3. Narnia
Lucy stared glumly out the window as the rain came pouring down. She sat on the window seat in the library, clutching a teddy bear.
"Gastro-vascular...... Come on, Peter, gastro-vascular," Susan asked Peter. Edmund glanced at her from his position on the floor, head halfway underneath a chair, before returning to carving something on the seat frame with a swiss army knife. Elizabeth sat on the floor next to him.
"Is it Latin?" Peter sighed, shaking his head and turning to look at her. He was getting extremely bored by the minute and Susan wasn't helping one bit.
"Yes," Susan said, looking back down at the book.
"Is it Latin for, 'worse game ever invented'?" Edmund smirked, sitting up. Elizabeth laughed while Peter smiled at him before looking at Susan. Nice one, Ed! Elizabeth nudged him playfully.
Susan slammed the dictionary that she had in her hand shut. An annoyed expression on her face.
"We can play hide and seek?" Lucy suggested, quickly coming down from the window seat to stand next to Peter, trying to avoid her brothers and sisters getting into an argument.
"But we're already having so much fun." Peter said, glancing at Susan who just made a face at him. Elizabeth giggled at the note of sarcasm in his voice.
"Please, Peter! Please!" Lucy shook Peter's hand before trying her famous puppy-eyes. "Please?"
Peter sighed before slowly smiling. "One, two, three, four..."
"What?!" Edmund protested as Elizabeth grabbed his hand and dragged him up. He set down his Swiss army knife down on the coffee table before running after Elizabeth.
You've got to be joking, are we seriously going to play this game? Edmund looked at his sister. Well, it was either that or that boring word game Susan invented. Elizabeth smirked. True. If it comes to those two choices, I suppose hide and seek is better. Edmund sighed.
They split up, Elizabeth running into her room.
Edmund ran to a long curtain and shoved Lucy who also was heading for the same spot.
"I was here first!" Edmund frowned at her. She made a face at him and ran off, trying one door then another.
This door opened up into an empty room with something that was covered with a dust sheet at the far end of the room.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Lucy took hold of the dust sheet and pulled it away revealing a very ornate wardrobe.
Taking hold of the handle, she opened it resulting in a few mothballs rolling out. Looking inside she smiled before stepping in. Peter won't find me here.
Lucy left the door slightly open since she remembered that closing wardrobe doors fully was never a good idea.
Smiling, Lucy felt her way to the back of the wardrobe, but the wardrobe seemed to be bigger then it looks.
This is odd, the wardrobe can't be that big.
Her hand suddenly brushed against something cold and prickly. She jumped and slowly turned around gasping at what she saw.
A forest lay before her covered in snow.
Wow.. Where am I? What is this place? Lucy thought as she looked around, her face a picture of awe.
She walked around taking it all in.
She walked up to a lamppost and touched the post when she heard a noise coming from the trees.
She gripped the post and looked around, terrified.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A figure appeared and they both screamed, Lucy hiding behind the lamppost and the stranger dropping his thinks and hiding behind a tree.
Lucy's curiosity got the best of her and she peeked round the lamppost. The stranger stuck his head out and whipped it back behind the tree.
Lucy slowly made her way over and picked up one of the dropped parcels.
The stranger, slowly came out from behind the tree.
Lucy looked confused as she saw the stranger's hooves.
"Were you hiding from me?" Lucy asked slowly, holding the parcel in front of her, offering it back to the stranger.
"Umm... No, I just... didn't want to frighten you," He said, taking the parcel and started to pick the others.
"If you don't mind me asking... what are you?" Lucy asked.
"Well, I'm a faun." The faun said, "and you must be some kind of dwarf?"
"I'm not a dwarf! I'm a girl!" Lucy looked slightly offended, "In fact, I'm the tallest in my class."

All right, then... IT'S BEEN AGES!!!! I am so sorry!!! I've had this chapter in my drafts for a while, and I decided to end it where it is because I didn't want to go to much into what Lucy did because, I mean, we all know what happens! XD
But anyway, I'm so sorry for the long wait, and well.... to be honest, I don't know when the next chapter will come...
