BIG TIME DREAMS

THE BIG L-word was a big step in a relationship... or so Kendall thought; and rightfully so. He knew how he felt about Gabriela and he knew that he would follow the stars for her.

The thing he feared most was if she felt the same way.

Of course she did.

They had their trials and tribulations, but at the end of the day... they knew what they wanted out of this relationship and that was each other.

But of course, it scared Kendall that they did go through these trails and tribulations and he was definitely scared that if he did say that he loved Gabriela... that she wouldn't say it back.

Kendall had a lot of pressure on him this week as well. He had the Tween Choice Awards, nominated for five categories at said award show, had to preform at the show, and had a commercial spoof for this macaroni and cheese brand that they (the band) had to perfect; but at the end of all of that, he was determined to tell Gabriela that he, Kendall Knight, loved her endlessly.

Nothing was going to get in the way of that.

WITH JO and Camille by her side, the three ladies (two out of the three dressed up) made their way towards the lobby.

"Ooh, um, you guys know that the award show's tomorrow, right?" Carlos asked.

"We're just testing out some Tween Choice presenter fashions and heels." Jo smiled, wobbling in her shoes.

"The stars of Rock Camp 9 and the Danica Patrick movie are present the award for Awesomest Music Act." Camille said.

"Hopefully to Big Time Rush." Gabriela added.

"Well, according to Gustavo, it is the night that all of our dreams come true." Kendall said.

"Yeah, except for my dream of ever getting a girlfriend." Carlos pouted.

"Wait." Logan called, "What about the Jennifers?"

"That was one date with each of them, and one date does not count as a girlfriend."

"Right. And then they just disappeared."

"Like they were gone with the wind."

As if they were called, the Jennifers, excluding one and a cardboard cutout of her instead, had approached the group.

Kendall tugged on Gabriela's side, "Can we talk?"

Gabriela nodded and walked off to the side with Kendall.

His nerves were racing. He wanted the Tween Choice Awards to be perfect, he wanted this big I love you, to be perfect.

"Where's your Tween Choice outfit?" He asked.

"Oh!" She smiled, "I'm picking it out later today. Do you wanna come?"

"I'm willing to wait."

Gabriela playfully rolled her eyes and pushed his shoulder, "Oh come on, Mr. Nominated For Five Awards. I won't see you at all tomorrow night. Besides, Camille and Jo are trying to walk in their shoes. Just one store with me... please?"

Kendall had shifted gears from plan A to plan B quickly.

Though he had planned to tell her right here, right now, about how he felt. He paused. What if this was a sign? A sign to wait until tomorrow and say I love you in front of everyone at the Tween Choice Awards.

That would be perfect, excellent, extraordinary, exactly what Kendall-

"Kendall?" Gabriela called, "Do you want to go or not?"

"Surprise me with your dress and I'll see you tomorrow." He rushed, "Okay, trust me. It'll be worth it."

Kendall quickly kissed her cheek and rushed off, taking Logan and Carlos with him.

Gabriela furrowed her brows and faced her two friends, "What's up with him?" Jo asked.

"No idea. But it better be worth it."

THERE WAS no way Kendall could tell Gabriela he loved her now. Not after what James and Lucy pulled onstage.

Lucy had come back from her European tour to present an award for the Tween Choice Awards. She was supposed to present the award with Austin Mahone, but after some very light convincing, James went on stage with Lucy and the two of them shared a kiss on stage.

Kendall didn't want to (or felt the need to) one up his friend after he'd been complaining and missing the girl who finally gave him the chance to start a relationship; especially in front of, according to, 21 million people.

Plan B quickly changed to Plan Z and he could only hope that this plan was the best because if not, the highlight of his night would be Carlos going out with Alex Vega from Spy Kids.

BACK AT the Palm Woods, a party began for the boys. They had won one of, if not, the biggest awards at the Tween Choice Awards.

They performed their song We Are and the show soon closed. Everyone had gotten their happy endings.

Carlos finally had a girlfriend.

Logan and Camille were on good footing.

Lucy and James were happily together.

And Kendall... well.

Kendall and Gabriela sat poolside as the others we're enjoying themselves at the party.

Gabriela gently kicked her feet back and forth in the water and Kendall watched as she do so.

This felt like Kendall's final chance to tell Gabriela how he'd felt about her for months and he was going to make this moment as perfect as he could make it.

"I love you."

Gabriela looked up, a small smile painted on her face, "What?"

Oh... that's not how he planned to do it. Plan Z completely tanked and now he was on the winging it plan and he really didn't know how that was going to go.

"I love you." Kendall sighed, "And I have for a long time."

"Is that what you were so worried about?" She asked, chuckling at the end.

"What?" Kendall scoffed, "...No."

Gabriela pulled her feet out of the water and sat crisscross in front of Kendall.

"Kendall, I love you. There was nothing to be worried about, okay?" She reassured, "You we're nominated for several big awards in your career. There was nothing to worry about." Gabriela smiled.

Though Kendall had prepped and primed for his many, many plans, Gabriela seemed to know what to say in the exact moment.

"I had several plans for this I love you thing for weeks." Kendall smiled.

"I'm sure you did." Gabriela said, "But we're Kendall and Gabriela. K and G. We're a team. Nothing has to be awkward anymore."

Kendall held his smile, leaning forward and gently kissed Gabriela. His one hand holding himself up and the other resting on her cheek.

Though Kendall and Gabriela had their trails and tribulations, they always made it out with each other. They worked and they fought for everything they had and every right to feel safe with each other and that's exactly how it ended.

Kendall and Gabriela had lived it big time and they wouldn't take any of it back.
