodded her head in agreement.

"Both of us can use all of the chakra nature types as well as Yin Release and Yang Release. I can as well, however Kakashi has a better swing of it than me. This is thanks to the training we have been doing since our younger years as Ninja." Kireina explained, making the girls all have sparkles appear in their eyes as they looked up to the two jounin.

"Now, to find which nature type is your affinity, try to focus all of your chakra energy onto the piece of paper in your hands." Kireina explained, placing both her hands on her hips. The girls all looked at each other and nodded before closing their eyes and focusing their chakra on the piece of paper. They all frowned and suddenly chakra began to surround them. Kireina and Kakashi had cold sweat run down their faces as the girls began to glow slightly. Setsuka glowed a deep red, Sachi glowed a deep green, Saske glowed a pale blue, Shigemi glowed a deep blue, and Shizuma glowed a radiant yellow. Just then the girls opened their eyes and the glow disappeared and their papers were no longer clean squares of paper.

"Setsuka, your chakra nature type is fire." Kakashi stated as he looked at the ashes of paper that fell to the ground near Setsuka's feet.

"She's an Uchiha, what do you expect?" Kireina asked with her arms folded as she looked at Kakashi with a blank expression. Kakashi sighed as he hung his head before turning it to look at Kireina with lines under his eyes.

"I can go home you know." Kireina's eyebrow twitched as she frowned at her childhood friend. The girls all giggled silently and Kakashi looked at the rest of the girls.

"Sachi's is earth." Kakashi said as he examined the crumbled pieces of paper in Sachi's hands. He then turned his head to Saske, whose paper has split in two. "Saske is air." Kireina wrote all of this down in a small book from a pouch wrapped around her leg under her skirt. "Shigemi's is water." Kakashi stated as the female dropped the soggy piece of paper. "And finally Shizuma is lightning." Kakashi said before standing up straight and placing his hands in his pockets as he looked at the wrinkled piece of paper in her hand. The girls all looked at each other before looking at Kireina, which made the female raise an eyebrow with a question mark leaving her head.

"What is it?" She asked as she put her notebook and pen back in her pocket.

"What is your chakra nature type sensei?" Saske asked as she tilted her head. Kireina pulled out a piece of paper from another pouch and looked at all of the girls. The paper then crumbled to the ground like Sachi's.

"Earth, and Kakashi is Lightning." Kireina explained as she then placed her hands on her hips. Sachi then cheered, repeating that she had the same nature type as Kireina, which caused everyone to laugh.

"So it has been decided." A deep voice spoke, making everyone stop laughing. Everyone turned their heads to see the five animals that Kireina summons, standing there. The one who spoke was Rai, - the Lord Wolf of Lightning. Standing beside him was Onmyō, the earth deer of the shadows. In a puddle beside them was Mizu, the shark of the ocean and flying beside him was Kaisai, the Phoenix spirit of fire. Also sitting on Onmyō's antlers was Kūki, the crow lord of the sky.

"Err... What has been decided?" Shigemi questioned as she tilted her head in confusion.

"Lady Kireina has spoken with all of us." Onmyō spoke gently as she walked towards the girls, stopping as she stood beside Kireina.

"Those who have control of the element we use shall form a contract with us." Kūki spoke in a calm tone of voice as he looked at everyone with his eyes that seemed soft.

"A contract...?" Setsuka questioned in confusion as she placed her hand on her chin. Kireina has not gone through how contracts work with summoning creatures, so of cause the girls would be confused, but then Yuuki jumped onto Setsuka's shoulder.

"I get it." He spoke as he sat on the female's shoulder, making everyone look at him. "You will all be making a contract with one of the summons, like Kireina has, which means you will be able to summon them yourself." Yuuki explained, making the five summons nod their heads with Kireina and Kakashi. Ōkami then barked while in Shizuma's arms. "See? Even the mutt gets it." Ōkami then whimpered at Yuuki's cold name for her.

"H...hey! Ōkami is not a mutt!" Shizuma argued as she hugged Ōkami protectively while frowning at the white rabbit.

"You are correct, little white rabbit, but first... We will all be testing you to see if you are worthy to make a contract with us." Kaisai spoke calmly as she flew towards the girls and began to float over Onmyō and Kūki. The girls then all sighed as they hung their heads with a gloomy aura surrounding them. They were not good with tests.

"We should have known." Sachi cried as she sighed.

"What are we going to have to do?" Saske asked as she looked up at the group of powerful summons. All five of them stood in front of Kireina and Kakashi.

"Saske Hyūga, ninja with the nature type air. You must be able to lift your feet off the air and walk." Kūki explained as he sat up straight while staring at the Hyūga.

