Naruto could tell from the small interactions between him and Koji that he was very shy, it was obvious of course as his quirk was that he's able to command animals by speaking to them... of course, he would have to talk and he never spoke a word around him... plus the shaking timidness of the teen was noted as soon as he stood next to him... and now he was shaking and staring up at the building he and Naruto would be going in. "My quirk allows me to alter an energy inside of me." Koji looked over, his hands stopped shaking at his explanation. "From what I could tell Ashido-san has an acid-base quirk and Aoyama-san can shoot a laser... I'm not sure about Sato-san... though his costume gives me an idea that he's strong." 

Koji nodded his head in agreement to deduce that from what he saw during the quirk exercise, they had the first day. "Can you command some birds to fly around the building to see if they can get a view of the bomb? It'll be the fastest way to locate it." Koji nodded his head as he started to wave to some birds as a voice picked up in their earpieces. "Your time starts now!" many pigeons started to come closer around Koji and Naruto heard little whispers from the teen next to him and all the birds around him started to circle the building.

"Okay, here's my plan Koda-san... when the birds come back we will go in and try and distract them." Koji tilted his head in confusion before Naruto placed his hand into a handsign...

Mina and Rikido had been looking through the door, checking all corners that could be ambushed, though the time ticked down the girl started to get antsy, wondering where they could be... Yuga had been standing next to the bomb with his stomach gutting towards the door as a last line of defense, he doing his normal pose with his hands behind his head, though the time he had been doing it he started to feel awkward with the pose, "Where are they, they need to see my magnificent pose!" he whined internally...

After a moment, they heard a loud smack against the window and turned to see the glass cracked from a bird hitting it. "Oh, poor bird," Mina muttered slightly but in that moment of distraction, when she and Rikido turned back around, Naruto was in front of them his eyes shining in determination as he raced forward, placing his hands into a sign he reared his head back. "Wind style air bullet!" his voice rang out as Mina tried to cover him in acid, the wind bullets completely scattered the acid back making Rikido jump back away from the acid.

"Ashido-san let me have a go!" He shouted as he pulled out packets of sugar making Naruto falter before he started scarfing them down. from what he was doing he guessed that he would get boosted by sugar, he pushed down any of the thoughts as he tried to run forward but was stopped by a laser that almost hit him square in the stomach. biting his lip he grimaced seeing his muscles get bigger. Naruto felt his chakra surge him and a whisp of it started to form around him as he saw the buff teen charge at him. He brought his hand up and grabbed his fists that were aiming for his chest. "Sorry, your not the only one with a strength-enhancing quirk." The grin on the blond's face as Rikido matched it.

Bringing the teen over his shoulder he slammed him down to the ground before he kicked up and brought his leg down, but once again heard the familiar noise of Yuga's laser firing. He jumped away and he couldn't help but wince as it grazed him. There was a familiar sound of a bird smacking against the glass once again but they didn't look away this time...Naruto saw it and grinned slightly as he brought his hand up into another sign. "Lightning style light arch!" bringing his hand up he felt his chakra shock him, not entirely used to his lightning techniques, the chakra bounced from his hand and shot to the window. He grimaced as he placed his hand down as glass broke from the window.

"I missed..." He whined making them look at him as if he was crazy, but the grin on his face made them wonder... to say they were shocked when they heard All might shout from their communicators... "Hero team wins!" All three of their eyes widened as they turned around to see a second Naruto. "Sorry guys! I try to make sure my abilities are hidden as much as possible!" The clone waved the hand that had touched the bomb before he exploded in smoke. "W-What!? What can't you do Uzumaki-san!?" Naruto shrugged his shoulders. "That's a good question... I don't know myself."

The entire class watched in awe from both perspectives as nodded her head, "I see what happened, Koda-san told the birds to crack the window, and when Uzumaki-san deemed it weak enough he targeted the window so his clone can get in from the broken window into the room out of sight and get to the bomb... Genius." She stated fairly loudly making Izuku nod his head before looking up at the screen that seemed to be paused on Naruto's face... his eyes seemed dull...

