Peace and Blessings of Almighty Allah(ﷻ), be upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), his blessed descendants and his noble companions.

الْبَارِئُ
12. AL BAARI

● TRANSLATION:

•The Maker
•The Producer
•The Evolver
•The Maker from Nothing

● MEANING:

• The One who creates form out of nothing. The One who creates with no model or similarity.

• The One who evolves and re-creates that which exists, both physically and spiritually.

• The One who sends new forms into existence.

■ HOW TO LIVE BY THIS NAME?

1. Disassociate yourself from the bad.

• Distance yourself (baraa'a) from the haraam and those who do bad, are corrupt, or cause mischief.
But don't stop there, distance yourself from bad first, then enjoin good and forbid evil. As a believer you should always be pro-active and strive for ihsaan (excellence) in whatever you do in society.

2. Know that everything besides Him (swt) is created.

• Be very honest with yourself and look at how many occasions in your life you've actually tried to please the creation instead of pleasing Al-Baari'.

Then renew your intention (niyaah) to strive for the pleasure of Him (swt) only.

3. Ponder on the creation of Al-Baari'.

• Look at the morning or evening sun, at tiny insects, flies, plants, and flowers. Study science and do so with the intention of pondering His creation.

4. Spread the message.

• Use your knowledge of this powerful name to give da'wah to those who do not believe in their Creator.

Ya Khaaliq, Ya Baari' let us never ascribe partners to You and Guide us to please You. Help us ponder upon Your creations and appreciate Your power and greatness and give thanks to You.

Ameen yaah Rabbal Aalameen!

Jazakum Allahu Khairan.

"سُبْحَانَكَ اللْهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْكَ"

'Glory be to You O Allah, and with Your praise, I testify that there is no God (worthy of worship) except You, I seek Your forgiveness, and I repent to You.'
