Konoha; home to several different clans – the well known ones are Senju, Uchiha, Nara, Hyūga, Aburame, Akimichi, Inuzuka and Yamanaka. There are many different clans located in this village; however the ones that are a key importance to this story are the Nara Clan, the Hyūga Clan, the Inuzuka Clan, the Yamanaka Clan and the Uchiha Clan.

Why are they important for this story you ask?

Well, in each of these clans is a special Ninja.

I know, I know, I know. The Uchiha Clan was wiped out years ago, leaving Sasuke as the last Uchiha, however there is one Uchiha who was absent from the village on that fateful night and that was Setsuka Uchiha; a small girl who is Sasuke's cousin. They're the same age. Setsuka has medium length blue hair with the Uchiha grey eyes and she was quite pale compared to her cousin.

Now; why was she absent that night you might be wondering?

You see Setsuka is a special ninja with a gift. In every generation there are five of them. They are not always necessarily from the five clans that were previous mentioned. They are not even always located in the land of fire; however not many people know about these special ninjas as they are known to keep quiet on their gifts.

What gifts do they have you might now be wondering.

Well you see their gifts are; being able to see a couple of seconds into the future, they also have chakra that differs to the ordinary Ninja.

To you, seeing a couple of seconds into the future might not seem very important, but to a ninja; seeing a couple of seconds into the future can save a ninja's life. Their chakra being different may also make you think of the tailed beast's chakra; however it is different and not as strong as the famous tailed beasts. Their chakra is... Well; you'll find out soon. For now; we should start the story of the five ninja.

I have already spoken of Setsuka Uchiha; now for the other four. The next ninja I shall speak of is a Yamanaka. Her name is Shigemi Yamanka. She lives outside of the village, taken away because of her special gift that was discovered when she was only three years old. Shigemi has short teal coloured hair that can be put into a small pony tail, pale blue Yamanaka eyes and soft snow white skin. She is the cousin of Ino Yamanka.

The third ninja I shall mention is a Hyūga; Saske Hyūga. She has short curly purple hair that barely reaches her shoulders; the lavender/white coloured eyes of the Hyūga Clan and soft slightly sun kissed skin. She lives outside of the village and is the cousin of Hinata Hyūga and Neji Hyūga. She lives outside of the village and was taken away when her gift was revealed at the age of two.

Next is a Nara. Sachi Nara is the cousin of Shikamaru Nara. She has medium length black messy hair with dull grey eyes and pale skin that looked like she never went outside. The young girl was taken away at the age of one year old when she used chakra to bring her food to her crib.

Finally is the Inuzuka and her name is Shizuma Inuzuka. She has long soft brown coloured hair, gentle brown eyes and sun kissed skin with the Inuzuka markings on both cheeks. Shizuma is the cousin of Kiba Inuzuka and she left the village at two years old when her gifts began to surface.

Though all of these girls share the same gifts and all left the village at a very young age, the five girls have not yet met each other. They would all be the age of 8 when they meet each other; when all five of them are returned to the Leaf Village so they can be trained in order to be Konoha's secret defence team.

Chapter One: Konoha's Secret Defence Team Meet.

Standing at the gates were the five young girls. They couldn't be any older than the age of eight. They sat on a small grassy patch as they waited for a family member to come and collect them. All of the girls had around two or three bags each. Setsuka was holding a white bunny in her arms while Shizuma had a small dog on her head. It was silent; however the silence was soon broken by the Nara – Sachi.

"So... I'm Sachi Nara." She said as she looked at the four girls. They all turned their heads to look at the girl who spoke with a bored tone of voice. They stared at the female who rested on the grassy patch with their eyes full of curiosity. Sachi let out a yawn, covering it with her pale hand. "Who are you?" She then questioned as she looked at the girls. Each of the young girls looked at each other before turning their heads back to the Nara.

"I-I'm Setsuka Uchiha..." The blue haired child spoke up shyly as she poked her two pale fingers together with a slight pink colour resting on her cheeks. Her voice was sweet and gentle; it gave the impression that she was a naturally timid girl with a soft and caring side.

"The name's Shigemi Yamanaka; nice to meet ya." The teal haired girl spoke up with confidence as she smiled at the group. Her voice sounded cheerful and she showed confidence; clearly showing that she was the confident type. Her outfit showed she was confident as well considering she was showing part of her stomach, her shoulders and wore a skirt that went to her knees.

"I'm Shizuma Inuzuka; it's nice to meet you all." The small brunette said as she bowed her head with a soft smile. Her voice sounded soothing and she spoke with kindness and wore a soft smile on her lips as she looked up at all the girls. After Shizuma had introduced herself everyone looked at the small purple haired girl who just blinked.

"I'm Saske Hyūga..." She spoke with a monotone voice and didn't wear much of an expression on her face. Her monotone voice was also quiet and she didn't make eye contact with any of the girls; making her seems like the shy type. Sachi rolled onto her stomach as she looked at all the girls with a smile. Her eyes showed a brighter look than what they did a few moments ago.

"I'm eight; are you all my age?" The girl asked with a more excited tone of voice. All the girls nodded their heads to her question, making the girl cheer.

"Setsuka!" A voice called out. All the girls turned their heads and saw an eight year old Sasuke Uchiha who wore a cool expression. Setsuka stood up and waved at her cousin with a bright smile. She then picked up her bags and bowed to the four girls with a soft smile.

"I-it was nice m-m-meeting you all." Setsuka said gently before turning around and running to her cousin. Once she was standing in front of her cousin the girl jumped into his arms and hugged him. The two ended up falling over from the hug, making Sasuke scold the young girl who scratched the back of her head and apologised several times to her cousin. After the two got up from their spots they walked off. Setsuka turned her head back to the girls who were watching them. She then smiled and waved to the girls before going around a corner with her cousin.

One by one the girls left and went home with their cousins, uncles and aunts. The next day the girls all met again at the academy as they started their first day together. All the girls seemed pretty popular as a lot of the children asked them to hang out. Though they had many requests, the girls refused them all and sat together for lunch, starting their new friendship.
