Honey x Reader: Time
The classroom was silent. The only thing heard, whispers from the other 8th graders.
You sat at the back of the classroom, eyes, staring at your desk.
It seemed the whispers could only get louder.
Isn't it weird how, when in an awkward situation, a minute could feel like forever? Time in your world slowed down by a lot.
Suddenly, the bell rang.
Rather quickly, the students packed up their things and left the classroom.
You followed behind slowly.
"See you tomorrow (Y/n)." Your math teacher calls with a smile.
You throw a small smile back before leaving out the door, into the hallway.
-----Time Skip-----
Time seemed to really hate you. It didn't just feel like forever, it was forever. Not literall, but you have been waiting for three hours and your older brother still hasn't picked you up.
Finally deciding to walk home-despite home being two hours away-you grabbed your bag and got walking.
Just as your stepped out of school grounds, a familiar car turned the corner.
You sighed, "It's always the same thing..."
The car came to a stop at the side of the road. The window reeled down to reveal Honey.
"Where do you think you're going?"
"Home."
"You're not allowed to leave school unless I pick you up." He retorts.
"School ended three hours ago." You nearly shouted.
Rolling his eyes, he pressed a button on his side of the vihecle and you hear a click.
"Just get in. I have a date tonight." He grumbles.
-----
Life used to be like that. It wasn't entirely enjoyable due to the brother and sister bickering but you knew you couldn't live without it.
Sadly, you have too.
-----
"What did you do!?" You ran down the stairs in an oversized tshirt.
Waking up to sirens and flashing lights? Not the best wake up call.
Honey glanced at you. He is currently being forced against the wall as a police officer cuffs him.
"I may have done something I wasn't supposed too." He jokes.
You glare at him with glossy eyes, "You're so....so dumb. I hate you!"
-----Time Skip-----
Honey sat outside, in the training field. A few inmates worked were running, fighting, playing sports and such. Some-like Honey-just sat around.
He leaned against a pillar behind him. It was hot out today so he went to hide out in the shade. Somethings were bugging him and he needed time to think.
"What's with you?" A voice asked.
Honey glanced behind him and spotted one of his fellow inmates.
"It's nothing Kim Chi." He replies to the Korean male boredly.
The inmate thought about it for a moment, before finally deciding to just leave him be.
Honey wouldn't admit it to anyone, but he hated himself.
The day he got arrested, he brought the police to his house, where his little sister was sleeping. Where he lived with her. Where he had to raise her on his own since the parents died two years before.
How stupid could he be? Honey kept asking himself that.
How stupid could he have been, to bring the police to the house, only to discover Honey has illegally taken custody of his little sister for two years. Sure, he was old enough. But, he couldn't just raise her on his own without any papers or going to court to have custody over his little sister.
On top of that, he was a 'problem'. Illegal gambling, sexual harassment, bar fights. Hell, he couldn't even pick her up from school without being hours late.
"I let the most important girl in my life go. I'm so stupid." Honey held his head in his hands. He felt ashamed. He let his precious little sister go.
I might make a part 2, depending if you guys would want one. Also, it won't happen soon because I gotta get the current 40 or something requests done first haha
