Classified Criminal
No one's P.O.V
Lucy was walking around her room, thinking about a book she had just finished, when her father called her downstairs.
"Yes father?" She asked happily.
"It's our turn to visit your brother in jail." He said.
Lucy had totally forgotten about her brother Sting. He was wrongly imprisoned, but not even the richest family, The Heartfilia's, could get him out.
"OK! Let me get my shoes and I'll meet you in the car!" She said. She ran off to get her shoes, then ran back and got into the car. Her father drove off towards the prison; The prison where they held the most dangerous of people.
They arrived just before noon and walked up to the gate entrance, where a guard was keeping watch.
"Excuse me sir! We're here for visiting hours!" Jude called up to the guard. The guard nodded in approval and opened the gates. The two of them walked in, seeing all of the criminals hug up against the bars that separated them. They reached out, trying to grab one of them, but they dodged all just fine.
"I suspect you two Heartfilia's are here for Sting?" A passing guard asked.
"Yes sir." Jude said.
"He's outside. Let me bring him in for you." The guard said.
"Go look around Lucy. Meet us back here in ten minutes." Jude did. Lucy obeyed and started walking around the prison. She saw many men and women blocked behind bars. Many banging on the bars for freedom, or fighting their call mate.
As she walked around, she came across a hallway that no lights other than a single bulb in front of a darkened cell. She grew curious, like any human would, and walked towards it.
She stood directly under the light and looked into the darkened cell. The more she looked, the more she could see the sillohuete of someone inside. She inched closer and saw a file on the side. Unlike the others though, this one was locked.
"I'm a classified criminal. I'm surprised you even found my cell." She heard a voice say. She walked back under the light and looked back at the cell.
"Why are you classified? And why are separated from the other inmates?" Lucy asked.
"I'm classified, which means a citizen like you shouldn't know about me." The voice said again.
"Fine, then at least tell me your name." Lucy said, getting annoyed at his stubbornness.
"It's Natsu. Natsu Dragneel." He said. Lucy watched the sillohuete get up from its position and walk up to the bars. She could hardly see him, but she saw enough to get a good image of him. He had salmon hair that spiked out everywhere. He wore no shirt but had the normal orange inmate pants. He also wore tattered down black boots, but they were still functional.
"Now I know who the voice belongs to!" She teased like she always did.
"Tsk. Yeah, and? What are you doing here in a prison anyways?" Natsu asked.
"I'm here with my dad visiting my brother Sting." She explained.
"Oh, that blonde freak that doesn't belong here? He's your brother?"
"Yep! To be honest though, I've grown less fond of him. Ever since he's been wrongly accused of multiple crimes, he's never been the same." Lucy explained, going off into her own world.
"That happens to all the inmates here. It's normal."
"Yeah, well it's annoying."
"Lucy! Where'd you go?" They heard Jude call.
"You should go. There's always tomorrow to come back." Natsu said, walking back to where he was sitting before.
"Lucy! Stop waisting our time!" Jude called out again. Lucy looked at Natsu's cell one last time, then walked back the way she came, remembering the way so she could come back.
"There you are! Come on. Sting's waiting for you." Jude said, leading Lucy to her brother's cell.
"Hey sis! How have you been?" Sting said with a smile as they reached his cell.
"I've been fine. Smarter than you though." Lucy retorted.
"Of course you are! You still to to school while I rot in this stupid prison!" Sting yelled.
"Yeah, yeah."
They continued to talk until the visiting hours ended.
"Visiting hours are over. You're back in line and can come back in thirty eight days." The guard said.
"Thank you. Say your goodbyes to your brother Lucy. I'll be in the car." Jude said, walking back out to the gates that lead outside. She said her goodbyes, but then walked up to the visitor sign up.
"I want to sign up to visit Natsu Dragneel whenever he's open." She said. The lady behind the counter looked shocked.
"Y-you'd be his only v-v-visitor, so y-you could c-c-come whenever you'd l-like." She stuttered.
"Alright! I'll be here around ten in the morning tomorrow!" Lucy said, signing her name and walking out to her father in the car.
"I'm going out at ten tomorrow dad. I'll be back whenever I come back." Lucy said.
"That's fine, just be back before midnight." Jude said, driving away.
While they were driving home, in the prison, in the classified cell, a monster was being awoken.
