Shikamaru knows he is in trouble when walk in he feels the bloodlust in the room. He sees a pissed off Naruto sitting behind his desk.

Naruto was at his limits with the lazy Nara. He wonder how the fuck he became chunin, hell how he became a ninja. He was the most lazy motherfucker he had ever met. For kami sake he gave up on a fight  at the chunin exam.

"Shikamaru, I'm gonna ask you a question. This question will determine your life. Because if you don't answer or if I don't like the answer you give me. I'm gonna kill you, I'm gonna beat the hell outta you then take temari fan and shove up your ass. I gonna shove so far it will come out your mouth then I will burn your fucking body." Shikamaru looks really scared right now. "So shika, tell me why the FUCK YOU KEEP POPPING MY FUCKING CLONES." 

"Naruto, the hokage job-"

"I didn't ask you what my fucking job is. I know what the fuck my job is. I ask why do you keep popping my clones 28 times." Naruto said,

Shikamaru was silent. "Don't make me go through with my threat Jonin." He growled.

"I thought you were lazing around." Shikamaru said, trying not to shit himself.

"Shikamaru Nara." Naruto starts coldly. "You must alot balls to say that to me when you yourself had been caught sleeping in the office. Yeah my secretary told me everything. I can do my fucking jon and take care my family. But it seem I can't because of certain lazy shadow fucking prick decided keep popping my damn clones. Then he made some lame ass excuse. I wonder how the hell to make chunin back then, no wait how the fuck you even made a ninja. Sometime I wonder the fuck was I thinking of making you my adivsior. For Kami you should have been promoted."

"I prove myself helping at the trou-" he grabbed by the throat and was choked by Naruto.

"Don't. Say. That. Fucking. Word. Again. Understand" Naruto gritted teeth. "NOD!" Shikamaru quickly nodded. Naruto let him go. "Prove yourself say, Shikamaru the only thing you prove that lazy fucking prick. You quit your fucking match before finished it." 

"It tro" seen the glare "it was drag to fight a girl."

"Nara, one: knock that sexist bullshit out of your head before I knock for you. Two: I don't care if it a girl, boy, kid, adult or a fucking dog. You fight until you can't, you fight until your comrades are safe. What do you think is gonna happen after you give up you think they're gonna let go? No, they're gonna make you watch as they kill choji, force themselves on Ino and get whatever information off of you then end your ass. That is what they will do and it will be your fault because you gave up."

"I was low on chakra."

"Bullshit, I had Hinata look at you real quick and you were fine. You barely use any chakra. And while we were talking about the chunin exam. Boy you don't how much it pissed me off that you fake being affected by that genjutsu."

"I wanted to sleep."

"During a FUCKING INVASION. You want to sleep while ENEMY NINJA ARE RUNNING AROUND TRYING TO KILL OUR FRIEND AND FAMILIES. Maybe Pakun shouldn't wake your ass up. He should have let you lay there and die when a sound nin might slit your fucking throat. Sleeping on a attack is so fucking worse than showing up late to one." Naruto ranted. "Kami, I should fire your ass right now."

"Like I care." He muttered but flinched when he saw the glare.

"Oh so won't care if I fired you. Then how about up the level a bit. Not only I fired you as my adviser but also as my ninja. Hell, maybe I should ban all Nara from becoming ninja. Since it is too much work for ya." Naruto said. Shikamaru's eyes grew wide and skin turned white. 

"Naruto you can't." He pleaded

"Why the hell not." Naruto took out a paper. "All I need to do is get the only clan heads to sign it."

"They won't"

"How would you know?"

"Because they need us." Shikamaru said, knowing they won't sign.

"You sound like the prick but let me tell you something I'm not the only one who annoyed with your fucking attitude. Half of this fucking village are annoyed with your clan fucking lazy attiude. No one can have a fucking conversation with you without looking like you'll fall asleep. For fuck sake man you try to sleep in during an invasion. Do you have any idea how fucked up that looked. And there the clone popping you may think it's nothing but to the ANBU you were trying to assault The Hokage."

"Naruto, you know that is not what I am trying to do." Shikamaru said.

"Then tell me Shikamaru what were you trying to do? Since you haven't answered my question." Naruto said.

"I was trying to make you do your job, Naruto. You can't have clones do your work. Besides, you don't know what paper that they sign will hurt the village." Shikamaru said, trying to make him see the reason.

"Oh you mean the paperwork to have the train look at it." Naruto said casually.

"Yes that...wait how do you know...shadow clones can transfer their memories to you." Shikamaru said, knowing he fucked up.

"Wow, it took that long to figure that shit out. Huh, how the fuck have people calling you smart when your this fucking lazy. I never know, Shikamaru give me one good reason why I shouldn't give in to my threat to ban your clan from becoming ninja. Don't even pull that friend card bullshit on me."

"Look Naruto, I fucked up badly. You're right I let my lazy attitude take things too far. But please don't punished my clan for my stupid actions. Punish me, take away status, send me to jail but please take it out on my family." Shikamaru begged, all the laziness replaced with fear. Naruto thought for a bit.

"Alright, I give a chance fucked it up and you're done. For now on, all that lazy bullshit is done and over in this office. You leave that shit at home so your wife can deal with it. Because I'm done dealing with your and everyone bullshit. I became Hokage to change the village and that's what I'm gonna do. So either change and clean up your fucking act or take off your headband and get the hell out of my office because I don't need a lazy asshole in my office. I don't need that, my secretary doesn't need that, hell this village doesn't need that. The only time your serious is when the village is in trouble but the rest of the time you just a lazy asshole more lazy than my fucking sensei and Kakashi was Hokage. So either shape up or get the fuck out." Naruto said.

"I'll shape up, I promise Naruto." Shikamaru said.

"Alright, now get out and next time you pop another clone you better prepare for hell of a beating Red Habanero style." Naruto threatens. Shikamaru gulp then leaves.
