(Y/n)'s POV

The sun was shinning brightly on top of the sky as the birds were singing. The adults were smiling and the kids were playing all around the village. Everything was peaceful and calm. Everything was perfect for a walk in the forest. Everything was perfect to gather some medical plants.

I am (Y/n) (L/n), a doctor or medical nin. Say it as you want, it's the same for me. I live in a small village that is surrounded by mountains full of beautiful medical plants and unique fruits. The village I live in is small, but still I love it since I have everything I need in it. I feel safe and free inside those mountains. And those feelings are enough to make me stay here forever.

-"Hello (Y/n)."

An old lady greeted me smiling making me wave and smile back as an answer. Every time I go out for a walk I greet almost everyone in the village. The village is small as I said, so everyone knows each other here, like a big family.

After some more walking I reached the forest. I started walking in it enjoying the birds signing and the animals walking past me.

It's such a beautiful day.

I reached the place I wanted and kneeled to pick up the plants I wanted. Those plants will help me treat many people back at home. A disease has taken over the village those days, so we need to fight it with everything we have got. I am one of the best doctors so I will do whatever I can.

While I was picking the plants I saw something red on them. I touched the red thing with my fingers and I brought it close to my nose to smell it. It smelled like blood. I quickly stood up and started scanning the area trying to find the animal or person that was injured. I didn't care if it was a bad guy or not. If someone needs help, I have to give it to him.

I saw more blood and started following it. It didn't took me much before I reached the person that was injured. He was sitting on the ground with his body leaning on a tree. He had dark brown long hair and a handsome face that now was full of sweat due to the pain and tiredness. He was breathing fast and had a white fabric on the wound, that was on his stomach, which had became red due to the blood.

I took some steps closer to him and kneeled in front of him. I had to see the wound so I could treat it right. I stretched my hand and was ready to pull the fabric off the wound when his other hand caught my wrist. That scared me a little, but I stayed still. I looked in his eyes, that were already looking at me with their red scary color.

-"Who are you and what do you want?" he asked me not letting go of my hand.

I need to win his trust so he can let me treat him.

-"I am (Y/n), a medical nin that live at a village a little away from here. I can help you." I said looking in his eyes.

-"Why should I trust you?" he asked me suspicious.

-"Because you have two options. One don't let me help you and die from blood loss. And second let me help you and see what I can do." I answered serious.

-"Don't let me die. I have many things to do." he said with a faint smirk as he let go of my hand.

-"I am a doctor for a reason." I said smirking.

I took the fabric from his wound and gave a small look at the wound. After that, I immediately stood up and went to take the herds that I needed and some water. I don't have time to go back to the village so I will tie it up with a piece of my clothes.

I returned after some seconds with what I needed. I made him lay on the ground and started treating his wound. He is lucky that he is still alive.

-"How did you get that wound?" I asked him to keep his attention off the pain.

-"A fight... Maybe a trap." he said as he was looking at the sky with empty eyes.

-"What trap? You don't seem like an idiot to fall in something like that." I commented, smirking.

-"I don't usually, but this time I thought it would be good to trust her, but I was wrong." he said angrily.

-"Calm down. It's bad for the wound." I said making him take a deep breath, calming down a little.
-"So you trusted him and he tried to kill you?"

-"Yes."

-"If you have friends like him you don't need enemies."

-"It was 'her'." he said correcting me.

-"A love interest? That must hurt." I said with a sad face.

-"Don't talk like you know me." he said annoyed.

-"I don't know you, but I know the feeling of betrayal." I said looking in his eyes serious.

-"How can a happy girl like you feel betrayed?" he asked me curious.

I rip a part of my long dress and started wrapping it around his wound carefully.

-"I smile, but that doesn't mean that it's real." I said finishing with his wound.
-"Finished."

After that I looked in his eyes and I saw him already looking in mine searching for something. Maybe a reason to lie to him or hurt him more, but I am sure that he found nothing.

-"Thank you, but I need to get going." he said and stood up with difficulty.

-"You can't. You need rest." I said standing up too.

-"I don't have time." he said passing from beside me.

I may be a girl, but I am a doctor too. And no one says no when a doctor, like me, says something about the other person's health.

-"You won't go anywhere!" I said stepping in his way.
-"You need rest and you will stay and rest!"

-"Why should I hear a little girl like you?" he asked me annoyed.

-"Because I just saved your life." 

He went to say something, but I put a piece of cloths in his mouth making him shut up. I caught his hand from the wrist and started dragging him with me.

-"You will stay in my house for three days!" I said as I continued walking.

-"Fine." he said and I could sense some amusement in his voice.

However, I didn't care right now about it. His health is more important. Even if it means I have to face his cold and sarcastic character for three days, I have to do it. A doctor will do anything for his patient.

I hope I am right...
