"You never know (Y/N), love is unexpected." You shake your head while stuffing your mouth with the cookies you brought for lunch. "Nah, I'm never gonna fall in love." "Be careful what you say, you might regret it." Your friend Sai says then he gives you a look. "You are already fat enough, stop feeding yourself." You sweat drop at his comment but continue eating none the less. That's until the bell rang, you and Sai had the same class.

In class you were falling asleep, class was so boring. You jerked awake to the sound of a loud smack from the door only to see the most beautiful boy ever. Blonde hair that stood out, accompanied by his deep ocean blue eyes with a whiskery face; he just couldn't get more perfect. "Oh class, this is our new student, introduce yourself." "Yo, the names Naruto Uzumaki!" With that he took the seat next to you causing you to look down suddenly finding your work very interesting. "Pst." You look up and he grins at you causing you to blush, this must have looked really surprising to people since they've never seen you blush for a guy. "What's your name?" "(Y/N)..." "Pretty." He simply says as he shifts his focus to the teacher. 'I hate you Sai' you think as you stare at the desk for the rest of the class.

It had been a few months since Naruto came and at this point you were depressed. "You were right Sai..." You say while staring at the sky laying your head on his lap. "I always am." "It freakin hurts, I don't get it." You were hurt because Naruto acted like he liked you ever since the moment he came but yesterday when you were about to ask him out he declared his love to Sakura infront of the whole class. You were devastated and decided not to tell him your feelings thinking it'd just be a bother. "Why don't you just tell him and stop whining to me." Sai says irritatedly which causes you to look down sadly. You knew Sai liked you as well, but you couldn't possibly like him in that way, he was like the brother you never had. "You're right, ahh I gotta go, I need to eat more." He nods and proceeds to sketch while you head your way over to the vending machine in the main hall. Walking there you see Naruto talking with Sasuke, you didn't want to seem like a stalker but you listened anyway while hiding.

"You can't like Sakura you dobe. She's mine." "Damnit Sasuke, I already told you I don't like her! I just said it to make myself feel better, you know..." Sasuke shakes his head "you don't even know for sure." "I saw them together at lunch!!! I know they're going out." "Why don't you just ask (Y/N). She'll tell you the truth." Naruto rose a brow while Sasuke pointed towards you, he turns to see you with your arms crossed tapping your foot. "(Y/N)!!!?" You grab his cheek pinching it hard, "you dumbass! You're meaning to tell me you assumed all that by yourself without my saying!" He rubs his sore cheek nodding his head then suddenly embracing you. "Then if it's not true, please go out with me! I love you!" You blush furiously but grab his hand intertwining your fingers with his. "F-fine, only because I don't want to feel miserable." Naruto kisses your cheek while grinning and pulls out a cookie making you're eyes sparkle. "I'll bring you food everyday." He says teasingly and is taken aback as you kiss him fully. "I love you." You say as you take your cookie walking away. Naruto follows behind in a daze "I'm totally bringing food everyday."
