No one's P.O.V

The school day ended and Lucy and Natsu walked out to Lucy's car, which had a flat tire.

Again?! Do they not watch where they're driving?! Lucy thought as she threw her bag aside.

"We need to push my car to the shop next door."

"Did that Lisanna male that flat tire?" Natsu asked, watching Lucy struggle to push her car.

"Yeah, but I don't care. Igneel's used to it by now anyways."

Natsu froze in his tacks.

"Who did you say?!" He asked, hoping it was the person he was thinking about.

"Igneel. He owns the car shop next door. Now come on! Help me out here!" She said, slowly pushing the heavy vehicle out of the parking lot. Natsu helped to push on the other side, and the car went faster than Lucy could, so she sorta hopped along.

When they got to the car shop's small lot,. Lucy knocked on the huge garage door, while Natsu stayed by the car.

"Igneel! You got another tire a poor girl could buy?!" Lucy called out.

"Oh Lucy. How many times do I tell you?! Stop giving those girls your car! they're not responsible enough and they use you!" Igneel's voice rang through the garage as he came into view.

"I can't do that! If I do, then I'll be walking to the prison, then to school, then back to prison, then home and wherever else I need to go! They'll just take my car if I don't let them borrow it." Lucy grunted.

"Wait, prison? Why would you have to go there everyday if there's a visiting line for your brother?"

"I don't visit my brother. In fact, I guess you could say that I'm hosting a criminal until I can find a way to get him out." And who is this person?" Igneel asked like an overprotective father.

""Natsu Dragneel. He's a very sweet person, and if you ask me, he's wrongly imprisoned." Lucy said, growing angry as she explained the reasoning. 

"Is he with you now?!" He said, grabbing Lucy's shoulders frantically.

"Yes, why?" She asked, confused by his behavior.

"He's my adoptive son! Where is he?!" He said, cracking a smile of relief.

"That's why he reacted when I said your name! He's over by my car." He said, leading him to her car.

As they walked up to the car, Natsu was leaning against the car, arms crossed and eyes closed.

"Natsu! It really is you!" Igneel cried, running up and bear hugging Natsu, catching him by surprise.

"It is you! When Lucy said your name, I couldn't believe that you were still here!" Natsu said, returning the hug.

"Oh crap! I still burn you!" Natsu said, pulling of a now sunburnt looking Igneel.

"Yeah... I remember now." Igneel strained to say.

"So, he knows that you're a demon?" Lucy asked, in awe of the small family reunion. 

"Yep, but I wasn't allowed to visit him." Igneel said, slowly moving his burning arms to a comfortable position.

"Why not? I'm allowed! I'm not even family!" Lucy shouted from anger.

"Exactly! Because I am family, and the stupid police thinks that I'll 'Influence' him if I visit."

"That's... I can't.... UGH!" Lucy yelled, kicking the hub of her car.

"I'm gonna go find a tire. Be back in a few." She then said calmly, walking into the garage.

"So, how'd Lucy find you?" Igneel asked, reverting back to his playfulness.

"She just found me. She wondered why my files were classified, so she stayed past visiting hours and saw my demon self." Natsu explained.

"What was her first reaction to it?"
"She called me beautiful, majestic, a creature and not a monster." Natsu sighed, remembering his love for those words she used to describe what he believed to be a curse upon him.

"She didn't find you terrifying? Come on! Even I was a little scared when I found out.

"She wasn't at all. Ask her yourself when she comes back." He finished right as Lucy was rolling a tire up to them.

"How much do you want for the tire?" She asked, stretching her back from the low arch and pulling out her wallet.

"Is it true that you didn't get startled or scared at Natsu's demon side?" Igneel blurted out.

"Why would I be? He was a creature of beauty! I've never seen something so amazing in my life!" Lucy exclaimed. Igneel turned to Natsu who had a I-told-you-so-look.

"Seriously? I mean, I was a little shocked when I saw. Weren't you?"

"How much for the tire Igneel?" Lucy asked, trying top change the subject. 

"ucy Why aren't you answering?" Natsu asked, in the nicest way possible so that she wouldn't get any angrier.

"I'll leave 150 on your desk igneel. Tell me if it costs more." Lucy stated, walking back into the garage.

"Is she normally like this? She's always open towards me, but it seems like she's hiding something now." Igneel asked, turning to Natsu who had a grim face.

Flashback

"I guess it's because you remind me of myself. The only difference is that you're forcefully locked here, while I lock myself inside myself."

"No. She's hiding something. I can't tell what though. I'll ask her about it later when she calms down." Natsu said.

They all ignored the past event and got the tire onto Lucy's car. Natsu hopped into the car and Lucy waved goodbye to Igneel as she drove off.
