Naruto walks into the hokage office, he heard what happened. He wanted to say he couldn't believe what Kakashi did but that would be a lie. He may not like them but he doesn't want them dead. He sees the old man working on paperwork for once he is not complaining. 

"Naruto, how working with Anko?" The third asked.

"Good, she gave me the training I needed." Naruto answered. "She even let me sign the snake contract."

"Really?" 

"Yeah, no offense to your student but I work with one pervert and we saw how that ended." Naruto said he remembered meeting the self proclaimed super pervert and knew by heart that he was gonna get screwed. And he was right, all the asshole wanted just to peep on girls, who just wanted to relax and unwind. Plus he tried to force him to use the kyuubi Chakra when Naruto was uncomfortable with it. "I really don't think that man should be a ninja."

"Naruto, he is a Sannin."

"So, that doesn't give him the right to peep at women who are just trying to relax. Gramp, did you know everytime he comes every woman avoids the bath houses until he leaves. If they do go they ask an ANBU to be a look out." Naruto said. 

Now the hokage is very concerned when hearing that. "Alright, I'll tell Jiraiya he is forbidden from going to any bathhouse and peeping at any women. If he breaks that rule then he will be punished and banned from this village."

"What stops him from going to the council?" Naruto muttered but the third heard him. "Gramp, I'm sorry I didn't mean-"

"Don't apologize for telling the truth. Naruto, honestly, what do you think of this situation."

"Honest opinion." He gets a nod. "Gramp before we start I want you to look at the D-rank mission right there."

"Painting the fence."

"Do you think that's a mission?" Naruto asked.

"Naruto, I explained that to you before."

"Gramps, I didn't ask you to explain. I asked you, ''Do you think that's a mission in your own opinion. I don't want the hokage answer. I want your answer."

The third thought about it, he thought really hard. "No."

"Walking the dog?"

"No."

"Babysitting?"

"No."

"Fixing a roof?"

"No."

"Looking for the remote?"

"No." The third is starting to see the pattern.

"Getting a cat off the tree?"

"No."

"How about doing laundry?"

"No."

"You start seeing the pattern but tell me why are we doing these missions? Who assigned them?"

"The council assigned the missions." That's when he realized.

"No offense old man, but your teacher, the 2nd hokage made a huge mistake giving them some power. Gramps, this village used to be the strongest village in history. But when the council took over and made some changes and to be honest old man they fucked us over. They did it with the academy by those boring ass lessons. Please tell me how the fuck is learing about who are the name of the hokage gonna help us in fighting the enemies. And there the test for fuck sake man really transformation, replacement and a clone jutsu is all it take to pass. Then buddy you might as well get a fucking toddler to be a ninja. Then I found out that wasn't the real test. Then what the fuck was point old man. If that is the case why make that damn test anyway if our Jonin sensei was gonna give us the real one. They could have given us real training, real lessons, they could have prepared us for the out there. When we took our test, did you hear that Sakura was taken out by a genjutsu. Reason I know is because I overheard her complaining to ino. She would have known what that genjutsu was if we learned about that shit in the academy. Gramps your council are weakening us. They're making us arrogant and it's gonna be our downfall. I refuse to believe whatever bulllshit excuse they're saying. Gramp I think they've been playing you for years for kami sake man, they went behind you because of that one eyed dick. Gramps you need do something about them because you Bending over and letting them fuck you. It cost as much as I hate to say this. Trust me I really hate to say this, they cost you the last Uchiha. They did that behind your back because to them they are in charge of you just the puppet, figure head. You need to have your fire back man before they suck it all out." Naruto said. The third is there thinking what Naruto has said. 

"Naruto, am I a bad hokage?"

"No, you're just an old man. People may see me saying that thinking I'm disrespecting you but I'm not. I'm just reminding them that not only you're the hokage but an old man who is under pressure and being taken advantage of. That's why I wanted to be a hokage. To take this burden off you but now you need to show these assholes that you're In charge." He said then left

Timeskip 

The third entered the councilroom. After a lot of thinking, Naruto is right, time for changes. He listens to the whining of the councilmen and women whining on how they lost the last Uchiha even though it's their fault.

"SHUT THE FUCK UP." He shouted, releasing his ki, shutting them up. "For time and time again, I've been doing nothing listening to you whine and hitch everyday. Because of that the village had been nothing but suffering. You did nothing but weaken the village: lowering the education of the academy, making these stupid ass D-rank missions, and last, not least going behind my back by having team 7 re-enter the exams. They died because of you idiots. I don't know who the hell you people think you are. I took them out for a reason because Kakashi was being a lazy little shit that didn't train his team. He almost got them killed in a mission beyond them and that one eyed bastard didn't bother calling for backup or force them to return. I wasn't gonna give him a team but you whining little bitches wouldn't have it. Well guess your precious Uchiha died because of you and him. This is the last straw. ANBU arrested them and get them out of my sight." The third said

"I don't th-" Danzo said but got hit in the head by a kanui from hiruzen.

"Now get these pieces of filth out of my office and tomorrow we'll execute the following members who vote for the re-entering." He said coldly. 

At the tower

"You know I'm proud of you gramps." Naruto said.

"Thank you, my boy. I see you copying anko outfit." He said. Naruto is wearing a chain net shirt, ANBU pants, black sandal and light brown trench coat.

"Thanks, sensei got this for me. Thank kami I don't have to wear orange anymore." Naruto said, happy that he can get rid of that eye sore. "She also taught me some torture techniques of hers."

"I can tell since I heard what you did with Kakashi." 

"Hey he deserves it for trying to blame me for what happened. He even calls me trash. Can you believe that calling me trash. He deserves those snakes biting his balls." Naruto said, arm crossed. The door burst open and out came Jiraiya.

"Sensei, what the hell I almost got arrested at the bath house." Said the toad sage.

"Jiraiya, I warn you before I have enough complaints about you. For kami sake my ninjas were asked to look out for you. Do you know how embarrassing that sounds? My civilians want a ninja to look out for one of their own."

"But what about my books?" Jiraiya whines.

"Who cares about your smutty ass books." Naruto said, rolling his eyes.

"Be quiet, you traitorous little shit." Jiraiya said, he gets a kyuubi glare from Naruto.

"Watch what you say to my ninjas or I have your ass in with ibiki." The third snarled.

"But he-"

"For fuck sake Jiraiya grow up not everyone enjoy that book." The third said,

"Well obviously the kid hasn't read it." Jiraiya said, he then pushed the book to Naruto's face. Making him read.

"Jiraiya, you did not need to do that." Sarutobi said in disappointment.

"Just you wait old man the kid will lov-"

"Uh, gramps, what's your wife's name?"

"Biwako, why?" Naruto hands him the book. Sarutobi read it then his face hardened and released a massive amount of ki. "Jiraiya...why is my wife's name in your book?"

"Oooh you done fucked up now." Naruto said to pale white Jiraiya.

"Now sensei let's not do anything drastic." Jiraiya said, backing up.

"Jiraiya, Get the fuck out now." Hiruzen said, taking off his hokage hat. Jiraiya high tail outta there with the hokage on his trail.
