Explaination

At the end of the 4th great ninja war, was naruto's 17th birthday, so kakashi was definitely 31.

Naruto got married at 19/20, so around that time and just during the last movie, kakashi was 34.

And boruto starts when boruto is 12, so naruto is like 32+ and kakashi is 46+