"Setsuka Uchiha, ninja with the nature type fire. You must be able to use the jutsu 'Fire Style: Phoenix Flower' and you must be able to hit a target with it." Kaisai spoke as she raised her head while looking down at Setsuka, who showed signs of feeling nervous.

"Shigemi Yamanaka, ninja with the nature type water. You must be able to use the jutsu 'Water Style: Shark Tornado'." Mizu spoke in a superior tone of voice, making Shigemi gulp with cold sweat run down her face.

"Sachi Nara, the ninja with the nature type earth. You must be able to take control of my shadow." Onmyō spoke softly as she looked at the Nara, who nodded her head with eyes full of determination.

"Shizuma Inuzuka, you must be able to stay on my back as I run at lightning speed." Rai stated as he stared at Shizuma, who gulped nervously while hugging Ōkami.

"Why are you giving them easier tests than what I had to endure?!" Kireina exclaimed with multiple veins popping out of her head. Kakashi was currently holding the female back from going on a rampage with the five summons. The girls all had sweat run down their faces as they stared in disbelief.

"This is...Easier?" Sachi asked. The girls then all hung their heads as they fell to their knees.

"We're dead..." They all mumbled in a gloomy tone.

Time Skip: One Hour

"Ah!" Shizuma screamed in fear as she held onto Rai's fur for dear life, close to falling off the wolf's body. The girls have been training for the past hour and so far, no luck. Kakashi and Kireina were watching from afar for their own safety, just in case one of the girls loses control of what they are doing. Kireina chuckled as she watched Shizuma scream for dear life as Rai went at a high speed.

"Try again!" Mizu ordered as he looked up at Shigemi. Shigemi took a deep breath in and then a deep breath out before doing the jutsu hand signs Mizu taught her with the help of Kireina. She was staring at her hands, trying to get it right as the past few attempts, her fingers got tangled and she ended up losing focus and falling into the water. A smile formed on the Yamanaka's face as she got the hand signs right and placed her hands together.

"Water Style: Shark tornado!" Just then the water surrounding Shigemi began to turn. A deep blue chakra surrounded Shigemi as she focused all of her chakra into this jutsu. The water began to rise while circling the female.

"She's doing it... Wait... Something's not right..." Mizu thought as he watched Shigemi. As the water rose up to Shigemi's waist, it stopped and a water shaped dolphin began to splash around. Shigemi stared in confusion. A dolphin? Just then the Dolphin looked at Shigemi, jumped into the water, jumped back out and squirted water at the female's face before going back into the water. The water then went back to normal as a vein popped out of Shigemi's head.

"That's it. Just concentrate. Let the wind surround you. Become the wind." Kūki spoke, trying to give Saske confidence as she stood still, her eyes closed as wind began to surround her. Slowly, the young Hyuga's feet began to leave the ground as she slowly began to rise from the ground.

Kūki watched with a proud look on his face, but then lines appeared under his eyes as the female began to wobble slightly. Saske opened her eyes as she waved her arms around, trying to keep her balance, however she ended up falling back to the ground, landing on her back. Kūki stood in front of Saske, his small wings gently patting her on the head.

"There, there. It takes time to master walking on air." Kūki assured the female, who sighed as she sat up, rubbing her back.

"Shadow possession Jutsu!" Sachi shouted as her shadow began to expand, going close to the deer; who was running around. Sachi gritted her teeth as she tried to make her shadow stretch further, but then she released a sigh as her shadow went back to normal. Sachi placed her hands on her knees as small pants left her lips with sweat running down her face.

"You are doing well Sachi. Not many ninjas your age can stretch it as far as you." Onmyō reassured as she approached the female, who continued to pant heavily.

"Ah!" Shizuma screamed, making Sachi and Onmyō turn their heads to the female who had just hit the ground from falling off Rai.

Time Skip: 5 hours later...

"Alright, you girls did...well..." Kireina said awkwardly as she scratched the back of her head, sweat running down her face as she stood beside Kakashi in front of the five girls who were covered in scratches and bruises. Shigemi was soaked from falling into the water several times, Shizuma had mud on her from falling off Rai and into the mud and Setsuka had several burnt marks on her clothes from failing at the jutsu.

"You did well for your first try at this at least." Kakashi smiled awkwardly with sweat running down his head. A gloomy aura appeared over the girl's heads as they hung their heads. Kireina sighed as she looked at the girls.

"Why don't you girls go home and relax?" Kireina suggested. The girls all sighed and nodded their heads before turning around and walking away from the two jounin. Kireina sighed before looking at her five summonses with a frown resting on her face as she placed her hands on her hips. "We need to talk." She said, making all of her summons look at her.
