"So what do you think (Y/N)-chan? Hehe?" Naruto laughs awkwardly since you are only staring quietly at him with wide eyes. "...Say it again." "Will you marry me?" you squinted your eyes "again." "...Will you marry me?"..."once more." he sighs exasperatedly "What! Why? Look-its okay if you're not ready-just forget I-" "I'm not saying I don't want to... It's just are you sure you want to? I mean I'm not very lovey-dovey wife material thing, and besides Hinata is very wifey like-yeah! Hinata!" Naruto sweatdrops and sighs "you know, girlfriends dont usually tell their boyfriend to get married to someone else..." you blush embarrassed at the fact that you can't even accept his marraige proposal, then again your personality is very difficult. Its true you weren't the wifey type, you would much rather be out saving the world then committing and staying at home. You were rebellious with a very cold attitude yet a tsundere when it came to love, you always blamed Naruto for making you 'weak' and how could you fall for the most idiotic blonde? Not even yourself knew. All you knew was that you wanted him forever, yet you couldn't precisely tell him that...but you had to try. "Just forget I asked (Y/N), we have all the time in the world." you took in a deep breath and took his hand while he looked at you questioningly. "Okay. We can get married." "Really?" Naruto grinned and you nodded with a red face. Naruto chuckled knowing it was hard for you to admit that, he embraced you and kissed your forehead, "you won't regret it (Y/N)." 'I hope so' you thought.

Years have passed and you were currently putting your two children to bed. You sigh as you see them fall asleep peacefully, you on the other hand have to wait til Naruto comes home, you believed that you weren't spending much time with him and you were scared that he might leave you for it. Though it wasn't really your fault for the distance between you guys, he always had Hokage stuff to do and once in a while you would go out on missions. You plomped down on the couch and prepare yourself to stay awake til your husband gets home. "I really wanna sleep though..."

And with that you woke up the next morning, you jumped up awake hoping you didn't miss the chance to see Naruto. You race through the house and he seems to be nowhere in sight until the door opens and he comes in with a small smile. "(Y/N)." you hug him as he stays shocked but hugs back slowly. "You stayed in the office all night again. Please come home, at least to greet your wife and kids." "Y-yeah, sorry (Y/N), I promise!" he flashes his signature smile, you blush and enjoy the feeling of being in his arms. "I came here to freshen up, I have to go back though. I'll be home when i can." you frown a bit but nod in understanding, "Alright, ill make you some breakfast to take."

It was once again late and you were waiting again. "Does he really have that much?" Gathering a small snack you make way to the Hokage tower and see Shikamaru at Naruto's desk. "Eh, (Y/N)? What's up?" "...um where's Naruto?" "He went home a while ago, Im finishing up his paper work..." "well thanks anyway, maybe i missed him on the way here." He nods as you make your way out. As you walk down the quiet streets of Konoha you caught a glimpse of really bright orange along with a timid Hinata. "How nice of him to walk her this late...wait why is she even out this late!?" you whisper-yell. You didn't mean to be paranoid but come on Hinata would never be out this late without her husband Kiba. You followed quietly behind making sure not to be noticed. Each step you guys entered more into the forest the more your heart broke, Naruto had begun intertwining hands with her. And when you turn around a tree your suspicions are confirmed, there was Naruto and Hinata embracing and sharing a kiss. "You won't regret it (Y/N)" tears stream your face as you remember his smile along with those words he had lied to you with when he proposed. You quietly leave the scene unoticed, you still had your anbu skills after all these years. Arriving home you pack a quick bag and head over to the kids' room. You try picking one of your kids up and accidently waking them. "Mommy, whats going on?" you fight the urge to break down infront of them. "W-we have to go quickly okay? I'll explain when you wake up tomorrow sweetie." you pick your child up and make a clone for the other sibling. You stealthy make your way out of the Konoha gates and look back with hate. "No, you will regret this Naruto Uzumaki." and with that you leave Konoha.
