A/N: This is what it looks like before (Y/N) left, but only more modern.

(Y/N) POV:

Its been a week since mom told me that we're going away, Naruto looked sad when he heard it, but smiled as we made another promise. I was currently packing my things in my suitcase,we're leaving in an hour heading to the airport. Seeing Naruto grow for the next 3 years without me is rather hard for me to think about it. We've been close for so long, and now we're gonna be apart.

I remembered the farewell party they threw to me before I leave, I appreciated all of their work in spite of cheering me up, convincing that they we're gonna be fine when I leave, but in my mind I was devastated to let go of my friends.

~Flashback a week ago~

Naruto was hanging out in my bedroom as I was reading a book called (Favorite Book). "(Y/N), I'm booooooored." he said as I closed the book and looked at him. "Why don't you go out and play with Kiba?" I suggested as he groan. "Chores." "Shikamaru?" I suggested again. "Lazy, probably still asleep." "Choji?" I said. "Out of town." "Sasuke?" I lastly said. "Got into a fight with him." he said as my eyes went wide at what I heard.

Naruto's POV:

I saw (Y/N)'s (E/C) went wide as he heard it. I was obviously lying by the way. There is no way I'm getting caught by (Y/N), the reason why I'm doing this is because our friends decided to throw him a farewell party.

I was still sad by that, but I try to act that I'm okay with it. I don't want to see (Y/N) sad or worried about me. The party will be tonight since (Y/N) is gonna pack his bags still, so we went to the trouble of partying first. "What happened to you two?" he asked as I sighed. "We got into a fight for the last piece of cake, I went to get it since it was so good, then he just threw his plate on my face and walked off." I said as I try to sound convincing.

He just sighed and smack my head, eventually rubbing it. "What's that for (Y/N)-nii!" I exclaimed as he looked at me. "Just don't do that again, you know you have to share with him." he said as I only nod.

"By the way (Y/N)-nii." I said as he looks at me again. "Hinata said that we should go to her house later, apparently she wanted to tell you something before you leave." I said as he gave a nod before reading his book again.

(Y/N) POV:

I went down to the kitchen a couple of minutes later, leaving a sleeping Naruto in my bed, at least he isn't bugging me anymore with the I-am-bored routine. I opened the fridge to see a (Fave Drink) and I took it taking a sip.

I was rubbing my (H/C) thinking of what could Hinata say later tonight, and it just crossed my mind, 'Why would she want to tell me something later tonight when she can tell it now' I thought.

I went to the telephone and quickly dialed it to her number. I heard the phone ring only to be answer by. "Hello this is a Hyuga representative, please leave a message." a chimed of a voicemail. I hang up the phone and sighed. "What could it be?"

~Timeskip~

It was nighttime when me and Naruto arrived at the Hyuga compound, we walked to Hinata's house which is not to far away, thank Kami for that. I looked at Naruto as he was smiling more like grinning at this point. "What's with the grin?" I asked as he pokes my side, I really hate it when he does that. "You'll see (Y/N)-nii." he said as I sighed and we reached Hinata's house.

When we walked to the house, we see the door was a little cracked open. "I'm going to the back door to check if something's wrong there." Naruto said as he runs to the back door. As curious as I was, I walk inside the house, closing the door behind me, and looks around. "Hello? Hinata-chan?" I said as I found my way to the kitchen and I flicked the light switch on. "SURPRISE!!!" I jumped a bit by all of our friends including my little brother.

"What's all this?" I asked as I look around. I see some decorations and a couple of food on the table. "I-It's a farewell party." Hinata said as she looked at me, I was touched of what they did, but I didn't tear up. I smiled and walked to my little brother. "So, this is what Hinata's gonna tell me?" I said as I chuckle and ruffles his messy blond hair. He just smiled and we enjoy the party.

~Small Timeskip~

We were planning to leave until Sakura told me to say something before I leave. "Do I really have to?" I said as Sakura cracks her knuckle and I just sighed again, for a girl that age, she is sure scary. "Well, I just wanted to tell you guys that, thank you for being my friend, and I'm sorry if I leave I hope you all understand." I said as I look at them, tears on their eyes.

As I look around even though this was suppose to be a great evening, it turn out into a sad one. Naruto hugged me tight as I hugged him back. "Just please don't go." he pleaded, but rubs his head. "I wish I could otouto." I said as I look at everyone.

"Just be careful out there." TenTen and Ino said. "Stay out of trouble (Y/N)." Kiba and Shino said, although deep inside they care a lot more about me. "Don't be too troublesome, you tend to do that always." Shikamaru said as he wipes his tears away. Next comes Neji and Hinata, the two of them hugged me and smiled. "We will surely miss you." I nod and smiled. "My what youthful it is to go to a different place, but I will miss you dear friend." Lee said as he anime cry a bit. I sighed and smiled a bit. "Thank you all." I simply said as I walk out the house.

As I walk out of the house I find a certain boy in my path he quickly hugged me and cried. "Please don't go (Y/N)." Sasuke said as he cried a bit, he really still does care for me. I hold his shoulder and pats his head. "Don't worry Sasuke, in 3 years tops I'll come back I promise." I said with a smile, he wipes his tears away and nods. "I'll be waiting." he calmly said as I nodded only to feel something heavy latched on my back. I turned around and see Naruto, he surely is tired better start walking then. I give him a piggy back ride as I start to walk home.

~End of Flashback~

It was a memorable day, but it doesn't change the fact that I am leaving them behind and see them in 3 years. I finished packing my things and took one last glance in my room and walks down to the garage.

~Timeskip~

We reached the airport and we took out our suitcases in dad's trunk. Naruto looked sad as we walk to the gate of our flight. Mom said goodbye to them and gave dad and Naruto one last kiss.

"Are you sure you're not gonna change your mind (Y/N)-nii?" Naruto asked as he looks at my (E/C) orbs with a sad look. I pat his head and sighed. "No turning back otouto." I said as he hugged me and cried again. I patted his back and tear up a bit, we broke away from our hug, wiping away our tears and he gave me something to remember him by. I look down to it and see a (Fave item) when we were kids. He smiled at me and I nodded, mom called me and soon enough we got to our flight to (Fave Country) we waved goodbye and heads to the gate. Guess this is gonna be a long flight.

Naruto's POV:

Dad parked the car in the garage, we walked out off the door, locked it and looked at dad. Dad sighed as he hugs me close patting my back. "Guess we'll see them in 3 years." he said as I simply nodded. We had dinner before we go back to the house, I went upstairs and head to my room. Once I was inside I closed the door and took a shower. After I have done my bathroom routine, I walked out of the bathroom and I changed into my orange pyjamas. I lay down on my bed and looked at the picture frame (Y/N) gave me from my birthday. A tear slowly escape my eyes and decided to sleep.

"Please, come back and never leave me again."
