Preference: You make him cry

Caspian

You told him you were moving.

Caspian's biggest fear was losing you. You had been his first love since the Pevensies left and he had depended on you for everything. The thought of not being with you everyday was terrifying.

You weren't actually moving. You had wanted to prank Caspian into thinking that your father was needed in a far away kingdom, one so far away he would be taking his family. You hadn't intended for Caspian to believe you as much as he did.

You were standing outside his chambers, building up the courage to knock. You knew that this was mean, but it was only for fun. You didn't know how much Caspian depended on you.

You knocked on the door, knowing Caspian was in his room, eating lunch. A few moments later you heard the sound of a chair moving against the stone floors and silverware.

"Y/N!" Caspian said as he opened the door, smiling. You gave him a half smile, pretending that you weren't the happiest.

"Hi." You replied."Can I come in?" Caspian's smile became smaller as he gestured you in, sensing your serious demeanor.

"What's wrong?" He asked, grabbing your hands. You fake grimaced and took your hands away from his, turning your back so that he couldn't see you smiling.

"There's something I need to tell you." You announced. Hopefully it didn't sound like you were trying to suppress a smile.

"What's going on- what's happened?" Caspian asked, worried. He tried to keep the bad thoughts at bay, but it wasn't working.

"My father," you started."He has been requested urgently in a far off kingdom." You paused, trying to fake-play-this-off correctly."We have to go with him." You finished. You turned back to Caspian, wanting to see if he believed you.

Normally, it would take a lot more to make the young king cry, but as the words left your mouth, the tears left his eyes. He opened his mouth, but couldn't find the words. You gasped. You hadn't known he would be this upset. You wouldn't have done this had you seen the outcome.

"Oh my gosh, Cas," you said, running back over to him. You didn't think he would be that sad. You cupped his face in your small hands, wiping away his tears." I was just joking." You assured." It was just a prank, I'm not going anywhere. Please don't be mad at me." You were almost in tears thinking about the possibility of Caspian not wanting to see you.

Caspian surged forward and connected your lips." Don't ever do that, anything like that, ever again." He mumbled after you parted.

"Yes, sire." You said playfully.

Peter

You yelled at him.

You were usually very quiet and calm. If you felt at all worked up or upset, you would always remove yourself from the conversation and cool down. People could always rely on you to be collected in every situation.

Sometimes, however, there just isn't an escape from the reason you were irritated. Peter was being exceptionally whiny, and had been bugging you all day. You had been in a bad mood all day and tried remove yourself from those things that irritated you. You had excused yourself from any meeting or functions you were supposed to attend. You decided staying away from everyone was the best idea.

Peter, however, was following you like a 3 o'clock shadow.

He isn't trying to annoy you, you assured yourself. He's just being extra clingy today. But today was the worst day to be clingy.

"Y/NNNNNN." Peter drew out your name from his place on your couch, upside down. You had retreated to your spacious living quarters for some alone time, but Peter had come with you."We can have alone time together, Y/N." He had said. You were regretting agreeing to this.

"Yes?" You replied. You were engrossed in your favorite book and weren't really paying any attention to Peter.

"Why are you in a bad mood today?" You wondered how a guy with two sisters would think that it's a good idea to ask that. You set down your book, trying to stay calm.

"Why are you so clingy today?" You rebutled. Peter scowled.

"I'm not clingy." You had had enough.

"Yes! Yes, you are, Peter! I know that I'm in a bad mood, so I tried to distance myself from everyone." You stood up, pacing around the room."You, however, wouldn't leave me alone. You kept following me and kept following me and kept following me."You snapped. Peter stared at you like you had just kicked a puppy. But you weren't done. "Oh, and the worst thing. You walk the castle with a bad attitude half the time, while everyone expects me to be happy and nice all of the freaking time! I'm sick of it!" You were tempted to kick something, but didn't.

Peter looked mortified. He had never seen you so upset. He had never had anyone blow up on him as you did, for that matter. To be honest, it scared him. He depended on you being his rock and had never thought of how much of a toll it must be on you. He was suddenly very upset, maybe even angry, with himself and how much he had unknowingly pressured you. He felt a tear fall down his cheek, but he quickly wiped it away, trying to play it off. It didn't work. Many more fell, pin-drop silence spreading throughout the well lit room.

You turned back to Peter, running a hand over your hair. You paused, trying to comprehend what you saw. The Magnificent almost never cried, from what his siblings said, and it hurt to know that you were most definitely the reason.

"Oh gosh, Pete." You said, walking back to the couch where Peter was now sitting up, face in his hands. You kneeled down on the floor next to him and removed his hands, trying to get him to look at you. Though his eyes were red, it made the blue stand out more. You grabbed Peter's hands in yours, clutching them tightly.

"I'm sorry for yelling at you like that." You leaned your forehead against his. His eyes bore into yours, making you feel even more guilty."I just need to get it off my chest. I'm sorry I took it out on you. You did nothing wrong and I acted like an absolute knob." Peter smiled at that.

"Y/N, it's fine." He sniffled."I put too much pressure on you to be perfect all of the time. I know that you're human now."

"Now?"

"I sometimes forget."He admitted. "You are so incredible and the things you do are amazing. It seems like you have magical powers, sometimes." He chuckled. You blushed, smiling.

"I love you."

"I love you more."

"Not possible."

Edmund

You told him about your insecurities.

Edmund knew that you used to be extremely self conscious but he thought that you had more confidence now. He didn't realize that everytime you looked in the mirror you made it a game, of sorts, to find things you didn't like about yourself.

One day he came into your shared bedroom, only to see you, his wife, standing in front of the mirror in a bra and underwear. He was, needless to say, very confused.

"Y/N? What are you doing?" He asked, walking up behind you. Your face was scrunched up in disgust.

"Picking out the things I don't like about myself." You said honestly. Edmund's brows furrowed.

"You must be bored, then." He said, trying to lift your spirits.

"Why?"

"Because. You haven't a single flaw on your entire being." He wrapped an arm around your waist. You looked confused.

"Why are you lying to me?" You asked him.

"Y/N," He chuckled."Why would I ever lie to you?"

You then proceeded to pour your heart out to him. You told him everything you didn't like about yourself and why. The way you talked about yourself broke Edmund heart. It killed him to think that while he was under the assumption that you were happy, you were ridiculing yourself in every mirror.

By the end of your speech, Edmund was almost at the breaking point. His heart ached and his eyes were brimming with tears. Your's were as well, but you had learned how to hold tears back.

"Y/N," He choked out, the first tear falling."Why didn't you tell me these things sooner?" He got in between you and the mirror. Bloody mirror. He wanted to smash it.

You leaned into Edmund's body, resting your head on his chest."I'm sorry." You sighed. Edmund pulled you to an arms length and shook his head.

"No. No, you don't have anything to be sorry about, love. Don't say you're sorry." He wiped away a tear from both of your cheeks." You are beautiful. I love you. That's all that matters, alright?" He brushed his thumb across your chin.

"I love you too."
