(Y/n)'s POV

I started waking up, due to the morning sun hitting my face. I stretched a little my body and stood up yawning. I took some clothes and went in the small bathroom that my room has, so I could change.

When I was ready I started walking down to the kitchen to prepare breakfast for me and Indra. It's been 5 days since I treated his wound and made him stay in my house. He could have left by now, if he hadn't tried to leave in secret making his wound open again. Sometimes I think that he is an idiot.

I sighed and finished preparing the breakfast and started walking for his room. I hope he is in it and didn't go out again.

-"Good morning (Y/n)." my little brother said to me as he was going down the stairs.

-"Good morning bunny." I said smiling.

I love calling him bunny, because when he was a kid he was cute and fluffy like a bunny. Now he is 10 years old, but that nickname will never get old.

-"Are you going to Indra?" he asked me making me nod.
-"He isn't in his room."

I sighed and started walking for the garden. I am sure he is out training again. He is always training. That's another reason why his wound can't be fully treated.

I opened the garden door and found Indra holding a wooden sword and doing some training with it. I put the breakfast on a table and took a sword too. I went quietly near him and was ready to hit him on the head with it, but he dogded it.

-"I told you to stay on the bed." I told him angrily.

-"I got bored." he said pushing my sword back.

-"Why do you never hear me?" I asked him attacking him again.

-"I like teasing you." he said smirking as he dogded my attack.

-"Don't talk like you know me." I said mimicking his voice.

That made him a little angry and he attacked me again with more power. I dogded the first attacks, but one of them was strong enough to push me back and make me fall on the ground.

-"You lose." he said with his sword in front of my face.

-"Not yet." I said smirking.

He didn't have time to react, which gave me the opportunity to catch his leg and pull it making him fall on the ground. I took his sword and sat on top of him with the sword on his neck.

-"Don't underestimate me." I said smirking, looking in his eyes.

-"I don't." he said and placed his hand on my cheek.

I blushed a little and let my guard down. With fast moves he changed the roles. So now I was pinned on the ground with him on top as he was holding the sword at my neck.

-"Not fair." I said pouting.

-"You are easy to read." he said smirking.

-"I doubt that." I said placing my hand on his cheek.

He tensed a little waiting for a trick, but I never did something like that. I just pulled his face close to mine and kissed him. It was a small kiss, but it was enough to make him blush.

-"I think I am the winner." I said smirking.

-"That wasn't fair." he said still blushing.

-"You didn't stop me." I said looking in eyes.

-"I didn't want." he whispered, but I heard him.

Now it was my turn to blush. I am pretty sure he is teasing me like always. He is playing with me. He is playing with my feelings.

-"Idiot!" I shout and pushed him off me.

After that I stood up and started running away from him. I don't want to be near him. He always finds something to play with me and make me embarrassed. He finds a way to make me feel bad.

I hate him.... but I love him too.

Those past 5 days were enough for me to fall in love for him. It was enough to make me understand that he isn't as cold as he wants to be seen. It was enough to make me want to quit everything so I can be with him. But he only plays with me. He always do that. So it is useless trying.

Everything is useless!

-"Hey little girl."

Someone said and I froze in fear. I looked around me noticing that I was at the dangerous part of the forest. The place where all the thieves and bad guys stay and hide.

Dammit! I need help. I can't face him alone.... but Indra can.

-"Indra! HELP!" I shout hoping that he had followed me.

Please Indra, save me.

Indra's POV

Suddenly, (Y/n) pushed me calling me an 'Idiot' and started running away. Sometimes I don't understand her. We had a cute moment here expressing our feelings. Why did she ruin it?

-"Follow her." I heard her mother's voice and turned to look at her.

-"Why should I? She seems like she she wants some time alone." I said taking my sword and standing up.

-"You don't get it, do you?" she asked me and I looked at her confused.
-"She is in love with you."

I looked at her a little shocked, but soon frowned.

-"Then why did she push me?"

-"You are stuck at the wrong move. Think why she kissed you." she said smiling softly.

She kissed me, because she wanted to win. She kissed me, because she wanted to tease me. She kissed me, because she just felt doing it.

The look she had when she was ready to kiss me was pure love. A feeling that I never expected to feel or share with someone. After what had happened with the girl that betrayed me I thought that I would never be able to fall in love again, but I was wrong.

(Y/n) is different. It's what we call unique, and I love that unique character of hers. She may be childish and stubborn, but that's what it makes her unique. For a woman those characteristics are rare. But for her are something that she has from the time she was born. She is determined, clever, happy, strong, kind,... she is perfect in my eyes.

-"What are you waiting for?" her mother asked me making come back to the reality.
-"Go find her before someone else do."

-"Thank you." I told her before running away.

I have to thank her mother more later, but now I have to find (Y/n). I have to find her and tell her how I feel. I have to tell her the truth.

-"Wait for me (Y/n)."

I reached the forest that I am sure (Y/n) is in. She loves coming in the forest to pick up herds or to relax. It's a beautiful place, but right now it's dark and foggy. The dark sky is a signal that it will rain soon and that makes the forest looks scarier too.

I started running as I was trying to sense (Y/n). She doesn't have Chakra, but I have passed too much time with her and one of those times I gave her some of my Chakra secretly. It wasn't right, but right now it's very useful. It's the only way to find her.

-"INDRA! HELP!"

I heard (Y/n)'s voice and immediately stopped running. I turned my head at that direction and fear overwhelmed me. It is the dangerous part of the forest, that she has told me million times to stay away from.

What is she doing there?

-"Don't touch me!"

I heard her voice shout again, but more faintly. Without a second thought I started running at that part of the forest looking all the place for (Y/n). Then it started raining. I have to find her.

-"Try to shout again and I will kill you!"

I heard a man's voice say. That's when I awaken my Sharigan and started scanning the area. I found the man immediately holding (Y/n) by the neck pushing her on a tree with power. That's when I lost control of my anger and in fast moves I was right beside them. The man immediately sensed me and when he looked at me he left (Y/n) and took some steps back.

-"I am sorry. I didn't know she had company." the man said stuttering.

-"You hurt her. Death is the only option." I said getting close to him with dark aura surrounding me.

-"I will give you as much money as you want. Just leave me alone." the man said getting more and more afraid.

-"I don't need your money."

Those were my last words before I killed him. I killed him fast, because I didn't want (Y/n) to hear and see a sight like that. She is too pure for all that.

I went near her and sat in front of her. She had just started breathing normally and risen her head to look around for the man. But when her eyes met mine a feeling of relief came all over her making her to hug me.

-"Thank you." she mumble hugging me tighter.

-"It's ok." I said hugging her too as I was caressing her hair.
-"It is my job to protect you."

-"What do you mean?" she asked me confused as she looked in my eyes.

-"It's my duty to protect the one I love." I said placing my hand on her cheek.

-"Don't play with my feelings." she mumbled sadly.

-"I don't. I am saying the truth." I said serious.

-"Really?"

-"Really." I said and lean closer to her face.

I kissed her and she returned the kiss without a second thought, placing her hands around my neck. After a little we broke the kiss and looked in each other's eyes.

-"I love you." she said smiling sweetly.

-"I love you too." I said and kissed her again.

Such a beautiful moment. A kiss under the rain with the one I desire the most. I would never ask for something better than this. I would never change this moment. It's the most precious moment I had with her until now. However, I am planning to make more memories like this one.

The future is our now.
