Naruto's POV:

I groan a little as I wake up from my sleep, my body feels heavy and my head starts to hurt like real bad. I got up and make my way downstairs until I was stopped by someone holding my wrist, I turn around to see my big brother with a worried look on his face. I simply smiled and tried to hide the pain that I was feeling. "Ohayo (Y/N)-nii." I simply said as he feels my forehead surprisingly I didn't flinched or kicked him in reflex. "You probably should lay down otouto, you have a fever you know." he said as calmly as possible. "But what about school? I can manage to-" I was cut by my brother looking straight at my azure eyes with his (E/C) orbs furiously, disobeying his request. "Naruto.Bed.Now!" he said as I didn't even protest, it was the first time I heard my big brother called me by my first name, I just sighed and quickly went to my bed while my big brother followed me.

I lay down on my bed and he tucks me in, he sighed as he looks at me again. "Stay there otouto." he simply said as he walked out of the room. It then hit me, when did I get sick all of a sudden? As I try to remember, I didn't even noticed that my eyes were closing and eventually falling asleep.

~Flashback~

Me and (Y/N) were at school listening to Iruka-sensei in Math class, its our last class before Homeroom and boy it sure is boring when Math class starts. I look at my friends listening carefully at the lesson, while I looked at my big brother not giving a damn about the lesson, probably he already know this stuff. I yawned and I slowly close my eyes, but before it closes it went back up when Iruka-sensei called (Y/N)'s name. "(Y/N), since you're not with us at the moment much as like Naruto, can you please head to the board and answer this equation." I look up and sees (Y/N) walk to the board, surely not even 5 minutes he already answered it and Iruka-sensei's jaw was dropped as he saw he was correct. "Is that all sensei?" (Y/N) asked as Iruka-sensei nodded and instructed him to go back to his seat. 'That's what you get Iruka-sensei.' I thought as I close my eyes again.

~Timeskip after class~

I was in my shoe locker changing up my shoes, I decided to wait (Y/N) but he has plans for today, I sighed and walks straight home. I looked up at the sky and sees it was a little gray. "Hope it doesn't rain today." I sighed and walked home. I can feel a slight drizzle forming, I walked a little faster but it isn't even close to my house. Shortly after the drizzle stopped and changed into what I assume rain, it was a heavy one and I started run this time, but its no use I was completely wet, my uniform was all wet even my shoes and bag, I groaned a bit. "Why didn't I brought an umbrella with me!" I yelled and at that moment the rain pouring down at me has stopped noticing two shadows. The first one was a shadow of an umbrella, the other shadow was none other that my (H/C)nette big brother (Y/N). "What are you doing in the middle of the rain?" he asked as I told him that I forgot to bring one with me today. He just sighed and gave me his umbrella and put on his hoodie. "But you'll catch a cold!" I protested but he pat my head and smiles. "Well, you do need it really bad." he said as he pointed at my wet clothes. I puffed my cheeks a bit and he chuckled and continued to walk home.

We reached our house and (Y/N) went inside to get some towels since mom and dad were still at work. He came back a few minutes later throwing me a towel as he was already drying up. I dry up as well and head inside. (Y/N) called me and I look at him. "Be sure to take a shower or you'll get sick." he said as I nodded and heads to my room, not really believing about (Y/N). I just changed into my pyjamas and plop down on my bed, falling asleep.

~End of Flashback~

I wake up suddenly and I remembered it, I didn't took that damn shower (Y/N) was talking about, guess he was right about that one. I sighed and heard my door opened, seeing (Y/N) with a tray on his hands, it has a bowl of ramen, sliced fruits, water, and a medicine. I flashed a smile and he smiled back, setting the tray in my lamp stand. (Y/N) picked the bowl up and decided to feed me, I didn't protest to it since I felt week at the moment. "Don't you have school today (Y/N)-nii?" I said a little confused as I eat. "Yeah, but I had to call in sick today. After all, no one was gonna take care of my otouto." he flashed a smile, a sweet and caring smile at me. Its been 3 years after he left and here he is taking care of his little brother, I'm so lucky that I have him as my big brother. After a couple more bites of the ramen, I sighed with content and starts to devour the fruits which they were really sweet. After a while I was patting my stomach feeling very content at what I ate, he handed me the medicine and water and I gulp it all down. (Y/N) fluff my pillow and I lay down on it, he walked out of my room with the tray and looked at me. "Rest up and get well otouto." he said as I nodded and falls asleep knowing he had left.

(Y/N)'s POV:

I walk down the stairs and heads to the kitchen, washing the dishes I used. After I wash the dishes, I went to the living room and lay down on the couch. "I did promise you that we'll spend some time Naruto." I said as I smile and falls asleep.

3rd Person's POV:

~Next Day~

Naruto was feeling a lot better since (Y/N) took great care of him that day and Naruto being him, decided to treat his big brother to some ramen after school. (Y/N) gladly accepted it and the two of them headed to their classes, looking forward to the day ahead.
