Sandy Hook Elementary School, December 14, 2012 (Continued)

Noah Pozner, 6

The youngest victim of Sandy Hook, he left behind his twin sister and older sister, the twin can be seen placing a rock on his grave. He often told people that they were best friends. He died about half an hour after his father dropped him off, wearing his Batman shirt. "Not even Batman could have stopped an AR-15." his father later remarked. Young Noah was shot multiple times along with every other victim, his jaw and left hand blown off. Unfortunately not everyone believes Sandy Hook was real and as such Noah's family has received death threats over the supposed "hoax".

Jesse Lewis, 6

Jesse, despite only being six, is undoubtedly a hero. He was in Ms. Soto's classroom and after their teacher was shot and the gunman paused to reload Jesse yelled at everyone else to run before he was shot in the head. He is credited with saving multiple kids lives by spurring them into action.

Avielle Richman, 6

The girl had moved to Newtown not more than a year ago. Her family and friends say that she was always smiling and often barefoot. She loved adventure and trying new things. She loved princesses and barbies. Unfortunately since her murder, her father has taken his own life due to grief from his daughter's passing.

Nancy Lanza, 52

The mother of the victim, she was shot four times in her sleep before her son left for the school. All weapons her son stole, had been legally purchased by her, but taken by her son the day of the murders. Unfortunately not much is known about her.

Victoria Soto, 27

Victoria had dreamed of being a teacher ever since she was three years old and was always enthusiastic about her job. She deeply loved her family, especially her siblings, as well as her close friends. After hiding the students from the shooter, and then dying when trying to shield them, she has been correctly described as a hero.

Lauren Rousseau, 30

The substitute teacher was having "the best year of her life". Controversy has arisen, because she did not have access to a kay that could have locked the classroom door and kept the shooter out. There may have been one in an emergency kit, though not clearly indicated. She tried to hide her fifteen students in the bathroom in the back of the room, but was shot and killed. She died along with the teacher's aid, Rachel Davino, and fourteen of the students. Only one child survived by hiding behind the bathroom door. She leaves behind her boyfriend.

Dawn Hochsprung, 47

The principal of Sandy Hook Elementary School was dearly remembered in her memorial service and her four daughters and family friends remembered everything she was. She was remembered as being a wonderful kid, student, athlete, and her daughters admired her for her leadership as a teacher and a principal, and how she ran towards the gunfire instead of away from it to protect the children in her care.

Mary Sherlach, 56

She had been in a meeting with principal Dawn Hochsprung and a second grade student's mother when the shooting began. Without a second thought the school psychologist ran with the principal into the hallways towards the shooter where both were gunned down. She dearly loved her job and the kids she worked with.

Rachel Davino, 29

Rachel was a behavioral therapist working primarily with autistic children. She had been studying to receive a Ph.D. Rachel loved cooking, karate, animals, and photography. Although she was fun loving, she could be extremely serious about the things she was passionate about. Police said that she died while shielding children from the gunfire.

Anne Marie Murphy, 52

Anne loved art, walks in the outdoors, and most importantly, her family. According to her family, anne was fun-loving, artistic, witty, and hard working. She died holding Dylan Hockley.

As always I do this for my little sister, may you remain alive and untouched. I love you.
