I asked Andrew who has been restless ever since I arrived.
Just then,I noticed the bruise on his neck which was slightly covered by the collar of his shirt.

I moved closer to touch his arm when he hissed out of pain.

Why did you touch me?he asked.
Why should I not touch you?

Andrew who beat you up? I asked him.
Nobody he replied.
Andrew someone did this to you I said a bit louder.
Nobody beat me I just got into an accident he replied.

Ohh really? so you asked me to come meet up with you just so you can feed me with lies... come on Andrew I know you never treated me right but nobody deserves to treat you this way o tell him.

My friends began to ask where I was immediately I sat on my seat.
She went to see Tony Annabelle announced.

The Civic Teacher Mrs Serah popularly known as Aunty Serah walks in and asked everyone to seat down After we greeted her.

We are going to start our revision and today we are going to start with sex education she announces.

The boys in the class began to shout ehhhh some mehhh and some .... were busy laughing.
What's funny sef.

David on the other hand began to woo like a dog ...woo woo woo.

David what is wrong with you the teacher asked.

Ohh ma the boys decided to be animals and among all animals, they decided to be goats so I decided to be different from them.......I'm the dog he said while opening his teeth which got some of the girls chuckling but people like Cassandra eyed him and hissed.

David when do you intend to stop joking around huh? Aunty Serah asked him.
Not Soon ma..he replied with a voice like Aunty serah's own Wich made the whole class laugh.

Alright class let's sing the A.B.C.D song I thought you the teacher said and we began to sing while the boys began to beat the table with their pens as drums.

Our SS 2 Civic textbook was not much so, we finished the syllabus early before the other subjects.

After closing,we said our goodbyes, while I and Chelsea with other students from our area walked home happy that the Monday had come to an end.

All along the way,I kept thinking about the things Andrew told me.
He needs help.

We walked into the house to find my boss seating with legs folded on the couch.
The kind of joy I felt in my heart......I cannot explain.
I forgot my sorrows and every other problems I had.
Infact I forgot that today was
Monday.

I guess he dozed off while seating there cause he didn't take off his shoes.

I walked to him, took the shoes off for him and watched him for a while.

You sure are a big baby I whispered...cause I knew he wasn't listening.

I began to walk to my room only to come to a halt when I heard him call my name.....

Guess he wasn't sleeping after all.