He felt a chill run up his arm, never seeing the look before... he had always looked so happy go lucky, and cheerful... Izuku knew he would have to talk to him about what was wrong... though he didn't know what would be wrong... he started muttering and Uraraka to the right of him tapped his shoulder. "You alright?" Looking up he nodded his head. "Y-Yeah, I think so..." She gave him a look that she wasn't fooled but the door opened and all five contestants came through the door. "Now, can we tell who was the MVP of this round?" Izuku jumped when everyone just said. "Naruto." although Momo stayed quiet. "His plan for going alone on a three versus one was reckless but I would have to agree..." Izuku had the same thought, although he knew how many clones he could have made to make the fight fair...

All Might nodded his head while Naruto went over to the wall and pushed his back to it with a sigh. Koji had followed him and gave him a wave and with a quick gesture, Naruto waved his hand back. "I'm fine." His voice albeit dimmer than it used to, Koji could tell he overused his quirk, tho the quiet boy had a sneaking suspicion that there was something else on the blond's mind. Izuku drowned out everything that was going around him as he stared at the whiskered blond and he felt his nerves shot, taking a step forward his voice a mess, "G-Good job N-N-Naruto-Kun..." Naruto looked up from where he was staring at the floor and saw Izuku smiling nervously, he saw the twitch in his hand that he got when something was on his mind.

Izuku placed his other hand on top of the other and gave a squeeze to the twitchiness, The blond could only guess that he was the reason for his nerves... and why wouldn't he be nervous... "It was nothing..." the tone in his voice was flat as ever which internally made Naruto flinch and he saw the light in Izuku's eyes falter taking a step back he turned around and silently excused himself to go to the bathroom... Ochako had turned to see her newly made friend turn and the look scared her. Giving the same excuse she turned and hurried after the green-haired teen.

As she turned the corner she saw Izuku standing still in the corridor, "Hey!  Midoriya-Kun!" She quickly ran up behind him and she saw his shoulders tense up and turn. "A-Ah Ur-Uraraka-san!" She got a look at his eyes once again and saw the glossiness of it and instantly frowned. The smile in place of the unusual sad look made her worry, it was not a look that suited Izuku. "What's wrong Midoriya-Kun?" The smile never leaving his face, all he could do was close his eyes and smile brighter. "Nothings wrong." though it may have worked if his tears didn't start to cascade down his face.

"Midoriya-Kun..." the whisper made Izuku open his eyes and his eyes widened at the blurriness before he completely wiped his eyes. "Are you alright?" She asked again making his lip quiver at the persistence of the tears and he shook his head. "It's happening again..." bringing his wrists up to his eyes he started wiping away the tears. "I ruin everything." He didn't know exactly what he did but it seemed to be big enough to break everything around him. "It's okay Izu. Remember, I'll always be on your side." The words of Naruto broke something inside of him again... "Be my hero duo then!" His back touched the wall as he slid down it, covering his face with his arms, Ochako sat next to him.

"You don't ruin everything... You did amazing with Bakugo. He seemed like he enjoyed it too." Izuku flinched before he shook his head, wiping his eyes one last time he looked up, his eyes red and puffy. "Naruto is upset with me..." Ochako tilted her head in confusion making him look down in sadness. "You're too forgiving Izu..." "Kacchan... we were best friends when we were little, I always looked up to him... though my quirk didn't manifest when everyone else's did..." He looked at his hand and traced his fingers. "He b-bullied me... and said some really... really horrific things..." Ochako frowned as he continued. "Naruto became my friend only last year and heard all the stuff he said... what everyone said to me... because I was quirkless until a few months ago..."

Looking up at the ceiling. "I guess he thinks... Deku you're going to be my sidekick!' Be my hero duo then! that I would abandon him..." Izuku glared at the tiles in the ceiling. "I'll always be on your side.. Liar..." he muttered. Ochako placed her hand open in front of him making him stare at it for a few seconds before grabbing it lightly... "W-We are f-friends r-right?" He asked making her giggle. "I think that's a given Midoriya-Kun." Smiling to himself she stood up and pulled him along the way. "I was bullied for having these little pads on my fingers." She said as she pulled the fabric from her gloves to show him. Izuku stared at them for a bit as Ochako pulled back, "You were the first person to tell me how cool it was..." 

Ochako held his hand close and smiled. "Just give him space, he will come around again as it seems to be a misunderstanding." The viridian teen nodded his head, the reassuring words made him feel better before she looked up at the time. "Go clean yourself up, I'll walk back with you." Letting go of his hand she saw him smile and she couldn't help but smile back. "Thanks, Uraraka-chan." nodding her head Izuku walked into the bathroom, his dread was still there but the reassurance made it less daunting.
