Hajime x Reader: Project
This is all taking place in the past. Also I gave Hajime hair.
---Past---
Walking down the street, you turned down a friendly looking neighborhood.
It's a nice day. The suns out, blue skies, beautiful white clouds, cool wind. One of those rare days where the weathers perfect.
"318, 318, 318," the (h/c) beauty mumbled to herself, looking over every house address plate. She came to a stop at a large white house. It looked to have about 3 floors-the highest seemingly being the attic. "318." She sighed.
She grinded her teeth, "I really don't wanna be here."
Walking up the porch steps, she looked down at the green rug she stands on.
No Place Like Home
Ugh, she mentally cringed. They're that kind of family.
Raising a hand, she knocked on the blue door.
She waited a moment, listening out to any, ANYONE that would call her name, telling her to get the hell away from this place.
Her prays were quickly washed down the drain when footsteps came running to the door.
'Theirs no way that's Hajime. He wouldn't be THAT eager to see who's at the door.' She thought to herself, a hint of curiosity evident on her usual grumpy face.
She heard the clicking of a lock, before it opened.
She blinked before looking down.
"A brat?" She sweat dropped.
This 'brat' had blonde hair-rather long blonde hair at that-and innocent green eyes.
"Woah! You're pretty." He smiled.
You blinked awkwardly. "Uhhh...."
Rapid footsteps could be heard running through out the house. Within a flash, the little....girl? ...Had been out of sight and replaced with your classmate.
"What are you doing here?" He glared.
You shrugged, "You said you wanted to work on the project." You recalled what he had said the day before, at school.
He leaned closer, his blonde hair falling over his eyes, "I meant at your house."
The teenage girl rolled her shiny (e/c) eyes, "Well I'm here now. Let's just work on the project." She tried to step into his house.
"No!" He bumped into her chest with his own-they were somewhat the same height. Him being taller by a few inches but not enough to tower over her.
She fixed her hair and looked at him like he was crazy, "Why not? What are you hiding?"
He blushed, "Nothing! Just," He stuttered, "Just wait out here." He then shut the door, making the girl jump at the loud sudden noise.
"Weird guy." She mumbled.
The girl grabbed her school bag and set it down beside her. She took the liberty to take a seat on the steps while she waited.
The door then opened again, catching her attention.
She glanced over and mentally sighed, "Oh it's you." She nodded her head at the kid.
"Are you gonna marry my big brother?" The brat tilted his head to the side, eyes full of curiosity and wonder. Maybe even hope?
The girl tensed up. "What!?" She stood up and turned on her heal. Her face fifty shades of red.
"What's going on out here?" Hajime came over, narrowing his eyes slightly.
"Nothing. Just asking the pretty girl a question." The kid smiled before skipping away.
Hajime turned his attention back to you, "Did my brother say something to upset you?"
You shook your head rapidly, "No. Your brother is just really sweet." You forced a smile.
Okay so the brats a boy. But that's the least of your worries.
Kids do and say weird things but what triggered him to say that? That's something that bothered (Y/n) the rest of the day as she worked with Hajime on the school project.
Hitoshi skipped to his room, a juice box in hand. "Lalalala, lalalala, Emlo's world~" He sang joyfully.
He opened the door to his room, still singing the tune, before dropping the juice box and staring at his room with wide eyes.
"What the..." He trailed off, staring at the pictures, plushes, figurines, body pillows, and even cardboard cut outs of the girl his older brother currently has as a guest.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT I JUST WROTE, BUT I LIKE IT, I THINK IT'S GOOD.
