On the way to home , Manik was very silent. Nandini saw that he was silent.
Nandini:- baby don't be silent like this. Talk to mumma what happened to my baby? Why is he silent?
Manik:- Mu-mma -w-hy th-at un-cle la-ugh -at -me.
Nandini:- baby don't think about what happened in the mall today.
Manik:- bu-t th-at un-cle ca-ll-ed me m-ad a-nd la-ugh in-a rech.
Nandini didn't understand what he said in last word.
Nandini:- baby people who tell you that you are mad are people who don't like you as you are different than them. So don't listen to them or take there words to heart. And can you tell me what was rech.
Manik:- hahaaaaaaaaha -in -a- li-ne.
Nandini:- ok got it strech not rech baby. Say stre-ch.
Manik:- stre-ch.
Nandini:- correct baby.
Manik smiled at Nandu a little bit. Nandu was happy seeing him smile a little.
Nandini:- baby how you like Arya?
Manik:- he -is m-y fli-end. He sa-ve me fl-om b-ad g-uy.(means he is my friend . He saved me from bad people.
Nandini understood what he was talking about but she got shocked how he remembers Arya .
Both reached home and Nandu said baby you go inside I will come in a minute. As Manik went inside she phoned Abhi.
Nandini:- bhai come home quickly and bring Cabir also.
Abhi:- any emergency babydoll and Cabir is at home only.
Nandini:- no bhai no emergency. It's just that I have two news one good and bad news . So just wanted to tell you both.
Abhi:- ok I will be there in 20 minutes please don't tell him till then as you know I want to be there when you tell the news.
Nandini:- ok bhai I will wait for you to come bye.
Abhi:- no cheating bye.
Nandu just smiled.
As Manik walked him Cabir saw him coming inside alone so he asked.
Cabir:-Manik where is Nandu?
Manik:- Mu-mma is o-ut on-ly.
After 5 minutes Nandini came inside the house with the clothes and toys. The living room of the mansion was almost full. Which gave Cabir a shock and he said.
Cabir:- Nandini what is this you bought the whole shop or what?
Nandini just glared at him and went to her room.
Cabir thought what happened to her why she didn't speak to him.
Nandini just avoided Cabir and went to freshen up as she didn't want to tell him about Manik without Abhi being there as she won't be able to control emotional Cabir alone. After she changed her clothes she went in the kitchen. She started cooking all Cabir favourite food and she also made sweet dishes for them today. She was keeping herself busy as she was avoiding Cabir. Manik ran into the kitchen and hugged her from the back.
Manik:- Mu-mma ba-by wa-nts y-ou pl-ay wi-th ba-by (means baby wants to play with mumma.)
Nandini:-baby just give me few minutes mumma will spend time and play with her baby.
When Abhi reached home Manik and Cabir where in the kitchen with Nandini.Abhi went to freshen up and change his clothes.
Nandini after finishing making food . Took
Manik to her bedroom with her again she avoided Cabir. Cabir became sad thinking she is angry with him. He thought to say sorry to her.
Nandini:- baby from today you are sleeping with mumma.
Manik became very happy and started jumping and clapping his hands like small kid. And hugged Nandini and said tha-nku mum-ma. She just kissed his forehead and said you're welcome bacha. Nandini then showed Manik his toys and Manik was very happy and started playing with the toys. Suddenly a thought came in Nandini's mind . So she said baby you play I will just make a call . Just give me few minutes bacha as she saw he made a face so she said and kissed his pout.
Nandini then phoned the doctor and asked him is there any medicine for lactation as she wants to breastfeed him as he calls her mumma.
Doctor was very happy seeing her so caring towards Manik. And prayed to God to keep them together and. Happy always and keep problems away from them. Then doctor came out of his thoughts by hearing doctor are you there .
Doctor:- yes Nandini they is a medicine which if you take half an hour before you feed him milk will start coming from your breast. Then he gave her the name of the medicine ----------
Nandini :- thank you doctor and good night.
Doctor blessed both Manik and Nandini in his mind telling God to take care of them.
After speaking with the doctor she ordered the medicine from the Nm pharmacy. She & her brother are super rich have many side businesses.
She is multi talented. She has her own band and music labels company.
Then she took Manik with her to the dinning table as it was lunch time. Abhi and Cabir were already sitting on the dinning chairs waiting for her.
As she came Cabir said Sorry to Nandu and Manik smiled at him.
Nandu it's ok I am not angry bhaiyu.
Then the servant layed the table when the food was served Cabir was the happiest as if he won a lottery as it was his favourite food he just got up from his seat and went to Nandu and kissed her cheeks and forehead and said thank you sweetie.
Manik just pushed Cabir away from Nandini and said.
Manik:- my Mu-mma y-ou far.
Cabir was shocked and went aww on Manik but how can our Bira keep quiet.
Cabir:- she is my sister first. Then your mumma.
Just to tease him a little.
Manik:- no Mu-mma fi-lst
(Means no my mumma First)
Abhi :- said not a word from you both.
Cabir kept quiet but Manik got scared and started crying.
Nandu :- nothing bacha stop crying hugging him. She said sweet nothing's in his ear and he stops crying.
She then fed him with her hands. Then she said I will just put him to sleep and come. I need to talk to you both . And don't ever make my baby cry.
Nandini took Manik with her to her bedroom cleaned the bed which had his toys . Put it in lower shelf and told him to play with it in the morning now come lets sleep. He asked her is she sleeping with him on this bed. She said baby you sleep I need to talk to my brother and then I will come and sleep with you . I am down on I will come in half an hour. Ok baby he nodded his head she put him to sleep by patting his head and humming a Lori.
When she saw he slept, she dim the lights and went down.
When she reached the dinning area they were still eating and she also sat and ate her lunch
After eating lunch she served sweets for them.
Nandini:- Bhai and Bhaiyu I have two news for you one good and one bad.which one you want to know first.
Cabir:- good one please.
Nandini:- I met Manik's friend Aryamaan today. He told me who Manik is.
Cabir :-who is he?
Nandini:- Manik Malhotra
Cabir:- what???
Nandini:- yes he even said that he knows Dhruv as he is his friend but he didn't like them how Harshad and Dhruv treated Manik. He even said that their only are behind his accident to make him mad. He also said how his stepmother and brothers would make him do the house work and not give him food to eat for two to three days. And if he did any mistake they would belt him.
Cabir:- I have seen belt marks on his back.
Cabir now he was happy that his brother is near him but sad as he couldn't protect his brother.
Cabir :- I am bad when my brother needed me  I  was not there for him. He was crying now.
Abhi:- no Cabir you're not at fault. And now he is with us na so don't cry. Now we will take care of him like a brother and make him alright.
Abhi:- doll what is the bad news.
Nandini:- he was ok before but is like this now because a nerve in the brain is damaged a little. He can be cured by love,care and medicines only. He has also advised me to breastfeed him as he is close to me and calls me mumma. He has given me the medicine which has already been delivered and I have had it just now.
Nandini something bad happened with him today. He was mocked by the salesman and a customer. And he was called mad person. I have already taken the salesman out of his job.
Abhi:- very good babydoll. I am proud of you.
Nandu:- you should have seen how Manik was crying hugging Arya.
Cabir:- did he got hurt somewhere and where were you at that time.
Abhi :- Cabir calm down.
Nandini then told him how and when it all happened.
Cabir:- I am sorry sweetie. For speaking to you like that. That is why you were avoiding me .
Nandini nodded her head.
All went to bed as all wanted to be alone.
Nandini went to her room and slept hugging Manik.
