(Y/n) POV

A starry night I was sitting at the edge of rock near a beautiful lake in the middle of the forest. I was just thinking about how my life was until now. Lots of things have happened the past three months and I still can't think straight after that. 

Flashback - three months ago

It was one of those nights that I had one of those fights with my parents about my marriage. My parents were forcing me to marry someone I didn't want to. 

We are a wealthy family and in order to expand our money and power I have to marry someone unknown to me for the good of the family. The whole problem is that I don't want to get married. I don't care if the rules say the opposite and what my family thinks. I just want to live my life and not a made one.

My mother told me that she was feeling the same when she married my father, but it's not the same. I am not like her. It's different!

As I said after my fight with my parents I decided to go to the forest in the middle of the night. I don't know why, but this place relaxes me a lot.

That day, while I was sitting alone, I heard a noise coming from behind me. I didn't turn to see who it was. I continued looking at the starry sky. I could feel the figure coming near me, but still, I didn't turn back.

-"Who are you and what are you doing here?" the figure asked me. 

From the voice, I could recognize that he was a man.

-"Who are you and what are you doing here?" I asked him back. 

-"I asked you first." he said, a bit annoyed.

-"Yes, but I came here first. " I answered back, making him sighed.

-"I am Indra, Otsutsuki Indra. What about you?"

-"(Y/n) (L/n)." 

I still hadn't turned back to face him, but I don't care that much. If he wanted to hurt me he would have done so already.

-"What a beautiful name that you have (Y/n)."

-"Thanks," I said and smiled a little.  

He made me smile! After all these days with constant fighting with my family, someone finally made me smile! 

-"(Y/n)?" 

-" Yes?" I replied still having my back turned at him

-"What brings you here at that time of the night? "

-"What kind of question is that? I just wanted a place to calm down that's all, plus it's not that late after all." I answered calmly.

-"Well for a beautiful and young lady like you it is late."

-"Did you just say that I'm weak? That I can't protect myself? What's wrong with people anyway? Why does everyone think that I'm weak? Do I look like one?" 

I was angry for no reason when I said all that. So, I turned around to face him with an angry look. But when I looked at him my angry look turned to an amazed one, He was handsome. Handsome. Long brown hair and brown eyes, white clothes, and a beautiful face that look tempting under the moonlight. He looked like an angel.

What I'm thinking? He is a stranger. He is another idiot that thinks that I'm weak.

-"I don't think that you are weak I think the exact opposite. You are strong, but you never know what will happen. I'm not afraid of you. I'm afraid of the one that will hurt you." he said calmly. 

-"What? " I asked him, confused.

-"Nothing...  Just forget it."

-"Sure." I said and turned my back at him again, facing now the glowing lake.

-"You are not afraid of me? "he asked me suddenly. 

-"To be afraid about what? "

-"As I said before I'm not afraid about you, but about the one that will hurt you. Do you not think that I'll do something to you?"

-"No." I answered straight away.

-"Why? "

-"Because if you wanted to hurt me you would have already done it." 

-"You are smart." he replied and I could feel him smirking. 

I didn't reply. I stayed silent and after a little, he came near me.

-"Can I?" he asked and showed the seat beside me.

-"Sure." I said and he sat next to me.

End of Flashback 

The days passed and I was meeting him more often. We were talking about our families and how mean they are to us. We were talking about our future, about how we want our life to be, but we know it can't.

The thing that I forgot to mention is that Indra it's not a usual boy. He comes from the Otsutsuki family, the strongest family in the area after us. His family is known for their good kept secret. That they are the red-eyed vampires. The strongest of their kind. So he is a Vampire too.

When I learned it he asked me why I'm not shocked about it, but the truth is that I already knew about vampires and werewolves more than anyone. My best friend was a werewolf, and I say was, because she died a year ago in a fight among some families.

I'm not afraid of them because my family had a past with vampires too, so I know that they are not all bad or strange. They are just different from the others.

Those three months now I started feeling better with him and the same goes for him.

I love him. 

And he does the same. 

-"Sorry I'm late (Y/n)." I heard a familiar voice coming from behind me.

-"You are not late Indra. You came at the right time. " I said and smiled brightly at him. 

He came and sat next to me with his right arm around my shoulders.

-"The sky is beautiful today (Y/n), isn't it? "

-"Yes, it is Indra."

We stayed there hanging under the starry night leaving behind us what bothered us.

Now it's just me and Indra. 

That's what makes me happy for now.

Kissing him.

Loving him.

Being with him.
